Last time, we stayed in January of last year. Even in the freezing cold, having a BBQ while sitting under the kotatsu on the balcony was so much fun. This time, we returned at the end of summer with our senior dog. It was the best season, and we fully enjoyed the black-water Onsen both indoors and in the large public bath. The staff’s greetings as we passed by, their willingness to help when we needed it, and the front desk team’s smiles and efficient guidance were even more pleasant than before. The thorough cleanliness may also be thanks to considerate guests… Wherever you go, you can truly feel how comfortable it is. This Accommodation keeps evolving for the better every day, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

It was our first time staying here. The ocean view from the Room was breathtaking. It was also great to watch the surfers having fun out on the waves. We brought two dogs with us, and they seemed to enjoy it as well. The staff were kind and helpful. Next time, we’d like to stay again with a two-meal plan. Thank you.

Since there was no air conditioning, it was too hot to stay inside until the evening, but it was cool and comfortable at night. The toilet is a little far away, but it was clean. It’s dark on the way to the bath, so a headlamp is useful to have. The BBQ hamburgers were delicious.

We stayed as a family with children. The kids were thrilled with both the pool and the jacuzzi! Both were warm, so we could enjoy them comfortably even when it wasn’t midsummer. The BBQ area was also well equipped with plenty of amenities and supplies, so we had everything we needed to enjoy BBQ without any inconvenience. The optional BBQ set ingredients we ordered were very delicious. We woke up early in the morning and fully enjoyed the pool with the kids. They also happily played with the garden trampoline, balls, and other play equipment. The garden was spacious enough for the children to run around freely, and they played a lot and were completely satisfied. One night wasn’t enough to do everything, so next time we definitely want to stay for a Multiple Night Stay.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! I have stayed at a different location before, and this time I used the property for a 3-night business stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff service was pleasantly friendly. The Room was clean and well maintained. Although it was a Multiple Night Stay, towels were fresh every day and the trash bin was kept clean as well. I would like to stay again when I have the opportunity.

I stayed here on my motorcycle, and it rained that day, so I wasn’t sure where to park it. They kindly let me store it in the warehouse, which was a huge help. Thank you. It would have been perfect if the Facility had a coin laundry! If I’m in the area again, I’d love to stay here again.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Kominka Tanaka. With a pool, sauna, spacious kitchen, large-group dining kitchen, a roomy bath, and even an open-air bath, plus a washer-dryer and amenities—everything is thoughtfully provided. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to come back right away. This time we had a lively adults-only stay, but one night flew by—next time I’d like to stay for two nights.

The food was absolutely delicious, and you could tell every dish was prepared with great care. The bath was also very relaxing, and I was able to unwind and recover from my fatigue. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. Their courteous and warm service made my stay truly comfortable. I was satisfied with everything—the food, the bath, and the service—and it was a wonderful Accommodation that made me want to visit again. Thank you very much.

My family visiting from overseas stayed here. As soon as they arrived at Tenku, they were impressed by the beautiful views, and they were also happy that the outdoor bath has a water heater, making it easy to use. Although the building isn’t very large, they were impressed by how comfortable and well designed it is. However, the bathroom felt quite small. They were surprised by the small bathroom, but throughout their stay they kept saying, “We want to come again.”

I happened to come across this place and stayed for three nights over Golden Week. I came with almost no Plan—just thinking I might do a bit of fishing at the nearby beach—and with strong winds in the first half of the trip there wasn’t much to do… but the sauna was so amazing that it didn’t matter at all. If anything, I was glad I had extra time to fully enjoy it. - Still quite new and simply spotless - I’ve stayed at many villas with saunas, and this one is top-tier. The mini-pool-sized cold plunge is fantastic, and the aroma löyly is incredible - As an Accommodation, it has everything you need—no complaints - A nearby supermarket (about 3–4 minutes by car) is well stocked, making shopping easy - Being able to have a campfire in the fire pit is a fun bonus - The cooking tools and other Facility amenities are well equipped; if I had to say one thing, a dryer would make it perfect for me (it was rainy so laundry didn’t dry easily) - The BBQ setup is a simple charcoal type; having a gas grill too might make it even better (though personally I enjoy the challenge of lighting charcoal, so no complaints) Overall, I think it’s an Accommodation you can truly enjoy even if your only goal is to do nothing but relax and indulge in the sauna. I’d love to visit again even in the heat of summer!

