All the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The bed in the Room was also cozy, and we slept well. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. For dinner, instead of white rice, we had kiritanpo hot pot. At first I missed having rice and felt it might not be enough, but the kiritanpo was incredibly tasty and left us completely full.
The breakfast buffet was good, but I felt there weren’t many local specialties. The milk is delicious.
The bath feels more like a health Facility that local residents also use for day trips; it’s not an Onsen with much atmosphere. However, there is a pool, so it may be great for families with children. Come to think of it, since there were several families with small children, they seemed to separate the dinner seating areas—so we adults could enjoy a quiet, relaxed meal. We really appreciated that consideration.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very satisfied. You can refresh yourself in this lush green area. The nearby waterfall is well worth seeing too.
