We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

We stayed for 2 nights. The villa was very comfortable, and everywhere you look is picture-perfect. I think many guests stay here aiming for a photogenic experience, and in that respect you’ll definitely be satisfied. It would be perfect if you could catch the sunset too. Also, the Accommodation is quite visible from the main island side, so it was exciting when we spotted it. On the downside, you can just barely see the pool from the neighboring villa, and it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area to the bathroom. However, there are thoughtful touches—like speakers installed both indoors and outdoors that play acoustic guitar tracks—and features like a large garden. There are many points that set it apart from the villas that have been popping up all over Okinawa lately. Some Reviews mentioned lots of insects, but we hardly had any bugs come inside. On the contrary, there was a stag beetle on our pool float and that really made my day. A cat also came by to visit at night. We arrived in an Alphard; while the road leading to the Accommodation was surprisingly wide and easy to drive, the road right in front of the villa was narrow, and we had to make several back-and-forth adjustments to park. For check-in, a QR code was sent to our designated email address, but separately (from a different sender) an email with our Room number arrived from a Gmail domain. It went to spam, so at first we didn’t realize which Room we were supposed to enter. I’d prefer if they unified the sending address. Still, being able to complete everything contactlessly is appreciated. Also, drinks in the fridge are free, but we were told there would be no replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay. There is a vending machine on-site as well, but it doesn’t have alcohol—so keep that in mind.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room facilities were very clean, as if they had just been renovated. It was also nice that the toilet and the bath/vanity area were separate. The view from the Room was beachfront and wonderful. There are several restaurants near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I was surprised to see so many Southeast Asian guests at the breakfast venue. I would like to stay here again.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

Right in front of the ocean, with a pool—and even a large public bath—it was truly amazing. And they even have ice. The parking lot is close, too. We didn’t use the meals because we wanted to eat at local Okinawan restaurants, but it was more than enough even without dining. If I had to say one thing, it would be helpful if the refrigerator were just a little bigger—but at this price, I can’t complain. I’ve stayed here several times already, and I look forward to staying again. I don’t like crowds, so it’s very relaxing; I sincerely hope you can keep things just as they are.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the Room, but when we asked for help, they promptly arranged a Room change, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your quick response. We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Both offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to return.

As always, the hospitality was outstanding. Rather than a scripted approach, each staff member’s personality shines through in their service, which leaves a lasting impression and makes the stay truly comfortable. I always hope to be the kind of guest the team is happy to welcome. This time we also used your affiliated golf course and a restaurant at The Busena Terrace, and it was very reassuring that information was shared seamlessly between them. It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing. On our way home we talked about wanting to stay for about a week next time. We’ll do our best until we can return again.

It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

I stayed for two nights to visit Tokashiki. There was no breakfast crowding as I had worried about, and in the morning I was able to get my ferry tickets fairly smoothly. The boarding area was right in front of the hotel, and getting back was easy as well. I had a room with a washing machine, which was great. However, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance on how to use it—I wasn’t sure whether detergent should be added. The staff were very nice. Check-in also went fairly smoothly. That said, I had seen on YouTube that sparklers could be enjoyed on the terrace and that there was a lounge, so I was looking forward to it. Maybe it’s only available in summer? There wasn’t any information provided, so that was disappointing. One thing that confused me was the layout of the 8th floor where the restaurant, terrace, and bath are located. I thought you couldn’t pass through from the restaurant to the terrace, but it turned out you can if you’re in casual clothes—so I’d like this clearly noted on the floor map. Also, my Diamond member benefits included restaurant credit. I assumed (on my own) that it couldn’t be used for the breakfast buffet for a child sharing a bed without an extra charge, but it seems it could have been used—so I would have liked a brief explanation. In any case, the interior design is stylish and has great taste. I’ll stay here again when visiting remote islands!

The in-room washing machine and the dryers on each floor were incredibly helpful. It made it easy to pack lighter, so my suitcase stayed nice and light, which was great. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed with no issues at all. The staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease! And the breakfast was outstanding. Every day there were a few different side dishes, so we never got bored and truly enjoyed it. There were lots of Okinawan specialties, and I looked forward to every meal. The island bananas were absolutely delicious. It was also my first time trying gurukun, and I realized what a tasty fish it is. The location was convenient as well—perfect for sightseeing. I definitely want to stay here again next time. I was also soothed by the cat in the outdoor parking area, and I hope it will still be there when I visit again. We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

We stayed here with three generations of our family. With small children, this kind of hotel lets you stay without worrying about anyone. Both the room and the pool were very comfortable! We would definitely like to stay again.

Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.
