Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. We truly appreciate your accommodating our food allergies. The meals were absolutely delicious. The Ryokan baths, the private bath, and the public hot springs were all wonderful. It was a shame we couldn’t visit all of the public baths, but we’d love to come back and do a full hot spring tour next time! As for amenities, we didn’t have any particular issues, but I happened to forget my makeup remover and thought it would have been helpful if the Ryokan had one available. We’re grateful for the lovely time we had. Thank you very much.

Everything was always clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! All of the staff provided wonderful hospitality. This time, I chose the “Tajima Beef Colorful Kaiseki” course! They carefully explained each dish, which made it even more enjoyable. I was able to fully enjoy Kinosaki at night.

I have no complaints about the Ryokan. I was surprised to be able to enjoy red snow crab even in summer. The in-Room dining service was also excellent. Just one point: the sweet shrimp at dinner was outstanding, but the Ryokan I stayed at the next day in Amanohashidate was better in terms of the sweetness of its miso (probably just by chance...). I would definitely like to visit in winter.

We stayed here for his birthday trip, and everything—from the hospitality and amenities to the views and meals—was truly top-class. We definitely want to come back someday. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The hospitality was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently attentive. Especially at checkout, they even wiped the car windows. It had rained the night before, so the windows may have been dirty, but this was the first time anyone has ever done that for me—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying. Dinner featured a duck hot pot as the main dish, along with plenty of extras such as sashimi and Kasumi crab (benizuwai crab). Everything was delicious. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the Ryokan’s bath is small and it’s a bit away from the center of town. Personally, I enjoyed walking around while exploring and visiting different public baths, and they also said they could drive guests there upon request. As for the small bath at the Ryokan, I think it works well if you make use of the public baths too while still enjoying what’s available on-site. I would definitely like to stay again. One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

The views from the window—an unmanned station and the sea—were beautiful, and we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Every dish was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the crab and shrimp. The Accommodation was quiet throughout, with a soothing atmosphere that made time feel as if it were gently passing by, allowing us to forget everyday life and truly unwind. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed during the Obon holiday season with my parents and my child, and the connecting rooms gave us plenty of space to relax. The magic show was really entertaining, and my child loved it! The Facility had just been renovated, so everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a Reproizer hair dryer in the large public bath, which was a nice touch for women. I did notice the shampoo didn’t lather as well as I expected, so I wish I had brought my own. There were many families with children, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere where we could enjoy ourselves without feeling self-conscious even with kids. We had a wonderful time as a family. We’d love to come again!

Convenient for visiting any of the public bathhouses. I come to Kinosaki every year, and I’ve stayed at about five places—this is a great Accommodation. The service isn’t over the top; it’s just right, so you can truly relax. The building feels historic, but it has been renovated and is very comfortable with a lovely atmosphere. I’d like to make a Reservation and stay again next year.

I stayed at Kuroshio for the first time through a friend's recommendation. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner and staff. The crab hot pot dinner was incredibly delicious. This is a Ryokan I would love to visit again next year.

