This was my first time staying at this accommodation. Even though I checked in late in the evening, I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful architecture and atmosphere of the facility! However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no kitchen sponge and that the bathroom drain was clogged ( ; ; ). The bedroom also had a smell similar to old clothes, so I felt a dehumidifier might improve the experience. That said, overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again. The sauna was fantastic as well, and my friends were delighted＾＾ Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation!

A wonderful space where I could experience an extraordinary time. Upon entering the Room, I was greeted by a pleasant fruity scent. It was a lovely Room, clean and decorated with stylish accessories. I was feeling a bit peckish, so having cute donuts prepared was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I enjoyed a barbecue using the barbecue kit set up on the outdoor balcony, with seafood I bought as the main dish! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunset. I definitely want to use it again!

Our family of five stayed here. We had been looking forward to it after seeing the photos at the time of Reservation, and when we arrived, the villa was even more wonderful than we imagined—we were truly delighted. It was very spacious and spotless, and our whole family was able to relax comfortably. We enjoyed watching the sunset while playing in the pool, and at night we took in countless stars and a beautiful night view—an unforgettable escape from everyday life. The kitchenware and cooking utensils were well stocked, and having both a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. We hardly felt any inconvenience during our stay. Everyone in our family liked it so much that we kept saying, “Let’s come back again next year,” making this a trip to remember. It was such a lovely villa that we would definitely like to stay again. We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

I stayed with a two-meal plan, and not only dinner but also breakfast was delicious and generously portioned—I was completely full. The minestrone soup at breakfast left a particularly strong impression. Thank you for the wonderful meal! Also, the Accommodation was kept very clean, so I could spend my time comfortably. I could see the sunset from my Room, and even view Diamond Fuji from the dining room. It’s a truly lovely pension. It’s very reasonably priced for these days, and the value for money is excellent.

We stayed here again for our dog’s 9th birthday—our first return visit in three years. The location is truly excellent: the sandy beach just a short walk away feels like a completely private beach at this time of year, and strolling along the shoreline at sunset lets you enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life. During our evening BBQ, we were also able to take in a sky full of stars that we didn’t get to see last time. It was only for one night again, but thank you for providing another wonderful place to make special memories with our dog!

This was my first stay. The Room was very clean and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax. I also enjoyed the BBQ dinner, as I could eat at my own pace. I recommend it because you can spend your time here slowly and peacefully.

I love the ocean and was looking for a Resort Hotel where I could truly relax on my first day off in a while. This Hotel is in an amazing location with the blue Pacific Ocean stretching out right in front of you. Spending time in a beautifully furnished Room—lying back on the fluffy, spacious canopy bed, listening to the waves at leisure, and watching the sparkling sunrise—was pure luxury and bliss. The kind Hotel staff also shared great local food recommendations in Chikura and suggested places to visit—I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed so many delicious dishes. The large fish collar was something I had never seen before, and the sashimi boat platter was gorgeous. Everything was tasty, but we couldn’t finish it all, and I felt sorry about that. If I could do it over, I would skip the hot pot and switch to nigiri sushi. We went with our two teenage sons with big appetites, so we thought we could manage it, but we still gave up… The baths were always available whenever we wanted to go, so we could bathe smoothly in the evening, at night, and in the morning. This is an Accommodation I would recommend. Thank you very much.

We planned this trip to visit a restaurant that is only open on weekends and public holidays. While looking for a nearby Ryokan, we noticed the radon bath and “Arashi no Yu,” and decided to stay here. We made a Reservation for three adults on the standard course. Dinner was generous, with simmered local fish, grilled dishes, tempura, and more. The simmered flounder was especially delicious with white rice. Breakfast was also classic Japanese—grilled fish, vinegared dishes, kinpira, and more. The white rice paired perfectly with everything. “Arashi no Yu” is different from both a stone spa and a sauna. Lying down on the floor covered with small stones made us sweat heavily; sweat poured out from our pores and left our skin smooth. Unlike a typical stone spa, the pebbles provide comfortable cushioning so you can lie down easily. In the radon bath area, the bathing room and tub are separated so the steam collects around the tub. We kept sweating even while soaking, and even after getting out we stayed warm for a long time. Both “Arashi no Yu” and the radon bath can make you feel very tired at first, but we slept deeply until morning and enjoyed truly restful sleep. Smooth skin, warm body, refreshed awakening—our fatigue melted away. It felt like toxins were released along with the sweat! The proprietress recommended karaoke after dinner; singing on a stage with full sound equipment was great fun. The staff’s thoughtful attention to detail was excellent throughout. This is a Ryokan we would love to stay at again next time. The restaurant we came for was 5 minutes away by car; we were able to get an early number ticket and enjoy lunch without any trouble.

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the ocean, and make the most of the sauna. The Room is clean, equipped with modern kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Meals, such as shabu-shabu for dinner and hot sandwiches for breakfast, were absolutely delicious. In the evening, we watched two movies in the living room. We had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying this lovely Room to its fullest. Our family even said, "We want to live here; we’re not going back," which shows just how comfortable our stay was. It’s such an amazing place that it makes us want to try staying in another building next time!

The meals were absolutely delicious. Among all the guesthouses we’ve stayed at so far, this one was outstanding by far! We were also surprised by the very reasonable prices for alcoholic drinks. We were moved by the silhouette of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset from our Room, and by the moon and stars in the night sky. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Your thoughtful hospitality was wonderful, and we felt right at home! Everything we could have wanted was provided, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time freely without being tied to any plans. The moment we stepped inside, the ocean view beyond the lawn garden burst into sight through the large living room windows. We had the breathtaking sea view from the hilltop all to ourselves. We enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sunset, and after dark we had drinks on the spacious terrace under a sky full of stars. We could hear the sound of the waves all night long. The next morning, as soon as we entered the living room again, we were moved by that ocean view once more—truly one of a kind. Our dog was in great spirits too, running around happily both in the garden and in our Room. The location was also very convenient—we couldn’t believe such an amazing place existed. It was an unforgettable stay. We did have some rainy weather, but it was great that we could still enjoy a BBQ even in the rain. The Accommodation’s Facilities and amenities were perfect; even arriving empty-handed, we lacked nothing at all. Everything was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably. At checkout, the staff kindly saw us off with warm hospitality. If we have time, we’d love to return again soon.

The sauna was absolutely amazing. We could set it to over 100°C, and it was wonderfully hot! Cooling down properly in the cold plunge and then relaxing outside while looking up at the starry sky felt truly luxurious. At this riverside villa, we were able to enjoy a special time for just the two of us without sensing anyone else around. When we listened closely, we could hear animals and insects, and even the distant sound of a passing train—it was such a calm and luxurious experience. The Room was clean, and the design was inspiring! The owner was a wonderful person. We had a brief chat as we were leaving, and their warm personality made us feel once again that we were truly glad we stayed here. We would love to visit again. Thank you so much!!

Having had a great impression last time, I decided to return after several years, and my positive feelings have only grown. First, the accommodation is impeccably maintained and cleaned in every corner, making for a very pleasant stay. This level of care is not easy to achieve. The meals are heartfelt and allow you to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea. Additionally, while the panoramic bath with an ocean view is not an onsen, it can be enjoyed in the morning as well and was spotlessly clean. The guest rooms and bedding are simple as it is a guesthouse, but yukata robes and bath towels are provided. It may not suit those seeking luxury ryokan services; however, for travelers looking for an enjoyable trip at a reasonable price, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet!
