The Room is on the 17th floor, so the view is great. I could even see Tokyo Skytree—an amazing big-city panorama.\nHowever, it has a shower only with no bathtub, so while that may be fine for international guests, as a Japanese traveler I’d prefer to soak in a tub.\nIt’s right by

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. Since our branch office is in Ueno, I was looking for a good Hotel nearby (price, Facility, and breakfast). As a result, it was a very good Hotel for me! The highlights were: (1) the front desk staff were polite, (2) the Room was cle

This Hotel was conveniently located near a subway station, with convenience stores and cafes nearby. The double room was not very spacious, but the bed was large, and there was a desk and chair for working on a PC. The bathroom was also clean. At check-in, coffee and snacks were

I visited Tokyo for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome and a theater performance at Opera City Hall, and chose this Property for its convenient access. Although the Accommodation Fee has increased compared to before, it was a reasonable price. The breakfast seems to have improved in t

Comfort Hotel is right next to the ground exit of the Oedo Line, and the convenience store on the first floor was handy. The front desk staff's service was excellent, and while the Room was compact, it was clean, and I enjoyed a pleasant stay with a view of the Skytree. The libra

It was a wonderful Hotel. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant and showed the Hotel’s strong commitment to hospitality. The Room was spacious, and I could even see the Tokyo Skytree (d

It was incredibly clean, and the view of the Skytree from the window was breathtaking. I had a very pleasant stay. The Koala's March cushion was adorable, and the Koala's March pancakes at breakfast were both cute and delicious. This has become my favorite Hotel. Thank you very m

The 24-hour stay with a 1:00 PM check-in and 1:00 PM check-out was also a great feature. Excellent value for money! However, it was disappointing that one of the coin laundry machines was out of order and unavailable for use. I would definitely like to stay here again in the futu

The location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor, and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream You

I once saw in a business hotel a charging cable with type-A, type-C, and Lightning connectors on one end, available for use on the desk. This way, there would be no theft, and it seems they have made it this way for easy use in each room. I was impressed, thinking it was consider

I stayed here to coincide with my parents’ trip to Tokyo. I have a special attachment to Ueno Park, so I was hoping for a Room with a great view, and I was delighted that you arranged a top-floor Room with an excellent outlook. Thank you very much. Because I have difficulty walki

At check-in, I was told, "There is a complimentary simple breakfast service," but I found the variety of mini bread, corn soup, two types of yogurt, coffee, tea, and various cold drinks to be more than sufficient. By the way, coffee, tea, and cold drinks are available right after

The bath was excellent. Entering around 1:30 AM, it was like having the place to myself with a spacious open-air bath, a view of the sky, small Goemon-style tubs, and plenty of outdoor chairs for relaxation. The design created an atmosphere that made me forget I was in the city.

The only downside was having just one elevator (especially when you’re in a hurry, it’s probably best to allow extra time). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hop

I ended up checking in later than planned after seeing a play starring Rie Miyazawa, but they kindly called to confirm and welcomed me warmly despite my late arrival. Their advice on where to go for drinks in Akabane was spot-on, and with the Akabane festival the next day, it mad

Everything I needed was there in the right way, and I had a very comfortable stay. I’m sensitive to chemicals and various fragrances (there’s even a term “fragrance pollution”), but here I was able to stay comfortably without any unpleasant issues at all. Also, Hotel Mets pro

I stayed for two nights to visit TDL. There are many family restaurants, eateries, and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, and I felt the location was very convenient. The Room was clean and easy to use. I would definitely like to stay again when vi
