I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children at dinner—they were delighted and finished everything…! We would love to visit again.

It was my first time experiencing anything like it—stylish atmosphere, a kind bartender, and a wonderful time overall. Since I slept with the curtains open, I woke up during sunrise (it was a cloudy day), and an amazing view spread out beyond the window! Stepping onto the balcony

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. The meals were absolutely delicious. Among all the pensions we have visited so far, this one was outstanding by far! I was also surprised by the very reasonable prices for alcohol. From the Room, we were moved by the silhouette of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and by the moon and stars in the night sky. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

We first stayed here last year, and this was our second visit. The Facility is as comfortable as ever—an outstanding cottage. The BBQ terrace is also clean and more than spacious enough even for two families. This time we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t see the sunset (lol). The private beach was just as amazing! The stairs down to it had been nicely repaired, so we could use them with peace of mind. We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual stay (lol). We’d love to come back again!

I stayed with a two-meal plan, and not only dinner but also breakfast was delicious and generously portioned—I was completely full. The minestrone soup at breakfast left a particularly strong impression. Thank you for the wonderful meal! Also, the Accommodation was kept very clean, so I could spend my time comfortably. I could see the sunset from my Room, and even view Diamond Fuji from the dining room. It’s a truly lovely pension. It’s very reasonably priced for these days, and the value for money is excellent.

The moment we stepped inside, the ocean view beyond the lawn garden burst into sight through the large living room windows. We had the breathtaking sea view from the hilltop all to ourselves. We enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sunset, and after dark we had drinks on the spacious terrace under a sky full of stars. We could hear the sound of the waves all night long. The next morning, as soon as we entered the living room again, we were moved by that ocean view once more—truly one of a kind. Our dog was in great spirits too, running around happily both in the garden and in our Room. The location was also very convenient—we couldn’t believe such an amazing place existed. It was an unforgettable stay. We did have some rainy weather, but it was great that we could still enjoy a BBQ even in the rain. The Accommodation’s Facilities and amenities were perfect; even arriving empty-handed, we lacked nothing at all. Everything was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably. At checkout, the staff kindly saw us off with warm hospitality. If we have time, we’d love to return again soon.

I stayed for one night with No Meals Included during the January holiday. The pension is located in a scenic area, and the interior has a bright atmosphere with sunlight streaming in. The room was spacious, and I spent a relaxing time watching the Izu Islands up close and the setting sun from the window. Since it is a little off the main road, the sound of passing cars is distant, allowing for a quiet time. Although there is a bath in the room, this time I enjoyed the soft water of the handmade open-air bath in a corner of the large garden while gazing at the sky. This time, I was also looking forward to dinner at a nearby sushi restaurant known for its delicious local fish, and I was provided with Shuttle Service from the pension, allowing me to enjoy local sake without worry, making it a great holiday. Thanks to the hospitality of the lovely madam and the friendly owner of the pension, I had a wonderful holiday. It is a property I would like to visit again.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

We stayed for one night as a large group to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The moment we entered, we were greeted by an incredible ocean view and perfect weather—an absolutely stunning location! The accommodation featured a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke room, pool, and rooftop. The furniture and decor were stylishly chosen, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The gym facilities were excellent, the karaoke room was spacious, and the pool was clean and so much fun! From the water dispenser to adorable tableware and amenities—everything was perfectly prepared! Even men's swimwear in the bathroom—it was such a thoughtful touch! Before our stay, they kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and recommended shops. At checkout time, the staff personally came to greet us—they were truly wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing trip with absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you so much! Next time we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay!

A good accommodation for people to stay. However, for dogs, it lacked features such as a well-maintained dog run, beds at a height easy for pets to get on and off or with stairs/sofas, and exterior designs with pet illustrations. It fell short as an accommodation specialized for dogs.

The Facility was impeccably clean, and a wonderful fragrance filled the entire Room. The location was excellent, and during the evening BBQ, we were moved by the sunset sinking behind the sea with Mt. Fuji in the background—it truly helped us unwind from everyday fatigue. Despite being along the coast, the private feel of the location is outstanding. We would love to visit again in summer.

The Room was clean, there was a TV, the sauna had an ocean view, and there was also a cold plunge bath—everything was excellent. The space was very comfortable and relaxing as well. It would have been even better if there had been one more set of basic skincare amenities and towels.
