쿄도노모리 공원 바베큐장 주변 × 시설・설비의 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸 - 2페이지

I stayed here to attend my mother’s funeral and the 49th-day memorial service. The staff were courteous, and I felt it is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. The bathroom facilities show their age, which is understandable, but everything else was very good. It is also conveniently located near the station, so I would like to stay here again.

As before, the Room was very clean, and the staff were kind and pleasant, making it very comfortable. However, the only thing that still bothered me a little was the noise. I had been staying in a corner Room on the second floor (probably 203), but this time I stayed in 301 for the first time. It felt a bit smaller. Overall, I have no complaints. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

Conveniently located near Kichijoji Station, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Room was easy to use, and it was a good Hotel. I rated the hospitality/service 4 because the self check-in machine was not working properly, but the front desk staff responded quickly and were very helpful. I didn’t add breakfast because I had an early morning for work, but the lunch poster in the elevator looked delicious. I already made a Reservation for my next business trip the following day, so I look forward to staying again.

Conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops nearby. The Room also seems to have been renovated and is very clean. The large TV, well-placed sofa, spacious bathroom, and light breakfast were all much better than expected (no offense) — we were really impressed! I don’t go to Tachikawa very often, but my companion said, “If we come again next time, we’d like to stay here again.”

This was a repeat stay. This time, I stayed in a Room with beds on tatami mats. The tatami showed slight signs of wear, but the Room was clean and I was able to relax. I was happy that the TV had BS channels. Nightwear was available to take from the elevator hall. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I would like to stay again when I have business in the area.

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. For a property with a sauna, I think it’s good value: it’s close to the station, and both the Room and the Hotel overall feel well maintained rather than worn out. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I’ve stayed at Hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami, but from now on I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

I had reserved a single Room, but due to an issue with the Room, I was offered a larger twin Room instead. It felt almost too spacious for one person, but the extra space was very helpful for everything. It felt more like being at home than staying at a Hotel. The bathroom was also large, and although it was just one night, I was able to relax. The items in the Room were simple and included only what I needed, which suited me perfectly. The Hotel is also very close to the station, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants along the way, making it a convenient location. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. When I stayed a few years ago, the property felt dated overall, and this time I felt the same as soon as I entered the room. I stayed in the ladies’ room again, but the stained wallpaper, carpet, furniture, and even the bed cover all felt old (the design also seems outdated...). However, the view from the room was open and pleasant, and I appreciated amenities such as a foot massager, tri-fold mirror, hair iron, ReFa shower head, Sekkisei toiletries, bottled water, and more. The room layout was very user-friendly, and the bright hallways made me feel safe. Above all else: there is now an evening alcohol service that wasn’t available before. The beer, wine, shochu, and snacks were excellent—perfect for a quick beer after coming back tired. In addition to that, 24-hour coffee/tea and other non-alcoholic drinks were available, and the daily newspaper service at reception was also great. It rained every day during my stay, but it’s close to the station with a location where you can walk almost entirely under cover. There’s also a convenience store about 30 seconds from the hotel. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

To prepare for the heavy rain expected the next day, I stayed overnight in Hachioji near my workplace. Perhaps because it was Sunday, there seemed to be few guests, so it was very quiet and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for accommodating my request regarding noise from footsteps on the floor above. Many Hotel Rooms tend to be quite dark due to low lighting, but this one was different. I was surprised that I could adjust the brightness by rotating the cover. It’s a simple idea, yet not something you would easily think of—I was truly impressed. It may not always be this quiet every time, but I would like to stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, and I felt comfortable staying here.

I stayed here for a live show in Hachioji. The venue was about a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room and Facility were average, but they were cleaned very well and felt very clean. Given the current situation, I was very satisfied with this price for a weekend stay. If there is another live show in Hachioji, I would like to stay here again. Thank you.

The amenities are sufficient, the room is thoroughly cleaned, and there is nothing unnecessary—this is a wonderful Business Hotel where you can truly experience that simple is best.

I stayed here to attend a stadium concert. Since I made a last-minute Reservation, only a smoking Room was available and I was worried, but it seems you were able to accommodate my request, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was a twin Room with a nice classic feel, and there was also a solid table set in the Room, so I could eat there as well. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room felt clean. Check-in from 3:00 PM was very smooth. I would like to stay again.

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

My first stay at APA Hotel was truly relaxing, with the sauna, cold bath, breakfast buffet, and a great Room. 　The large bed and big TV were excellent. 　The 90°C dry sauna and the pleasantly mild cold bath at around 20°C were incredibly refreshing. 　The beef curry at the breakfast buffet had generous chunks of meat and tasted great. 　The location is also convenient—close to the station, with a convenience store and Don Quijote nearby, plus a train view of the Yokohama Line. 　I would like to stay again.

It was a stay where I encountered wonderful staff after a long time. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, providing kind guidance and responding to inquiries politely.

Although we were informed that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the building, it was a little cold. Due to the typhoon, it suddenly became cooler, so it couldn’t be helped, but it finally warmed up by early morning.

Despite arriving earlier than planned, you kindly accommodated our car, which was a huge help. You were also considerate with our luggage; it was our first stay, and everything was comfortable from arrival to check-out. Given the location, we expected it to be lively at night, but it was very quiet and we woke up feeling refreshed. The delicious bread and soup with coffee were so good that we ended up eating and drinking too much. If I had to mention one thing, the parking area is narrow due to the location, and having to park facing forward felt inconvenient at check-out. When attending live shows in Kanagawa, we will make this our regular Accommodation and come again. Thank you very much.
