The Accommodation’s calm atmosphere, the cuisine, and the baths were all wonderful, but what impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone we spoke with combined deep knowledge with warm, attentive service, making our stay truly comfortable. I initially wondered if this trip might be a bit luxurious for traveling with my three underage sons, but they seemed to experience what true quality means, and I am now wholeheartedly satisfied.

We stayed with a group of five. One of us was pregnant and had a seafood allergy. Thank you for kindly preparing special meals for her. Thank you also for arranging a birthday cake and for the wonderful photos.

We had a wonderful stay. Although the building is a bit old, it was clean and comfortable. The large public bath was not crowded, and it was kept very clean with frequent cleaning. It was also great to have a ReFa shower head installed. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the grilled beef at dinner was surprisingly delicious.

The bath and hot spring were beautifully maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful hospitality, including wet chopsticks, as well as the delicious seasonal cuisine. Thanks to the attentive service from all the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. It was our first visit in a while, and everything—the room setup, the meals, and the service from all the staff—had been improved even further. It has become an even more wonderful place to stay.

I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, but it was not an Onsen. That was the only disappointing point; everything else was excellent. The two baths in the building were also very nice, and it was especially great to find a jacuzzi in an Onsen, which is rare. Dinner reflected the sensibility of a female head chef, and breakfast being a half-buffet was also a nice touch. Overall, the facilities were kept clean and well maintained.

When I asked Gemini for a travel plan, this was recommended as an “adult solo trip” option. The building has a sense of history, but it is carefully maintained and I didn’t feel any inconvenience. The baths are said to be without added water or heating, yet the temperature was just right. Since it was October, stepping out to the open-air bath after the slightly hotter indoor bath felt wonderful. The meals featured fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, all delicious—along with Kaga Koshihikari rice. It’s been a long time since plain white rice impressed me this much. I’d love to return during crab season.

I stayed here with three friends. Unfortunately it rained, so we kept sightseeing to a minimum and checked in early. We relaxed, took a long bath, and took it easy. Both the Room and the bath were very clean, and it felt great to be able to walk around the building barefoot. We ended up drinking several cups of delicious coffee using the coffee maker in the Room. The only slight disappointment was that there were no tea bags for tea. The staff member was friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips on good places to eat and souvenirs, which really helped us out. Even in bad weather, they kindly walked us to the bus under an umbrella, which we really appreciated. The weather wasn’t great on this trip, but overall we were very satisfied.

Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day. The Room and meals were excellent in every way. We were especially impressed by the all-crab feast. We were very satisfied with the many delicious dishes, including medium-fatty tuna (chutoro). We look forward to visiting again with our family to enjoy another Premium tour.

My first contact was a phone call to let them know I would be arriving late, and the call was pleasant; they immediately adjusted the dinner time for me as well. What stayed with me most was the service after check-in. A staff member escorted us to our Room and gave a thorough, attentive explanation of how to get around the property and where the emergency exits were. While many places give rushed instructions at reception, it had been a while since we were guided all the way to our Room, and that consideration really meant a lot to us as we were tired upon arrival. At the dining area, a male staff member welcomed us with a gentle manner, and the dishes had wonderfully rich dashi flavor—so much so that “delicious” kept slipping out with every bite. Of course, the Onsen was spacious and very relaxing as well. Everything was excellent. All of the staff treated us with genuine care. After all, the greatest luxury when traveling is heartfelt hospitality. This Accommodation has been the best I have ever stayed at. Next time, I would like to visit again with staying here as my main purpose.

This was my first stay. It was quiet and very relaxing. The room was wonderful, and the meals were excellent. I enjoyed them at a leisurely pace in my room. The furnishings on display are beautiful—it feels like a museum. I also appreciated being shown another room. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived until we departed, every moment was comfortable and truly luxurious. We were delighted with everything—the atmosphere, the room, the bath, and the meals—but above all, the attentive hospitality and thoughtful care from all of the staff made us want to return again. I am left-handed, and at dinner on the first night I moved my chopstick rest myself. Then at breakfast the next morning, my chopstick rest had been set up for a left-handed guest, which truly moved me...! Thank you so much for noticing even such a small detail.

This Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Room layout was well designed, and I stayed very comfortably. The view is also wonderful. The sauna is spacious enough for about 4–5 people, allows temperature adjustment, and you can enjoy löyly. The cold plunge is also plenty large, and ice is provided for those who want colder water—so you can fully enjoy the sauna exactly the way you like. The in-room Onsen is spacious enough for two people. The water has a slightly silky feel and leaves your skin nicely moisturized. The amenities were excellent as well. The private lounge offers a great selection of drinks and snacks, which you can bring back to your Room—so it feels essentially all-inclusive. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals did not overlap between the first and second nights, allowing me to truly enjoy local specialties. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the food, but what impressed me most was the staff’s hospitality—from dining staff to front desk to housekeeping. Their warm attentiveness really touched me. I would love to visit again.

We stayed with 10 family members across three generations to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. At check-in, we were given a number ticket and had to wait a bit, perhaps because there weren’t enough staff. However, drinks were free-flowing, and the lobby was lovely, so we didn’t mind waiting. We stayed in the renovated main building. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was one mishap—the bathroom door wouldn’t close—but staff came right away and fixed it so it would close (though it still made some noise). We booked a kaiseki dinner plan and went to the dining venue, but we couldn’t find the reception desk and there were no staff around, so we sat at the table number written on paper. Even after waiting for a while, no one came. When we spoke to a trainee staff member, they came to take our drink order. After that, an experienced staff member in charge of our table came over. Since I had noted in our reservation that this was for my father’s 70th birthday celebration, they brought a red celebratory vest (chanchanko). On top of that, they surprised us with an extra celebratory dish “from the kitchen” and even a gift from the hotel—my father was truly delighted. As expected from Hyakumangoku Hotel. We chose this hotel because we stayed here as a family about 25 years ago and remembered it well—my father said he wanted to stay here again. After the renovation made everything even nicer, being able to return together with more grandchildren than before felt very special. It became a wonderful trip to remember. Thank you very much!

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. Sorry for the late review, but we had such a wonderful stay that I wanted to share it. The staff were incredibly kind, and that alone made us feel we chose the right Hotel. In particular, during meals (the buffet), the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made dining truly pleasant. Of course, the food was delicious as well. The shop staff were also very welcoming. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed, and I enjoyed shopping in a relaxed way while chatting with them. As for the Facility, there was a drink bar just outside the bath area, and it was great to be able to sample small amounts of various alcoholic drinks such as beer and shochu. Our family of five stayed here, and every one of us was satisfied. Thank you very much.
