This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips.

This time, as I was using a car, I decided to stay at this Hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The Room is spacious, and the wide bed is very comfortable. The desk is also large, making it easy to work comfortably. The public bath is another great feature. What

It was a highly rated hotel, so I had high expectations, and it exceeded them. From the lounge to the room's interior, there was a sense of luxury, and it had a large public bath, stone sauna, and fitness facilities (though I couldn't use the stone sauna and fitness due to my lat

The bath, toilet, and sink were all in one space in the Room, but it was spacious, and above all I was impressed by how perfectly clean the bathtub was—smooth and sparkling. The large public bath was amazing. There was a silky bath, a bubbling bath, a cold bath, and a sauna—every

The Room and Facility are clean. The welcome drink coffee is available anytime and tastes great. The bath was also well-cleaned and very pleasant! However, regarding the breakfast buffet... Perhaps due to the presence of a group, there were fewer options, and many items s

The Room was clean, and I could relax. But the biggest surprise was breakfast! It’s a Business Hotel, but it was my first time seeing freshly fried tempura made on the spot at a breakfast buffet—and it was delicious. The fried eggs and French toast were also freshly made, warm,

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to watch baseball. This was my third stay. It’s very convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the station. The front desk also has amenities and coffee, which I really appreciate. The Hotel isn’t new, but I think they’re doing their best. This tim

All the staff were very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very delicious and gave me energy to start the day. The Room cleaning was thorough, which made my stay even more comfortable. The Hotel is close to the station, with easy access to Tokyo, so

The hotel's response was heartwarming, as they seemed to know I was staying for the exam and even gave me a supportive message. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and I was satisfied with the delicious dashi chazuke that I could customize to my liking. The resta

There’s a convenience store next to the Hotel and a grocery store just 1 minute away on foot, which is very handy. The room, bathroom, and toilet were clean with no issues regarding the equipment. The front desk staff was polite and provided excellent service. Considering rec

Although it was near Higashi-Kawaguchi Station and along the railway tracks, it was surprisingly quiet—so much so that I wondered if this was really in town—and I had a very comfortable stay. One small disappointment: when I woke up in the morning and turned on the lamp above t

The lounge drink bar was available for free throughout my stay, and a simple breakfast with bread was also free. I was very satisfied with the large public bath—women also have access to a sauna and hot stone spa. Everything indoors was clean. The only thing I noticed was that a

We stayed as a family of four. We found this accommodation near Ichikawa Saijo and were initially unsure, but the price was affordable, and the room was clean, spacious, and excellent. However, the intercom rang late at night, and three young men appeared on the monitor—this was

There was fish as well, the croissants were amazing, and having Häagen-Dazs made me so happy. The pork miso soup was outstanding too. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stop by again when visiting Saitama Prefecture. The staff were wonderful—thank you so much for everything!

The bed-making, hairdryer, and hair iron were excellent! The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast quality was outstanding for just one coin! The public bath was also clean. I wanted to take photos but forgot, which is my only regret. It was a wonderful trip! Thank you to all th
