Thank you as always for your continued support. Thank you for arranging an upgraded room again this time. Thanks to you, we were able to fully enjoy a wonderful escape from everyday life, and we are truly grateful for the fantastic time. We look forward to staying with you again next time.

While some Hotels are rigid and overly formal, here I was truly able to relax thanks to the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. Their service reflected the values of the manager and leadership, as well as the Hotel’s overall commitment to welcoming guests. I stayed for six nights, and I sincerely appreciate all your kindness—thank you very much.

Quiet despite being close to the station. The room was also very quiet, and I slept soundly. The hot towel at check-in was so refreshing. Receiving a tablet at check-out gave me peace of mind. The Hotel staff also had a calm atmosphere, which helped me relax. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for three nights, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Above all, Ikebukuro is a convenient area with easy access to anywhere, and the Hotel is not too far from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a higher room category. It was a corner room on the top floor. The view was amazing, and the room was spacious—we were very satisfied. The unexpected hospitality was wonderful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The location is just a short walk from JR Otsuka Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby—it was such a great area that I regretted not having more time. Also, buses starting from the station’s south exit make it easy to reach subway stations such as Otsuka and Myogadani, which is very convenient when visiting the University of Tsukuba, Chuo University, or Ochanomizu University in Myogadani. There were several buses each hour. The Room and the large public bath were both very clean. In addition, security cards were required not only for the Room but also for the elevators and the large public bath, so even as a solo female traveler over 60, I felt safe and comfortable. I also truly appreciate your kind help with my lost item. Just one thing: I prefer tea, but since I assumed it would be provided and didn’t bring any, I was a little disappointed. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I still think this is a wonderful Hotel. The staff’s hospitality and service were excellent, and I was able to enjoy another comfortable stay. Also, the breakfast was just as delicious as before, and I was very satisfied. The morning pasta made to order and the white wine were outstanding. One thing I noticed was the area around the shelf installed above the bathtub. With a bit more attention to cleaning and inspection, the stay would feel even more pleasant. Also, since the outlet is more than 1 meter from the bed, I recommend bringing a slightly longer charging cable if you want to charge your devices at your bedside. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

For that price, being able to fully enjoy Dormy Inn’s meals and sauna is great value for money.

This was my third stay, and as always, the bath was wonderfully relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent—every single side dish was delicious, and I was able to enjoy a hearty meal, so I was very satisfied. Just one thing: on both days, the amenity towels had a damp smell when they got wet, so I hope you can look into that. It remained a calm and comfortable place to stay. I would like to visit again.

It was great that the hotel was close to the station. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a wide variety—excellent overall. I would like to stay again.

It had been a while since my last Multiple Night Stay, but I was able to relax very well. The meals were delicious, and I ate more breakfast than usual. I was especially happy that yogurt was available. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t fully enjoy the complimentary drinks at a leisurely pace, but overall it was a satisfying stay.

It was very close to the station—just up one slope from Tabata Station’s South Exit—and the price was low, so I stayed here. I didn’t have high expectations because it was inexpensive, but the private bath (I made a Reservation by phone the day before) felt like a small public bath, and it was great that they offered free hair iron rentals and a booth with unlimited free drinks. A couple of minor issues were that the railway tracks are very close so you can clearly hear trains, and the private bath is limited to 30 minutes, so I had to hurry and leave without drying my hair. Even so, considering the price, it’s great value for money and I recommend it!

I don’t stay at a Business Hotel very often, but after reading other guests’ Reviews, I felt they were exactly right. Considering the location, I think the price is reasonable. Since it’s uncommon to drive within Tokyo’s 23 wards, it seemed there were only two parking spaces available, but even though I stayed on a Sunday night, I was able to apply on the day and get a spot, which was a big help. I had been prepared to use a nearby paid parking lot, but it was much easier being able to park in the closest place. The room itself felt perfectly fine. Breakfast was also delicious.

It was very clean and nice. There was more space to walk around than I expected, which was great.

Compared with a typical Business Hotel, I could stay comfortably in the Room without hearing noise or voices from the hallway. I was also glad that outside noise was hardly noticeable.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s very close to the station so it’s easy to find, very clean, and reasonably priced—I really like it. I made a Reservation for a single Room, but I was upgraded to a spacious twin Room, which I really appreciated. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so I could relax in the bath and was very happy. The staff were also very friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

This was the only place I found, and I had heard there would be construction, but there was no noise. If the construction hadn't started yet, it might be better not to mention it during check-in as it could cause unnecessary concern.

Once a year, I stay here when I have work near the Hotel. The Room is clean, and it is quiet despite being in the city center. I can rest with peace of mind until work the next day. I’m not good at driving, and when I had trouble maneuvering in the Hotel parking lot and called the front desk for help, they came right away and guided me. The Room has an electric kettle and tea bags, so you can enjoy a warm cup of tea. From sharing an elevator with what seemed to be inbound international travelers, this Hotel appears to be popular. I would like to stay here again next year.

I always use the Plan with check-in at 22:00 and check-out at 14:00 the next day. I leave my suitcase before check-in, and this time the young woman at the front desk was incredibly kind—she asked things like, “Was it hot outside?” and even offered me an ice pop. She also told me to cool down for a while and let me rest, which truly made me happy and helped a lot. I hope she’s always there at the front desk. I’ll definitely stay again!

I stayed here several times before COVID, and this time I returned after a long break. If I remember correctly, the Room was much cleaner than before, which pleasantly surprised me. I also remembered at check-in that there was no Wi-Fi, so I used to go online at the McDonald’s across the street. I would be happy if you could consider adding it. It’s really appreciated to be able to stay at such a low price despite being close to the station. I’d like to stay here again.