We stayed for one night with No Meals Included just after the Obon holiday season. The location is almost in the center of the Onsen town, right next to Ichino-yu, making it perfect for visiting the public baths and strolling around town. Our Room was on the 3rd floor facing the Onsen street, with two beds. Some details felt a bit dated, but overall it was clean and pleasant. You can clearly hear the sound of people’s geta outside, but I found it atmospheric and didn’t mind much. During summer vacation in Kinosaki Onsen, fireworks are launched from 21:00, and it was wonderful to be able to see them from our window. There are two indoor baths: the left one is quite lukewarm and may be good for soaking for a long time. The right one is a bit hotter and also has a cold bath, which I really appreciated! Since Kinosaki’s public baths don’t have cold baths, this was especially welcome for me. The water also pours like a waterfall from a lion-shaped spout (maybe), so you can let it hit your stiff shoulders like a water massage. For parking, the Ryokan’s information points to nearby paid parking lots, but there is also a municipal lot very close by that is cheaper at JPY 1,000 for 12 hours. However, when we arrived there was a waitlist line up, so we used “Kinosaki Motor Pool” listed in their guidance (JPY 1,700). The municipal lot is cheaper and allows longer stays, but if you take your car out during your stay you’ll be charged again each time—so if you plan to drive out for shopping or similar errands, Kinosaki Motor Pool may be more convenient. The young proprietress was very friendly and charming (according to my wife), and we enjoyed chatting with her. One small disappointment was that the air conditioner in our Room didn’t seem well cleaned—the airflow smelled slightly musty and there was visible dirt around the vent. A different Accommodation we stayed at last year had a dirty air conditioner too; maybe places where each Room has its own unit tend to struggle with keeping up with cleaning? Also, I didn’t notice while we were using toilets at the public baths during our outings—but when I used our toilet the next morning, the washlet function wasn’t working properly. Overall we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay here again when we visit Kinosaki next time.

All the staff were kind and pleasant. Every dish was delicious, and we were very satisfied. The international staff were all cheerful and greeted us with warm smiles, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

By chance, a room became available due to a cancellation, and I was able to make a reservation. The accommodation cost was so cheap that it made me a bit anxious. I went to eat crab, and since the price was low, I wondered if the portion would be small, but I was surprised by the amount. I had crab sashimi for the first time. I was amazed at how delicious it was. Grilled crab, steamed crab, crab shabu-shabu, all were delicious and the best. Also, the crab rice for breakfast was delicious. I will definitely go every year!

After watching a baseball game, we extended our trip to enjoy Kinosaki Onsen and the Amarube Bridge sightseeing. Since my friend and I both love crab, we stayed with the Kasumi Crab course at this accommodation. When I informed them in advance by phone that my friend had difficulty walking, they kindly prepared a barrier-free room for us. The food was delicious. They also arranged a taxi for us, and the staff serving meals were very attentive. The onsen was excellent as well. Although I was initially worried due to some negative reviews, we had a pleasant stay overall. The area in front of the ryokan was quiet enough to relax comfortably.

It was a wonderful Ryokan, with outstanding architecture and Rooms. The Japanese-modern space, where different materials blend beautifully, was truly impressive. Walking barefoot indoors let us experience the feeling of staying in a traditional house with all five senses. Both the meals and the hospitality were excellent. In the morning, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the private family bath. The location was also great, making it easy to enjoy visiting multiple hot springs smoothly.

We stayed here during a beach trip. All the staff greeted us with kind smiles throughout our stay. The building was very clean and spotless. The bath was also very relaxing. We stayed in a Room with a private bath, and both the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The meals were luxurious with many dishes, and we were completely full. Since we stayed with our child, we were able to enjoy fireworks at night. They provide a fireworks gift, and you can borrow a bucket and a lighter. Breakfast was delicious as well, and we enjoyed coffee after the meal and spent an elegant time until check-out. The free massage chairs and water in the lobby were also very helpful. Small creatures (like tree frogs and crabs) sometimes visit near the Ryokan entrance, which delighted our children. We made wonderful memories to start our summer vacation. Thank you very much.

We searched for an Accommodation to go eat rock oysters! Seven rock oyster dishes & live squid sashimi. It was absolutely amazing. Boiled crab was included too, with a three-item platter. Appetizer: such a huge volume we couldn’t finish it all. Dote hot pot and fresh oyster spring rolls—menus we’d never had before, and we really enjoyed them. Everything gets top marks except that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the Room. The staff were also very kind, great value and delicious! We want to come again.

The four of us stayed with breakfast included. The food was delicious, and the owner and all the staff provided excellent service—thank you for your heartfelt hospitality. In addition, thank you for driving us from Kasumi to Toyooka on a morning of heavy snowfall.
