After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

I had been curious about this accommodation for a long time when visiting Amakusa, and I’m glad I could stay. The semi-open-air bath was great, but the meals were absolutely amazing. I was fully satisfied with all the delicacies of Amakusa. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t all

We were worried that the earthquake might have caused damage, but when we asked in advance, we were told there was no particular impact and that we could feel at ease, so we decided to visit. The area around Aso was cooler than Kumamoto City and very comfortable. For the open-air bath in the Room, they showed us how to fill it with Onsen water when showing us around, and since it is available 24 hours a day, we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak at night and again in the morning. This time we chose a Plan with breakfast only, but there were many small dishes beautifully arranged and pleasing to the eye, and the rice cooked in a pot was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation we would like to visit again for a relaxing stay.

Although it was cloudy on the day of arrival, I was able to enjoy the view the next morning. The Room was new, very clean, and comfortable. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were unique, delicious, and enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding. I enjoyed sightseeing in Amakus

This was my first stay here. The staff were very courteous, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes. Being served in the Room allowed us to relax and take our time. I did notice some dark staining on the shower hose and floor in the bathing area, but there were many types of facial cleansers and serums available, as well as horse oil shampoo, which left both my skin and hair feeling great. Early in the morning by the sea, I went fishing at a spot I was shown and caught plenty of good-sized whiting. Because of the heat, it was a short trip, but I was very satisfied with the catch. Next time, I’ll visit during a cooler season. Overall, I was extremely satisfied—especially with the meals! Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Last year, my 101-year-old mother-in-law passed away, and I invited my elder sister and niece, who have been feeling a bit lonely since then, to stay here. We celebrated my sister's birthday during dinner with a toast, and the staff surprised us with a Happy Birthday song and cake. Seeing my sister's happy smile made me feel so glad I chose this Hotel. Although we couldn't see the sunset this time due to rain (unlike last time), we will definitely come back again!

Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but both the baths and the meals felt like a completely new experience. The French & Italian cuisine was excellent, and I enjoyed visiting different baths. At Tenku-no-Yu, I could even hear the Onsen water gushing up naturally, which was truly impressive. On the way home, I parked at a free parking lot about 3 minutes downhill from the Accommodation by car and took a walk through an area where intense steam vents and residential homes coexist, fully enjoying the Waita Onsen area. I’d love to stay again.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

This was our second stay, about three years since the last time. Due to the earthquake and other factors, it wasn’t very busy, but we decided that this was exactly the time to visit and stayed one night at Yume GingA for an early wedding anniversary. The conditions must have been just right, because there was a massive swarm of winged ants outside, which was awful. However, the food was delicious, the service was attentive, and we were very satisfied. The Onsen is also excellent. My wife even brought a star chart, but unfortunately we had to give up this time. On our departure as well, all the staff waved us off until we were out of sight—once again making it a place that leaves you thinking at the end that you want to come back.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. We were able to spend a relaxing time surrounded by nature. We are truly grateful and very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals.

Many international guests were staying there. During meals, the staff kindly asked if they could serve portions for us and made sure to let us know so that the small children wouldn’t have to wait in line. My grandchildren were very happy as well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Four close grandma friends stayed here together. The staff were attentive while keeping a comfortable distance, which made our stay very pleasant. The meals were just right in both quality and portion size. For breakfast, the sashimi we couldn’t finish at dinner was served as marinated fish, and there was also fish with a savory sauce; we took our time and enjoyed every bite. The hostess’s stage performance was fun as well—this is an Accommodation we’d love to visit again and again.

A quiet port town accommodation located at the southern tip of Shimoshima, Amakusa. This time, I stayed with no meals included, but the location is known for its fresh seafood. There is also a famous sunset spot nearby where you might be lucky enough to see the sun setting over the horizon. The building shows its age, but features like the tiled bath give it a nostalgic charm. The staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable and pleasant.
