가와사키 × 만족도 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

I stayed here for a live concert in Yokohama. This was the best Accommodation I stayed at this year. Everything was comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff for your kind and helpful service. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first time staying at Mets. It was easy to access via Shinagawa, and on the way back I stopped by Gotanda, so transferring to the Tokyu Line was also convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western set meals, so you can enjoy whatever suits your mood.

The bath was very relaxing, and breakfast service was smooth with a good selection.

A very stylish Hotel that felt clean and welcoming; the moment I entered the entrance, it felt open and somehow very comfortable. The free Shuttle Service was also available, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. Thank you again in advance.

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

We used this accommodation for our family visiting from overseas. I heard the check-in process went smoothly. They also said the room was nice. Thank you very much.

Hotels in Kawasaki always seem expensive, but maybe I booked at the right time and was able to stay at a great price. Being able to reserve parking in advance and pay just 1,000 yen per night is a bargain! The front desk staff were pleasant, and check-in was smooth. The unit bath was also very clean, and I would gladly stay here again if I have the chance.

It was a wonderful stay. The exterior is charming, and the interior—including the Room—was very clean and well maintained overall. The bed had just the right firmness, and I slept very well. Having an on-site restaurant was also very convenient. And the food was delicious. The location is excellent, and we had no inconveniences at all. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. I would love to stay again.

One minute from Musashi-Shinjo Station? I’ve stayed here many times. When I stayed in March this year, breakfast was included. It didn’t used to be, so I was happy! I stayed in March, May, and September. Just staying overnight is enough for me—the room is perfectly adequate. There’s a great selection of amenities such as coffee, which is very helpful. I look forward to staying again!

I had a very comfortable stay. First of all, the wide variety of welcome drinks and how easy they are to use was excellent. They also had miso soup and wakame soup, which I enjoyed for breakfast. Each floor has a microwave, a water dispenser, and a shampoo/conditioner lending corner, and next to the microwave there are even disposable chopsticks and spoons. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen one so well stocked on every floor. Most Hotels only offer these amenities on certain floors at best—having them on every floor was incredibly convenient. I stayed here to attend a live show at CLUB CITTA’, and it was just a short walk to the venue, which was very convenient. However, it’s a bit far from the station, which may be a drawback—especially in bad weather. Also, since it’s close to the Keikyu railway tracks, you can hear some train noise. Some people may find that bothersome. Even so, I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay very comfortably overall. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Visited for sightseeing. The convenient location near Keikyu Kawasaki Station and JR Kawasaki Station, along with the quiet and clean Room, allowed for a relaxing stay. The warm and cheerful greeting from the front desk staff upon entering the Hotel (even from quite a distance) left a lasting impression of being warmly welcomed.

I don’t often stay in Kawasaki, but I thought this place was great. It’s clean. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, and it’s also directly connected to the station, which is nice. It wasn’t too far from the JR lines either, so it was really convenient for work. The free coffee at the entrance was appreciated as well.\nI had a hard time finding the elevator that leads to the entrance, but everything else was fine.\nIn any case, I was most surprised by how much cleaner and nicer Kawasaki’s streets have become.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. For a property with a sauna, I think it’s good value: it’s close to the station, and both the Room and the Hotel overall feel well maintained rather than worn out. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I’ve stayed at Hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami, but from now on I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

I stayed for two nights. On the first day, the weather was bad due to a typhoon, but I took the underground passage from the station and arrived in less than five minutes after coming up to street level. Since I had time before check-in, I left my luggage and went to buy some food. There are convenience stores nearby and plenty of restaurants, which was very helpful. They also accommodated an early check-in, so I could relax in my Room. The building is certainly old, but since I only needed the Hotel for sleeping during my stay, I was very satisfied at this price. Breakfast doesn’t have many side dish options, but I’m grateful that it’s free. I would definitely like to use it again on my next trip.

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

It was easy to find, just a short turn off the main street. It’s convenient from Kawasaki Station, with shops along the way, so there was no inconvenience. I didn’t plan to use the bath originally, and staying overnight with just a shower was no problem. They also responded to my requests immediately.

Despite rising Accommodation rates, this place was relatively affordable. I turned on the refrigerator, but nothing I put inside got cold at all. Breakfast was acceptable. I had high hopes for the yakisoba and mapo tofu, but they weren’t to my taste. However, the almond tofu was delicious—I went back for seconds several times.

As usual, after reading lots of Reviews, I was worried because opinions were extremely divided, but for me this was a very good Hotel. It’s not like many newer city-center Hotels these days—new but very small. The Facility may feel a bit old (for example, the faucets are separate for cold and hot water), but it has been renovated and is clean. The furniture and atmosphere somehow evoke the Showa era, and above all, the rooms are a little more spacious, which makes you feel relaxed and enriched. I really love this atmosphere. When I was about to go for breakfast, I asked at the front desk where I could get breakfast starting at that time. They told me there was a Doutor nearby, so I went right away—but on weekends it opens from 8:00, so I couldn’t get in (on weekdays it’s 7:00). Because of that, I deducted one star.