As it was a weekday, we arrived in about 100 minutes from our home in Yokohama. Despite the heavy rain, the roads were smooth and no different from usual. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us outside and even carried our luggage to the room. Our bags had already been delivered while we were checking in, and we could feel their exceptional hospitality from the very start. The entrance features vibrant Paola Lenti furniture, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. Stepping into the room, an expansive space opens up to a pool and the ocean beyond—it felt like being at an overseas resort. The interior design was also wonderful: arflex chairs paired with a single-slab wooden table, blending Japanese and Western styles beautifully. With typhoon swells bringing bigger waves, we quickly changed into wetsuits and headed to the sea. It took less than a minute from the balcony to getting into the water. The waterproof wristwatch-style key made it easy to go back and forth between the ocean and our room whenever we wanted—another great touch. After getting out of the sea, we went straight to the pool in our wetsuits, then moved on to the open-air bath on the second floor for a soak while taking in panoramic ocean views—pure luxury at its finest. Dinner was served leisurely in-room. Each dish reflected true craftsmanship—beautifully presented—and thanks to the attentive explanations from staff, it was clear how much care went into using local seasonal ingredients. It was an unforgettable dining experience where you could even enjoy each dish’s story behind it. The pudding dessert was outstanding as well! And then came what I’d been looking forward to most: the sauna—with an ocean view right from inside! A cold plunge bath and relaxation chairs were also provided, so there was nothing lacking in terms of facilities. With my recliner fully lowered and surrounding lights dimmed, countless stars filled my view ahead of me. Spending time wrapped in wave sounds and a gentle breeze felt like an indescribable luxury—an ultimate “totonoi” experience you simply can’t get in Tokyo. The next morning started with another swim in the sea followed by an early-morning sauna session. Enjoying two full rounds while gazing at the ocean had me feeling incredible even before breakfast began. Breakfast was also beautifully prepared dish by dish with gentle flavors throughout; especially memorable was rice cooked in a clay pot—it was surprisingly delicious—and I left completely satisfied until last bite . Before I knew it, checkout time arrived far too soon—I honestly wanted to stay longer . Everything—the sea , pool , open-air bath , meals ,and sauna —was exceptional ,and one night simply isn’t enough . If you want to make most of it all ,I recommend staying multiple nights . Beyond how wonderful space & facilities are,the warm hospitality of all staff members—from arrival through departure —left lasting impression as well . I’ll definitely be back !

It was great to enjoy a break from everyday life. The theater room was also a hit with the kids. At this price point, I would have liked more attention to seasonings and amenities. It was also a downside that some of the dishes were dirty. We used the BBQ area, but I’d like more outdoor chairs. The sauna was great, especially the spacious cold plunge. Since there are no windows in the sauna, it would be better if it were a bit brighter, but the interior layout was good.

This accommodation offers exceptional care for its guests. They kindly provided bicycles, recommended great shops, and even gave us a ride to the station according to the schedule. Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay. Located in a quiet environment, it is a very comfortable accommodation where you can relax and unwind.

My family visiting from overseas stayed for two nights. When they arrived in Japan, it was unfortunately raining and they were tired from jet lag, so they didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the BBQ, outdoor bath, or sauna, but they seemed to have a comfortable stay. They took walks around the neighborhood in the morning and evening and even walked to Taito Beach, and said they were able to relax. If we have another chance, I’d like them to stay longer and enjoy everything more fully.

We used this accommodation for a family trip with members including people in their 90s, a 2-year-old, and a pregnant woman, making it challenging to move around on a typical trip. The result was complete satisfaction. First of all, the jacuzzi, pool, and tennis court are aligned in a straight line, allowing us to watch everyone playing outside from the indoor sofa. This setup made it enjoyable for both those who wanted to stay active and those who preferred to relax without anyone feeling left out. Additionally, multiple tennis rackets and balls as well as pool toys were provided. Thoughtful amenities like body soap for toddlers and step stools were also available. Furthermore, having two washing machines and dryers made laundry stress-free during our stay with multiple families. As for the area surrounding the facility, places like the municipal pool and Onjuku Beach are within walking distance even for a 2-year-old. A nearby supermarket (Ootaya) was convenient too. When we went further to Beisia Katsuura store, we found fresh seafood at affordable prices and enjoyed grilling them on the barbecue table at the facility. The cleaning staff we briefly met were pleasant as well. It’s such a clean facility that we would love to use it again in the future. Thank you very much!

All Rooms were kept very clean, and it was a pleasure to stay here! The pool was spacious enough, and with a jacuzzi and sauna, it was perfect not only for having fun but also for relaxing. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, which was very helpful! I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed for one night with a friend, and the Room was clean and well-equipped, so I highly recommend it. There is a supermarket at the next station, but since it's far from the station, carrying food was a bit challenging. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

The sauna was absolutely amazing. We could set it to over 100°C, and it was wonderfully hot! Cooling down properly in the cold plunge and then relaxing outside while looking up at the starry sky felt truly luxurious. At this riverside villa, we were able to enjoy a special time for just the two of us without sensing anyone else around. When we listened closely, we could hear animals and insects, and even the distant sound of a passing train—it was such a calm and luxurious experience. The Room was clean, and the design was inspiring! The owner was a wonderful person. We had a brief chat as we were leaving, and their warm personality made us feel once again that we were truly glad we stayed here. We would love to visit again. Thank you so much!!
