We stayed with three children, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

It was a three-night stay. I booked a room-only plan and was able to spend my time comfortably. At check-in, I asked if breakfast could be added, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible. The bed was great and I slept well. For dinner, there are many restaurants around the hotel, so it was hard to choose. After doing laundry, one sock went missing. I asked the front desk if it had been turned in, but they said the hotel was not aware of it. Where did my 1,000-yen-for-three-pairs socks go?

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, there is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to your room, which made carrying luggage difficult.

I booked immediately after seeing it on the website, and when I actually stayed there, it was spacious with a great sense of openness.

The room was clean and well maintained, with a full set of amenities and plenty of space. When staying at business hotels, I often find that everything else is clean but the bathtub is dirty, which is disappointing; however, that was not the case here, and I had a very comfortable stay. One area for improvement: the Wi-Fi connection was almost unusable by the window-side desk/table (near the head of the bed). This is very inconvenient for business travelers who bring a laptop to work, so I would appreciate it if this could be improved.

With a streetcar stop and JR station nearby, the location was excellent. The staff were very courteous and attentive.

I’d been interested in this Hotel for a while, and this time I was able to make a Reservation at a great price. Check-in was at a different location, which was a bit confusing at first, but the Accommodation is up a steep staircase and the staff kindly helped support my mother, who has difficulty walking—it was a huge help. The Room was also larger than a typical Business Hotel, and the Facilities were as well equipped as an ordinary home, so it felt like staying at home. I’d like to choose it again if I have the chance next time.

It was easy to get here smoothly from the station, and I chose this place because it has a washing machine. Having detergent and hangers was also very helpful. The bathroom had a separate toilet and a washing area, and I felt safe with the security measures. I didn’t cook, but it would have been nice to have kitchen towels. I’d like to stay again when I visit Nagasaki.

When I made the Reservation, it was hard to find the check-in location, but I felt relieved once I realized it was just before the dead-end stairs by the large keyhole. The front desk staff were helpful and everything went smoothly, and it was easy to find the Hotel—it’s only a short walk away. The Room felt like a 1DK with a dining table, so it was spacious and comfortable. Also, since it’s close to the station, it’s ideal for getting around by train or bus, and you can take care of meals and shopping at the station building. One disappointment was that I had requested a towel change, but when I returned for a while, they hadn’t been replaced. However, when I contacted them, they responded right away. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage until my bus time, which was very helpful.

We stayed for a 2-night, 3-day family trip. First of all, I would like to thank all the Hotel staff. We truly appreciated your kind support during our trip, such as storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Below are my comments for each item. Guest Room & Amenities The room felt a bit dated, but it seemed very well cleaned. However, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas. I would appreciate it if you could pay extra attention to this during cleaning. I was very satisfied with the amenities. I was also grateful that the gown and towels were replaced with fresh ones on the second night. I would prefer a slightly softer toothbrush bristle, but considering the cost performance, it is understandable. Hospitality & Service There was no excessive interference, yet all staff were very kind. Onsen / Bath As mentioned in the Guest Room section, I noticed what looked like black mold on the unit bath door and similar areas, so I rated this 2 stars. Facility & Equipment There was nothing in particular that bothered me. Dining We did not dine at the Hotel during our stay, but we had lunch there after check-out. We ordered the daily lunch set and steak. Everything was delicious, and we were able to end our trip on a pleasant note. Overall Satisfaction This was my first trip to Nagasaki, and since it is close to Gotomachi Station as well, it was an excellent Hotel as a base for sightseeing. With various tourist spots raising prices from April 1 onward, this Hotel still offered great cost performance. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

The price was reasonable, the night view from the Room was amazing, and the large Onsen bath was great, so we were very satisfied. Breakfast used local ingredients and tasted excellent—no complaints at all. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are a bit narrow, so those who aren’t confident drivers should be careful.

It was very convenient and helpful being so close to the station. Thank you for the calm atmosphere and your courteous service. Also, the PET bottle with the president’s face on it was great—it felt like a fun little “lucky find” and made me smile. It’s a wonderful travel memory. Thank you for taking care of us.

I was initially concerned as there was no mention of a hairdryer, etc., on the Hotel's website, but everything necessary was provided, which was reassuring. The Room and bathroom were clean. The single Room was slightly small but reasonable considering the price. There is only one elevator, but it was fast. It would be helpful if the website included a map for after getting off at Suwa Shrine.

The breakfast time was adjusted 15 minutes earlier, allowing us to make it to our early meeting on time! It was a great help! Thank you very much!

The Room, toilet, and shower room were all clean and comfortable. During this very hot season, cold water was provided in the hallway by the housekeeper, which was great. I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Given the age of the Facility, it’s understandable that some equipment is outdated.

The elevator was extremely hot. Also, the front desk had a strong smell of tobacco. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay.
