Every year, we make sure to visit in summer as well. Right in front of you is a sandy beach with an amazing view—it feels like a private beach, and the sunsets are beautiful. Dinner is outstanding, with delicious Japanese and Western dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, wagyu beef, nigiri sushi, and dessert. There is also a carefully selected lineup of drinks every time, including wine and sake—everything is truly exceptional. Breakfast is also wonderful: herb salad, locally made sausages from a nearby farm, truffle omelet, bread, and more—every item is genuinely delicious. We are sincerely grateful. The owner, proprietress, chef—everyone is calm and welcoming, making it very comfortable to stay. It’s such a lovely Accommodation that we’d visit every month if we could. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful hospitality.

Thank you as always. I don’t think there are many Ryokan where you can enjoy fresh seafood for under 20,000 yen and also use a private open-air bath. The Accommodation staff are incredibly kind, and it’s my hidden getaway—more relaxing than being at my parents’ home. Last time I brought my parents and they were absolutely delighted, so my rating hasn’t changed at all. Of course, at this price there are a few Facility points you may need to overlook, but if that bothers you, you can always pay several times more and stay at a luxury Ryokan. For ordinary people looking for an occasional treat, this is a comfortable Accommodation that’s just right.

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

All the staff were incredibly kind and warm. They responded quickly when I wasn’t feeling well, and thanks to that I was able to enjoy my trip without changing any of my plans. My first enzyme bath also helped relieve my fatigue. If it were closer, I’d feel like coming even once a month. The French restaurant was outstanding—the fish and vegetables were fresh and delicious. The wine pairing was perfect, and we enjoyed it very much. For breakfast we chose the Japanese set, and the kenchin-jiru soup—something I hadn’t had in a long time—was excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious. The Room was comfortable as well, and we were satisfied with everything—we would definitely like to visit again. I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

My daughter and her family had a wonderful stay. It was a birthday celebration trip, and they were delighted that the meals were truly delicious. They were especially touched that the proprietress came to greet them in person at dinner. I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

This was my second stay. I chose the plan for guests aged 50 and over, which included spiny lobster, abalone, and golden eye snapper. The meals were so delicious that I decided to return. Both the fish-focused dinner and the breakfast featuring spiny lobster miso soup and grilled horse mackerel were satisfying and filling. However, there were two things I found a bit disappointing this time. First, there was noise after 11:30 PM. It seemed to come from upstairs, possibly due to cleaning in the bath area. Other than that, it was very quiet, so the noise at night surprised me. Second, while they were preparing my futon bed, my coffee cup was taken away even though I had been using it. When I wanted to drink coffee later on but couldn’t find the cup anymore, it left me feeling disappointed. The staff serving breakfast were very pleasant and made for a nice departure experience overall. Since Awa-Kominato is one of my favorite places, I'll probably visit again in the future. Even if accommodations are not large-scale establishments, I'd like to choose based on their unique qualities each time!

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. All the staff were kind, and the Accommodation was not too large, making it easy for my elderly parents to get around. We were able to use the second-floor lounge many times, and it was great that the dining area was also close by. The Room was clean, bright, spacious, and very relaxing. All of the meals were delicious. When there are a lot of people in the bath, it can feel a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. From our first phone call to the very end, the staff were gentle and I think that really enhanced how wonderful this Accommodation is. I would love to stay again.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

It was such a comfortable Room where I could relax without worrying about anyone else. The rooftop area with 360-degree views was also great—I brought up beer from my Room—and the contrast between traffic jams and dusk was striking. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and warm. Next

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! I was overwhelmed by the number of books at first. There is also a spacious garden, and the surrounding environment is wonderful—an ideal place to relax on a trip. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it felt very comfortable. Next time, I would love to book a Multiple Night Stay and unwind even more.
