I was looking for a pet-friendly Plan for my first glamping experience and happened to find Gran Apple Kobe Sanda. Since I live next door in Takarazuka City, I didn’t go in with very high expectations, but… I was extremely satisfied—not only with the Facility, but also with the hospitality and service. It easily exceeded my expectations, and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! The space for dogs was also spacious and a big hit with my family, and we’re already talking about coming back in another season. That said, the Wi-Fi felt quite unreliable, repeatedly connecting and disconnecting. It was a bit stressful when trying to upload photos or videos, so I’d really appreciate it if this could be improved. Overall, my satisfaction level is very high. Honestly, I feel lucky to have found such a great nearby spot where you can enjoy an extraordinary getaway!

When we entered the Room, the kettle and humidifier had already been turned on for us. The open-air bath left our skin feeling smooth, and there were two types of sauna as well as many kinds of baths, so we were able to relax. On our way back, we were given a ride to Kawanishi-Noseguchi Station, which was very helpful. Although the building and Room felt a bit old, we were satisfied with the price including dinner and breakfast. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Even though I checked in late, there was no problem. The Room was comfortable as well. The refrigerator noise and vibration were bothersome, so I turned it off, but it was inconvenient because I had to pull the refrigerator out to unplug it. My Room faced toward Itami Airport, which was nice.

Close to the business destination and the most affordable option in the area, I chose this accommodation for a rare opportunity to stay at Arima Onsen. Although I was slightly concerned due to unclear reviews and parking inquiries beforehand, the customer service was excellent—polite and kind. They also promptly issued a proof of stay upon request, which was very helpful. Guests staying at Hataya can use the onsen at Kamioobo, and their guidance regarding this was very thorough and pleasant. The onsen itself is old but atmospheric, located in an underground-like setting. Since it was late at night when I visited, there were few people (I had it all to myself), making it a relaxing experience. The guest room in the accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Being sensitive to smells, I appreciated that there were no unpleasant odors—just a traditional Japanese scent that added charm. The location is excellent: about a 3-minute walk from the famous Kin-no-Yu bathhouse, with convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants and souvenir shops within close proximity. As for drawbacks: - The smoking area is only available in a narrow space near the entrance, which could inconvenience those entering or exiting. - The walls are quite thin; sounds from neighboring rooms are noticeable, requiring extra consideration not to disturb others. - While there’s a desk and chair provided on wooden flooring near them (which amplifies noise), combined with limited space due to having a refrigerator nearby made working challenging—I ended up using the low table instead. This place may not be ideal for business purposes but poses no issues otherwise for leisure stays. Lastly—and not specific just here—accessing parking by car requires caution as roads in central Arima Onsen are narrow; pre-checking directions thoroughly is essential since some paths can make maneuvering difficult if you get lost. Despite listing several concerns above, my overall experience felt like an escape from daily life—it left me appreciating its charm even more after returning home!

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the scenery along the way is so beautiful that getting there is truly enjoyable. The moment I arrived at the Accommodation and stepped inside, I was genuinely moved by the wonderful atmosphere. Everywhere you look feels like a scene from a drama or novel—surrounded by beautiful architecture and furnishings, I was able to fully enjoy an extraordinary escape. The entire property was also impeccably clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. From my Room, I could gaze out at lush greenery, and the soothing sound of the river was so relaxing that I found myself listening for ages and losing track of time. The baths are private-use only (a large bath and a smaller bath), so I never had to share with other guests. Being able to soak in complete privacy and unwind without any hesitation was something I truly appreciated. And as for the meals—I chose a Plan with both dinner and breakfast included, and both were absolutely outstanding. For dinner, we went to Otowasanso for kaiseki cuisine. Not only was everything beautifully presented, but the dashi flavors were exceptional; I was continuously impressed from start to finish by these delicate dishes unique to Japan. The attendant who explained each course was warm and attentive throughout, which made it an especially happy experience. Breakfast was served on the second floor of Meitokuan. Freshly cooked rice, rolled omelet, grilled salmon, miso soup—each item was simple yet carefully prepared, leaving me feeling satisfied in both body and mind. Both dinner and breakfast were so wonderful that I honestly wished those moments would never end. If you stay at this Accommodation, I highly recommend choosing a Plan that includes both dinner and breakfast—you won’t regret it. Lastly, this was truly a lovely Accommodation filled with thoughtful attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality beyond what I can fully describe. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The kaiseki dinner, in particular, truly moved me—it was the most delicious I have had in years. Each dish was carefully prepared, and both the flavors and presentation were outstanding. I would highly recommend it to everyone. My sincere thanks to the head chef for preparing such an exceptional meal. The Onsen was also lovely, with a great atmosphere, and I was able to relax and unwind. However, I was a little disappointed that the women’s bathing hours were only from 17:00 to 20:00. I would have been even happier if it had been available for longer. The Room was clean and comfortable, and overall it felt like a calm, private space that I really enjoyed. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We decided to visit Arima Onsen on short notice and made a reservation here as it was available. The building might be old, but the guidance, car assistance, and customer service were very polite. It was nice to enjoy in-room dining after a long time. This accommodation serves delicious meals! Everything tasted great, likely because the dishes were served hot and the broth was flavorful. We enjoyed both gold and silver onsens, and perhaps due to good timing, we had them almost all to ourselves for a relaxing soak. The location is convenient for strolling around the onsen town, and we’re glad we chose this place.

The Room, bathroom, bed, and TV are all spacious, creating an amazing sense of openness! It’s a short walk from the airport, but when I mentioned I had an early morning, they kindly accommodated my breakfast time. I was very satisfied and would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel is a renovated accommodation. The room I stayed in had a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere, but there seem to be clean rooms as well. The TV offers plenty of movies to watch, and the bathroom is very spacious. If you have older children, it might be something to consider. The reception staff provided polite service. If you park in the inner parking lot, there’s no issue; however, if you park outside, the steep slope may cause most cars to scrape underneath. It’s better to park at a nearby Times parking lot instead—they will adjust for the difference in cost. I had a comfortable stay overall. Of course, there is only one bed available in the room.
