The staff service, Facility, Room, Miyajima cruise, dinner, and breakfast were all very satisfying. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and there was almost nothing repeated at dinner. Also, the rice balls made on the spot at breakfast were perfectly shaped, and our whole family enjoyed them. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during Silver Week. The Hotel is old, but it was well cleaned and we had a comfortable stay. The view from our Room was truly beautiful and relaxing. Miyajima’s tourist areas were crowded during Silver Week, but the Hotel’s location was away from the bustle, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and leisurely time. All the staff were very kind, easy to ask questions, and responded promptly. Thank you very much.

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, the twin Room was spacious, there was a large public bath, and Shuttle Service was available. From the moment I saw photos of this Hotel, I somehow knew I wanted to stay here. Everything is spotless down to the smallest details, and you can truly feel their thoughtful hospitality. It’s close to the Great Torii Gate, making it convenient for an evening or early-morning stroll. After checking out this time, when I went back to pick up my luggage, I ended up resting in the lobby for over two hours due to mild heat exhaustion. I’m sincerely grateful for how kindly and attentively the staff took care of me. I’m planning to stay again in November.

The Hotel feels like an art gallery, with artworks displayed throughout, making it fun to explore. The Hotel makes generous use of wood and stone, creating a comfortable space, and the welcome and staff were very warm and reassuring. I was happy that the bathroom amenities were from uka. However, it was disappointing that the rooftop bath is mixed-gender and requires swimwear—I wanted to enjoy the view from the rooftop. I would appreciate it if there were designated time slots. The meals were also delicious and carefully prepared, which was great.

The meals were truly delicious! Dinner was especially great—I enjoyed plenty of sashimi, and the best dish of all was the steak. I’m really glad I tried it, and I’m grateful to the chef who prepared everything. Dessert was wonderful too—I left completely full and very satisfied!

Although it is an older building, it has been well maintained, and the Room was a spacious and comfortable Japanese-Western style. The large public bath was also very clean and pleasant to use. At night we could hear cars passing on the road in front, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Since the sea is right across the street, we could watch the sunrise from the window. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Miyajima parking area. There were a few restaurants and convenience stores scattered along the road.

I used this facility during a business trip by car. Although I opted out of meals, it seems there are few places nearby for breakfast. The interior feels stylishly renovated, and I found no lack in facilities or amenities. I would use it again if given the chance.

We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. I was a bit worried about whether the unmanned check-in would work smoothly, but it was very easy. The Primary Guest needs to take a photo of an ID document on the tablet for identity verification. As soon as we entered the building, the kids were thrilled! The interior was clean, and there were several toys provided—our favorite was the kendama (lol). For dinner, we didn’t eat out; we all cooked and ate at the Hotel together. All appliances and tableware were provided, so we had no inconvenience at all. We also used the rooftop BBQ area, which is available until 10:00 PM, so we still had plenty of time even after returning from sightseeing in Miyajima. They also left discount coupons for a nearby oyster shop, so we could buy fresh oysters at a great price! There was also a discount for an okonomiyaki restaurant, but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use it this time. Maybe because we stayed two nights, they stocked lots of complimentary drinks in the refrigerator—we were all surprised! I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Miyajima. Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. Also, as mentioned in another Review by a previous guest: earplugs and dishwasher detergent had already been prepared! We stayed in Room 02, and I personally wasn’t bothered by any noise. The only thing that was hard to understand was the instruction on cleaning the BBQ grill. I think it said to wipe off any dirt? Since we were allowed to use it free of charge, I wanted to return it clean—but there was no sponge or detergent on the rooftop. And I assume you wouldn’t want amateurs scrubbing too hard either…so is wiping really enough? If so, quite a lot of burnt-on residue remains. It made me wonder whether it should be cleaned properly before use as well—I wasn’t sure what to do.

Both the sushi and the owner’s warm personality were wonderful. If I come back to Miyajima next time, I’ll probably skip Itsukushima Shrine since I’ve seen enough, but I definitely want to return for this Accommodation and the sushi.

We stayed at KIYOMORI for a family trip. Located on a hill, we were surprised by the steep slope, but the view from the room and the spacious accommodation with a beautiful Japanese-modern design were wonderful. Being pet-friendly, we had an enjoyable time with our beloved dog. The amenities were great as well. The projection mapping in the bath was amazing! As for areas of improvement: - Shower water pressure - Hairdryer (weak airflow) Other than that, it was a fantastic experience where we could enjoy an extraordinary atmosphere and spend quality time as a family. I was a little worried because there were no Reviews, but the toilet and indoor shower were very clean. The open-air bath in the garden was especially relaxing, and there was also a table and chairs in the garden, so we could take our time and unwind. I stayed with my son and his wife, and since the Rooms were separate and each had its own toilet and shower, we were able to get ready smoothly in the morning. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

It was a truly wonderful hotel!! It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and they kindly let us park in the lot even before check-in, which allowed us to take our time sightseeing all day. After sightseeing, we checked in, and the room was so beautiful that our whole family couldn’t stop admiring it. Everything was spotless, with all the latest appliances, and the stylish interior showed great attention to detail. Because the room was so lovely, we ended up staying until right before checkout. We’re grateful for this wonderful stay—please let us come back again.

I stayed in a Room on the third floor facing the sea. The view of the Great Torii Gate from the window was stunning, and I fully enjoyed the scenery of Miyajima! Itsukushima Shrine is also nearby, making it easy to take morning and evening strolls. For dinner, I chose the economy option but was very satisfied with delicious sashimi, oyster dishes, and anago-meshi to finish—completely filling and satisfying. The staff were all friendly with warm smiles, and both the Room and bath were well-maintained for a comfortable stay. If you're staying in Miyajima, this Hotel is highly recommended. On my way back when they kindly gave me a ride to the pier, I learned that cameras from NHK and other TV stations are installed on this Hotel's rooftop. It must offer one of the best views in Miyajima. At check-in, they even went to retrieve my luggage from a coin locker at the pier for me—it was incredibly helpful.
