I was very satisfied with the Hotel’s Facility, the staff service, and the dining options. In particular, the daily replenishment of drinks in the guest room, the spacious and comfortable large public bath, and the fireworks viewing area were excellent. However, the price was a little high. The only drawback was that the parking lot was a bit far away. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

Baths and meals at Hanamaru. Sorry for traveling solo, but I’d love to visit again and again. I was truly able to relax. Thank you very much.

Both the Accommodation and the meals exceeded our expectations—this is a place we truly want to stay at again! The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the Onsen in the Room was amazing. The river was right in front of us, and spending time listening to the gentle stream was incredibly soothing. Everything at the BBQ dinner was delicious, but the burger in particular was outstanding—it made us think, “Now we understand why it’s so highly recommended!” The sweetfish, shellfish, and vegetables were all excellent as well, and we were completely full and satisfied. Breakfast was also great—the freshly baked bread and sausages were especially tasty, and it made us feel happy from the morning. It’s a wonderful Accommodation where you can relax and refresh surrounded by nature. We’d love to come back again in a different season!

We stayed here after descending from Mt. Naeba. Thank you for allowing us to park our car from the morning and for serving us dinner even though we arrived late. Although I am a local of Niigata, the dishes, such as Kanto-style kenchin soup and grilled sweetfish, were different from the traditional Uonuma style but deeply satisfying and nourishing after the hike. The warm bath was incredibly relaxing, and we rested soundly afterward. The three of us stayed in a spacious room that felt like a training camp atmosphere, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was just the right amount, and with a later check-out time, we fully enjoyed Naeba's refreshing morning air. We will definitely stay again if we climb nearby mountains in the future. Please give our regards to your lovely dog Ku-chan who didn’t bark at us! (The photo is taken at Mt. Naeba’s summit.)
