We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in August, and everything was outstanding! First, the food: starting with peach soup with lobster on the first day, followed by artistically beautiful and delicate dishes. On the second day as well, from the prosciutto and Shine Muscat appetizer to char, wood-fired lamb… everything was perfect through dessert—we truly enjoyed every bite. The garden is spacious and beautifully maintained, with wonderful views. The open-air rock bath was amazing. The Room was also spacious and spotless, allowing us to relax at our own pace—it was pure bliss. The staff’s greetings were warm and pleasant, and this is an Accommodation we definitely want to return to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

Everything was exceptional from pick-up to send-off. I stayed here after a weekend trek, and upon arrival we were welcomed with a welcome drink, along with a clear and courteous explanation of the Accommodation—brief yet thorough at all the key points. As for dinner, to put it in gourmet terms: “a blissful dining experience woven from artfully presented plates and a refined atmosphere.” In my own words: the ambiance was wonderful, everything was delicious, and I couldn’t wait to see what would come next! The private bath we used after the meal was also perfect—an open-air bath of just the right size, stocked with popular in-bath amenities that were gentle on the skin—so I could truly relax. The futon was very comfortable, and breakfast was healthy and vegetable-focused with delicious rice; the after-meal coffee in the lounge was excellent as well. Thank you for seeing us off so pleasantly at the end. We’ll be back! It really was an amazing weekend.

I stayed here on a family trip with my father and sister. Unfortunately it rained, but as soon as the Hotel came into view, I couldn’t stop feeling excited by its beautiful exterior. The Room was a standard maisonette. The stairs were a bit steep for my father in his 80s, but we were very satisfied with the spacious Room. The Onsen wasn’t overly hot, and there were several options including an open-air panoramic bath and a medicinal bath, so I enjoyed it both in the evening and in the morning. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a great variety of dishes, and I ate until I was completely full while trying to decide what to choose. There were still more things I wanted to try, but I simply couldn’t eat any more…! Since there was only one elevator for going up and one for going down, depending on the time it wasn’t always easy to get around smoothly, but otherwise everything was excellent. My father and sister were both very happy and said they’d like to come again. I’d love to stay here again too.

We stayed at this Hotel because it is close to the gondola for trekking at Hakuba Happo-One. The interior was simply charming, and we relaxed on the lobby sofas in the evening—the high ceilings made it feel like an overseas Hotel. Many of the staff were from abroad, but everyone was friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. We visited in summer this time, and would love to come back in winter as well.

We had a wonderful time. Due to the heavy rain, the Onsen source stopped, so it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the in-room bath. However, we received a courteous message in advance, and your responses throughout our communication were very polite, so we were able to stay without any issues. Although we couldn’t use the in-room bath, giving 1 star would lower your rating too much, so with hopes for next time I’m giving 5 stars. I would like to visit again once the Onsen is restored. As a personal request, I’d like to mention two points for improvement. First, regarding the hanging light in the center of the Room: even when it was on, it felt dim. If you could replace it with one that allows brightness adjustment or switch to a brighter LED light, I think it would be more comfortable. Second, when walking from the parking area to the entrance, there were multiple nests of what looked like horseflies on the ground. There were many of them around and it made entering and leaving the building difficult. Since this is an important pathway for guests, it would be better to remove the nests or take some kind of countermeasure.

We stayed for two nights in mid-October with three generations of our family and our beloved dog, and we had a very comfortable stay in the spacious room. The cleanliness was exceptional, making it hard to believe it was a pet-friendly accommodation. The large living room and kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking together as a family. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, so we had everything we needed. (We bought ingredients for dinner at a nearby supermarket.) The separate toilet and bathroom made it convenient for everyone to use without any hassle. It was also helpful that basic dog supplies like a cage and pet sheets were provided. Although pets were not allowed in the bedrooms, our dog relaxed comfortably in the living area. The location right in front of the slopes (Happo-One Ski Resort) was perfect for walking our dog, especially during early morning strolls which were incredibly refreshing. It was also easy to drive to Kurobishi-daira, where we enjoyed stunning autumn foliage—this year seemed to be an excellent year for fall colors! We would love to visit again during summer when the greenery is lush. Traveling with three generations of family members—and especially with a pet—can make choosing accommodations challenging, but this place exceeded all expectations. It's highly recommended for families traveling with small children (grandchildren), as you can relax comfortably in your room while enjoying quality time together!

I love the scent of wood when you first enter. The Room felt very clean, the towels were fluffy, and I had a comfortable stay. The weather was great, and the forest view from the large window directly in front of the bed, along with the morning sunlight streaming in, felt wonderful.

We stayed here as a family for sightseeing in Hakuba. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stylish atmosphere that made it very easy to relax. The owner kindly prepared a BBQ set for us, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it due to bad weather, which was very disappointing. When we visit the Hakuba area again, we would definitely like to stay here.

