The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Accommodation to meet friends. From arriving in the lobby through check-in and check-out, the staff’s courteous and pleasant service was truly wonderful, and thanks to them I was able to spend my entire stay comfortably. For dinner, I had the “Tanchou” course. Enjoying a meal with wine while watching Sapporo’s beautiful evening sky shift into the night view was exceptional. After dinner, I finished the night at the “SKY J” bar. When I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely like to stay here.

The staff service, the comfort of the Room, the high-quality meals, and the convenient location—not too far from the station with a convenience store nearby—always make for a fulfilling holiday. The elevator also shows the next floor it will stop at, offering a small but thoughtful touch.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game at ES CON Field. The game ran long and I checked in late, but the staff handled it pleasantly. I was also very satisfied with the large public bath. The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. There were local Hokkaido dishes such as soup curry, herring, and seafood. I was very satisfied. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

It was my first stay in several years. At check-in, the front desk staff member from overseas explained everything very politely, which was great. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room size, the spacious bath, the strong shower water pressure, and the bath additive among the amenities were all excellent. The cleaning was spotless as well. Even though they were busy at breakfast, all the staff greeted guests and spoke up when replenishing items—everyone was energetic and it felt great. There was a wide variety of dishes; the pork miso soup with plenty of ingredients (not seafood) and the hearty curry were both delicious. The location is also great, within walking distance to Susukino. With this level of satisfaction, the Accommodation Fee feels like a great value, so it’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. It had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel I was this satisfied with.

This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got tired of it. The amenities are plentiful, and even my business trip stay was an enjoyable time. I will stay again.

There were plenty of restaurant options, and the Room was spacious, which was great. If I may add one thing, it would be even better if there were a large public bath as well. We visited in a wheelchair, and your thoughtful support was very helpful. Our president said he hoped to return next year for a company trip, but we heard the building will be demolished, which is very disappointing.

The staff were professional from check-in onward, and they kindly helped when I asked for directions.

It was truly just a short walk from Sapporo Station North Exit. It rained a little on the way, and they even lent me an umbrella.\nI really appreciated the luggage storage service. Breakfast was also very delicious.\nThere were laundry facilities, and the Room was spacious and easy to use.

At check-in, our Room wasn’t quite ready and it would have been another 15 minutes, but the staff immediately suggested the lounge and took care of us. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and were shown to our Room without a long wait. The staff’s service was very refined. The Room had four proper beds, so we could relax comfortably. The bathroom was simple and clean. We booked a Plan with breakfast included. The wide variety of potato fries was delicious, and we enjoyed them with soup curry. The honey was also excellent. They kindly accommodated our family’s request for sushi without wasabi. This is a Hotel we’d love to visit again.

It’s great to have a washing machine in the Room! Detergent is also provided.

We arrived by car. Since the Hotel parking lot is only available from 3:00 PM, we parked at the Hotel’s affiliated parking lot about a 5-minute walk away. It was fun walking there while sightseeing at Nijo Market and along the main street. The Hotel was very comfortable, just as rated, and the large public bath and silky bath helped relieve our fatigue after all the walking. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

The Room was spacious and well equipped with amenities—truly a first-class Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. Perks included complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and access to the lounge. Late check-out was extended from 11:00 to 12:00, so we were able to relax and take our time. We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!

I love Sapporo and visit often, but this was my first stay at this Hotel. The location is great, and transportation access is excellent. These days, perhaps due to staff shortages, more Hotels are introducing self check-in. I truly appreciate the accurate suggestions provided in response to my questions. Traditional service can be valued differently depending on the generation, but my stay was very comfortable. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

This was my sixth stay. As always, the staff’s service was courteous. Breakfast was delicious as well. One request: it would be convenient to have one more face towel. After using one for bathing, there isn’t a towel left to use in the Room. I plan to travel to Hokkaido twice a year from now on. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights. There are two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the basement level; the basement is connected to JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station via an underground walkway, so you don’t have to worry even on rainy days. The Room was clean, with a great view of Sapporo Station right in front of the window. There is also a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Sapporo.

Despite being very close to Susukino, a major entertainment district, the property was very quiet inside, and the hospitality and convenience were excellent. This will be my regular Accommodation in Sapporo. It was a very pleasant stay. Just one thing: The screw on the lower holder for the bathroom shower head was loose and coming off, so I couldn’t use it. I hope it can be repaired as soon as possible.

A clean business hotel just a short walk from Susukino Station. Great location and very clean—really enjoyed my stay!
