The renovated Room was spotless and very comfortable. The drink corner was available from before breakfast until after dinner, which was a great value.

I stayed at Naritaya at Suwa Onsen Hotel again for the first time in a while.\nThe Facility is old, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.\nAbove all, the panoramic Onsen on the top floor was wonderful.\nI also enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast.\nThank you very much.

I visited for the first time in three years. It was a cold day, so I was quickly guided to the bath and warmed up. The meal, which I had been looking forward to, was served one dish at a time with explanations, making it an enjoyable experience and leaving me completely satisfied. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!
