This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. We stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay in early August for a family trip. The welcome cruise we had been looking forward to felt like a private charter, perhaps because it was late, and the sightseeing cruise inside Huis Ten Bosch exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is stunning—not only from the outside, but also with an incredibly elaborate interior that feels overwhelmingly luxurious. After walking down seemingly endless wide corridors, we were shown to our Room, which had a spiral staircase; the upstairs bedroom area was charming and was a big hit with our two daughters. For dinner on the first night, we made a Reservation at one of the Hotel restaurants and enjoyed a delicious meal while listening to live music. Breakfast requires some caution as the buffet can get crowded, but everything—including shabu-shabu—was excellent. The only drawback is that the Onsen is located some distance away, though that can’t really be helped. The Hotel staff were very polished and left us with a great impression. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Thank you for such an exceptional experience.

When visiting Huis Ten Bosch, I stayed at Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch. This time, I booked a Plan that included both the stay and a one-day passport for Huis Ten Bosch, and it cost 26,100 yen for two people in one Room. With the Accommodation located right next to the park and the passport included at this price, it felt like an excellent deal. The Room showed a bit of age in places, but it was well cleaned and very tidy. I had a comfortable stay with nothing in particular to complain about. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options and generous portions. They also offered local dishes, which was a nice way to experience Nagasaki flavors. Everything was delicious, and I could eat well from the morning. Another great feature is the large public bath. After walking around Huis Ten Bosch all day, it was relaxing to soak and ease my fatigue. The bath area also had plenty of basic skincare amenities available, which made it convenient to use with almost no need to bring anything. These thoughtful touches left a great impression. Overall, between the great location, good value with the one-day passport included, tasty breakfast, and the large public bath, it was a very satisfying stay. If you want to fully enjoy Huis Ten Bosch, this is a convenient Hotel I would recommend.

Once again, I chose Den Haag, which I have stayed at before. The warm smiles and friendly greetings from everyone at the Hotel left a lasting impression. I enjoyed the all-inclusive plan and the meals. The cocktails and wine in particular, served in the lounge, were excellent. My child especially loved the soft-serve ice cream. I also like the location with an ocean view—it’s very quiet and relaxing. It’s a wonderful Hotel that I would love to stay at every time.

Both dinner and breakfast the next morning were very satisfying!! It was also amazing to be able to watch the limited-time 3D projection mapping right in front of the Hotel around 9:00 PM, just before closing. I felt it was a special privilege of staying inside Huis Ten Bosch, and it was very helpful that we could take the limousine bus from in front of the Hotel to Omura Airport when we left. Our child is three years old and was able to play hard until the end, then slept soundly on the limousine bus. We made wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff!!

This price was a great deal with next-day passport included. The Room was spacious and nice, but it was a bit disappointing to find hair in the washbasin.

Checked in late at night and enjoyed the Onsen. Breakfast the next morning was delicious no matter what I ate! The potato salad with mentaiko was the best, haha.

This was my first stay, and I really enjoyed the beautiful views, the clean Room, and the delicious buffet. The paella was especially tasty. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn’t crowded, and I was able to enjoy plenty of alcoholic drinks. It was a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

We stayed here when visiting Huis Ten Bosch. We found this place while looking for a Room that could accommodate our family of five together. The price was reasonable, and it was convenient because everything we needed was provided. There are no dining options within walking distance, but if you have a car, there is a convenience store nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. I also visited an Onsen (day-use bathing at another Accommodation) about five minutes away by car. Although the check-in process is unmanned, the support center was very kind and helpful. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The road to the Facility is a mountain road, and I was worried whether I was on the right track, but they kindly guided me over the phone. When we arrived, I was amazed by how beautiful the scenery was. The food was delicious, and everyone at the Facility was kind and attentive—an outstanding experience. They even took some great photo-worthy pictures for us, and my girlfriend and I made wonderful memories. I’d love to stay here again on a special occasion, so I look forward to coming back. Our three-generation family stayed in two cottages with seven people. The evening BBQ was excellent, with a generous amount of high-quality ingredients and even marshmallows for dessert. The Sasebo burger for breakfast was also delicious, made in collaboration with a famous local shop, so we could enjoy it without having to go out. The amenities were well stocked and very nice, but it was disappointing that there was no bathtub. We hope an Onsen Facility will open nearby.

The staff at check-in and at check-out after breakfast were all very pleasant and welcoming with their smiles. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Whenever I visit Ikeshima, I always stay at Jisuko Hotel Saikai. The views are wonderful, and the Room and bathroom are always clean—this is the main reason I choose this Hotel. This time there was a minor issue with my reserved Room, and you kindly moved me to another one. Thank you for your flexible support. I will stay here again.

I was looking for a Hotel with separate bath and toilet, and found this one. The interior feels a bit old, but it was clean. Amenities were well-prepared, so considering the price, it’s a very good Hotel. I had a pleasant stay. I will use this place again when visiting Nagasaki!

This was our second stay as a family of four. Last time we stayed in a Japanese-style Room, but this time we chose a wooden-floored Room with two bunk beds and one single bed. We were able to use it together with the adjacent Room that has one bunk bed, making it feel like connected rooms, and there was plenty of space to relax comfortably. Since the lower bunk beds could be moved, we pushed two together to make a king-size bed and had our small child sleep on the wall side. Even though they rolled around, they slept soundly without falling off the bed. Still, futons in a Japanese-style Room are easier—next time we’ll choose that. The shared kitchen on the first floor has two gas burners, a microwave, and a toaster. There are plates in various sizes in the large cupboard, so cooking for ourselves was stress-free. There is also a supermarket very close to Saikai City Hall, with plenty of prepared foods. There is a washing machine outside the kitchen, accessible via the back door. The air conditioner in the Room makes it quite dry, so we did laundry before going to bed and hung it up indoors overnight; it was dry by morning. When we visit Saikai again, we plan to stay at Moritaya again. Thank you very much for another great stay.

The house was very clean and spacious, allowing 8 of us to stay comfortably without feeling cramped! The staff were wonderful and kindly provided detailed explanations and information about the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future!
