It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

Located within a 5-minute walk from the station, making it ideal for travelers using the train. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, so you’ll have lots of dining options. The room is typical for a business hotel, but the unit bath bathtub is quite small and may be difficult to use even for an average-sized person. Amenities such as toothbrushes and razors are available in the first-floor lobby for guests to pick up what they need. I didn’t use it this time, but there seems to be a laundry facility as well. Wi-Fi is around 300 Mbps, which is fast enough for browsing and streaming videos. I booked a single room, but they kindly provided a semi-double instead, which I really appreciated. This will be one of my top choices when staying in Omiya.

I heard it opened this June, and as a new hotel it was very clean. We drove and used the multi-story parking garage. I expected delays getting in and out, but luckily it went smoothly. We booked two single rooms. They were initially far apart, but when we asked for adjacent rooms, the front desk staff (three women) handled it quickly and smoothly. The room was new and spotless—nothing to complain about. At some hotels, the rinse cups by the sink are glass and I sometimes wonder if they’re only wiped with a sponge, but here they provide individually wrapped paper cups, which feels much more hygienic. The large public bath was also great: each washing station has partitions, and there’s an open-air bath as well as a pot-style bath, so we could really relax. There are three elevators, so you rarely have to wait. Above all, the location is excellent. Cocoon City and the arena are nearby—no complaints at all. In Tokyo, accommodation and parking can be expensive, but in Saitama it’s great value for money. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, but it’s more than enough. I went back for seconds of Musashino udon and the familiar APA curry. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

The room was very clean, and there was nothing in particular that bothered me—I was very satisfied. I felt it offered excellent value for money. The large public bath was also great, but if I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have sauna mats, as not having them was a bit uncomfortable.

Due to a change to our Reservation Room at the Accommodation Hotel, we were upgraded from the Moderato Reservation to the Grand Suite, and my girlfriend who stayed with me was absolutely delighted. The Room was spacious and came with a stone sauna, and the bath was also large—everything exceeded our expectations. We were able to spend a truly memorable and happy time together. When we stay in Kawagoe again, this is the Hotel we would love to book.
