It feels incredibly safe and secure here. Thank you! To Mr./Ms. N and Mr./Ms. I at the restaurant—you both embody genuine hospitality with heartfelt service that makes the food taste even better! Thank you! A newly joined female staff member as of September also left a stro

The large public bath felt like a private experience every time I visited, which was great. Everything was spotless—truly the dependable Dormy Inn! I had a comfortable stay. The farewell words of "Please visit us again" made me reply "Of course!" without hesitation—it was that

It's just 3 minutes to Futako-Tamagawa and provides excellent east-west connections to places like Shinjuku and Yokohama. Staying in a spacious room at an affordable price made me realize there's no need to insist on staying in central Tokyo. The area is surrounded by plenty

We traveled by car for family matters and were relieved to find a well-maintained parking lot. The room was well-equipped, and breakfast at Okage-an with a special set for guests was delightful. The desk with a chair and table set was also appreciated. The staff were kind and hel

The location exceeded my expectations, with commercial Facilities around the station for shopping and dining, making both eating out and enjoying meals at the Hotel convenient. The Hotel is clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, and ensures a comfortable stay. As a Tokyo

The cleanliness of the Room was also impeccable. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first used it, staff members kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated thei

The Room was clean and spacious enough for a Business Hotel, and there was a great selection of amenities to choose from. I made a Reservation with breakfast included; the Japanese-style breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the

I was relieved to find out that check-in was available until 1:00 AM. The entrance has a Ryokan-style design inspired by the Edo period, reflecting Kawasaki's history as a post town on the Tokaido road. While the concept is Edo-era, the facilities are modern and very comfortable

The staff provided attentive service when consulted, making the stay more comfortable than expected for the price. The room was spacious enough with well-placed outlets and other thoughtful details earning full marks. It's also close to Shin-Yokohama, making it highly recommend

The only issue I noticed was that the toilet flush button didn’t work properly. Considering it’s in Kawasaki, both the Hotel itself and its access from the station exceeded my expectations—I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay here again if I have any errands near Kawasaki. Th

and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on some floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

I stayed without meals. For the price, considering it has a sauna, is close to the station, and the rooms and the hotel overall show very little aging, I think it offers great value. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I have stayed at hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami; from now on, I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

The bathroom is a unit bath, and it was also very clean. For breakfast, I had curry, sausages, and shredded cabbage. Everything was delicious. I also appreciated having orange juice and coffee. It’s reasonably priced, well equipped with the essentials, and close to JR Kawasak

The amenities were excellent. They seemed different from before, but I really liked the body wash because it lathered well. The body towel was just the right softness, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bath time. The toothbrush was also soft and easy to use. For breakfast, you ch

The Onsen was small, but it was great to have one. It warmed me up after a long day of walking. There was even a microwave, so I could heat up the bread I bought for breakfast and enjoy it with the complimentary coffee. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have th

Kawasaki is close to Yokohama and Shinagawa, and you can also reach Haneda Airport via the Keikyu Line, so I’ve been staying here often lately. Daiwa Roynet Hotel is a comfortable place for me. The coffee is delicious, and it’s convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo and Yokohama. The staff were kind, which made my trip a very pleasant one. Thank you very much.

I came just to stay overnight, so I was satisfied! It was also nice that the amenity buffet is on the first floor, so you can take only what you need. I also appreciated that trash bags were provided. It was helpful to be able to throw away items that didn’t fit in the Room’s tra

Thanks to this, we were able to spend a relaxing time. The room wear, like a samue, and the zori had a traditional feel, and I enjoyed delicious drinks in the lounge in that attire, which also helped me relieve my daily fatigue. It was a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much.