【Check-in】 The accommodation sends the entrance PIN code via SMS to your registered phone. Enter the code to access the property and call the front desk. Note: The email provides two phone numbers, but one is incorrect (please address this issue). You can choose between in-person or online check-in when asked by staff. For online check-in, procedures differ for domestic and international guests, so confirm over the phone beforehand. If you prefer simplicity, in-person check-in is recommended. 【Facilities】 The accommodation is very clean. All rooms are equipped with floor heating and individual air conditioners for maximum comfort. Each room has a private toilet and shower (the second-floor room includes a bathtub), ensuring privacy. The living room features high ceilings with an incredible sense of openness; however, while large windows offer great views, there are no blinds in the living area—this may be uncomfortable for some guests despite minimal surroundings. The semi-open-air bath on the first floor is spacious enough to accommodate 3–4 adult men at once comfortably but lacks a changing area (possibly designed for direct use after skiing using the laundry space near the entrance). Note that it’s visible from outside through its windows—likely from neighboring villas—so additional privacy measures would be appreciated. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and cooking utensils (though no measuring cup was available). Guests need to bring their own seasonings but will find it highly functional overall. Used dishes can simply be placed into the dishwasher. A baby crib can be borrowed free of charge if requested in advance (floor-sleeping type). Additionally, all rooms feature twin beds; however, according to staff members, they can rearrange them into a double bed layout upon request. 【Check-out】 Guests are told they may leave freely without any formalities at checkout time; however, confirming this process during your stay might provide peace of mind. 【Overall Experience】 The living room sofa was very comfortable to sit on, and we enjoyed watching TV on its large screen—it was an incredibly relaxing stay overall! We look forward to staying here again!

I have stayed at luxury hotels and villas around the world, and this was definitely among the top-tier experiences. Simply outstanding.

We stayed with two adults and four dogs. The interior was very clean, and the bedding and towels were comfortable. Although dogs are allowed, there was no odor anywhere inside, so we had a very pleasant stay. From the second-floor bedroom window, you can see snowy mountain scenery, and it’s a wonderful way to start the day feeling refreshed. The cottage itself is lovely, and the location is excellent: a supermarket, Snow Peak, Patagonia, The North Face, an Onsen, and restaurants are all within walking distance—very convenient. There is also the Kiryugawa Walking Trail nearby, so we had no trouble finding places to walk our dogs. I think this is a cottage where both guests traveling with dogs and those without can relax comfortably. And the owners are truly wonderful people. We’ll be back!

With no limit on the number of dogs, our dogs were able to relax and enjoy themselves, and we were able to unwind in the Onsen as well. The beautifully maintained garden and exterior were wonderful, and it felt special from the moment we arrived. It was a very comfortable Accommodation where we could stay without hesitation even with our dogs. We would definitely like to stay again.

The Room was clean and comfortable. The meals, handmade by the hostess, were very delicious and offered in such generous portions that we couldn't finish them all. We were able to enjoy our meals together with our beloved dog, making it a pet-friendly Hotel. It was an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day! The Facility is old, but the toilets and washbasins were new, and the Room’s air conditioner was also new, which was great. Breakfast was excellent—the rice was exceptionally delicious, the pork soup (made without miso) was wonderful, and the other side dishes were also tasty. This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again next time. Thank you very much.

Not only the Room, but also the table area in front of the house was arranged so we could spend our time comfortably, and we had a very pleasant stay. I was able to relax in the Room while looking out at the lush green trees and enjoy a soothing, restful time. The meals were also delicious; I took my time enjoying the course dinner, and for breakfast I had a Japanese set meal. Both the presentation and taste were excellent.

We stayed here on a trip with three families, and it was amazing—thank you so much. Each Room has its own toilet and shower, so you can use them at your own pace without worrying about others. Even so, because it’s a single building, it still feels like everyone is together. When we made the Reservation, check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, but at some point it had changed to 16:00. We were able to check in at 15:00 on the day, so it wasn’t an issue, but it did make us a bit concerned. I’m giving 4 stars because we would have liked a rice paddle for serving rice, rice bowls, and small plates. The cooking utensils were perfectly well stocked.

My sister and I planned a SUP trip at Lake Aoki, and this Hotel is where we ended up. It was absolutely the right choice! We’re already talking about coming back in ski season. The Room was spacious, with a view of Lake Aoki from the window. The bathroom and other water facilities were clean and pleasant, and we had a very comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast, carefully prepared with local ingredients, were high quality—wonderful in both taste and atmosphere. The staff were full of hospitality and kindly helped us with our questions. In addition to the Shuttle Service from the station, they also provided Shuttle Service to the SUP meeting point, which was incredibly helpful.
