I had been curious about this place for a long time, and finally got to stay here as I had hoped. With the Hotel building and the marche all on the same grounds, it was wonderful to be able to take a stroll even after check-in. Both the Hotel itself and the Room were very stylish and lovely. Regarding the towels provided in the Room, I would have appreciated being able to borrow one extra small towel for drying hands after using the restroom. For dinner, we enjoyed Japanese cuisine at musubi, and we also saw some international travelers who had bought ingredients and were cooking in the coworking space. Not only was every dish beautifully prepared, but I was also deeply impressed by the head chef’s character and kindness, as well as all of the staff’s thoughtful hospitality. I would love to visit again just for this meal. At breakfast, we could choose a main dish and a soup, while drinks, side dishes, bread, rice, and soups were served buffet-style—an excellent balance overall. It truly became a wonderful memory. I would love to make this my regular Accommodation whenever I travel to Ehime.

The Hotel Room was a double Room, and it felt cleaner and nicer than I expected. The size was just right. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good variety of dishes and some desserts, and everything was delicious. The front desk staff were polite and made me feel welcome. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here on a solo trip as a woman. The Room was simple and clean, the bed was spacious with a firm mattress just the way I like it, and all amenities are available at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious too, with freshly baked bread, a daily salad, soup, juice, and coffee—all well stocked. The large public bath was also spacious and very relaxing. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I asked to keep the Room as is, and when I returned they had hung a bag on the doorknob with fresh towels, a bathrobe, and even tea. Such thoughtful service at this price—I found an excellent Business Hotel. I’ll definitely keep coming back!!

The front desk staff provided very courteous service, and the room cleaning was excellent. Being adjacent to a shopping mall made shopping very convenient. It is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I visited again because I had business in Niihama. First of all, I was happy not having to worry about whether there would be parking available—the parking area has plenty of space, including a covered lot. It was hot even on the day of my stay, but I filled my bottle with ice from the ice machine and had an ice-cold drink in the air-conditioned Room, and the sweat disappeared instantly. Some Hotels don’t have an ice machine, and when you have to ask staff for ice it honestly feels awkward, so having an ice machine on each floor is a huge help. Also, there’s a supermarket next door, which makes shopping incredibly easy. Breakfast was simple but satisfying; I especially liked the chicken cutlet with its thicker breading. The iced coffee in a pitcher was also exactly to my taste in both flavor and aroma. The bedding was comfortable and I slept very well. I’ve stayed several times and have had zero issues with bed bugs. This time I chose a smoking Room again, but the smoke smell wasn’t strong enough to need opening the window, so I didn’t open it even once during my stay. I’ll be back again.

I stayed for one night starting February 22. The two male staff members at the front desk were very kind and courteous, and they carefully explained the amenities, complimentary drinks, and loungewear. They also showed me how to use the Hotel facilities, which made me even more excited to stay here. The Room was a bit small, but it was thoroughly cleaned and perfectly comfortable. The bath area was compact as well, but it was well maintained. They placed hinoki wood in the tub, and the soothing scent filled the space. Breakfast the next morning included salad and was very healthy, delicious, and filling. The pillow in my Room was quite firm, so I used a lower pillow available at the front desk. It was very comfortable to sleep on. My husband said he preferred the standard pillow provided. Overall, I was completely satisfied with this Hotel.

When I checked into the Hotel on a summer evening, I expected the Room to be hot, but the air conditioning was already working, which was great. Each Room has a washing machine, microwave, and IH cooktop, which is very convenient. You can park right in front of your Room, making loading and unloading luggage very easy. The price is affordable, and I will continue to stay here in the future.

This was my second stay here on a business trip to Niihama. On weekdays, dinner is free, and the beef short rib rice bowl this time was incredibly delicious! They served a generous portion of rice, so I wondered if I could finish it, but I did. You can choose your preferred shampoo, there are carbonated bath tablets available, you can rent a tabletop mirror, and there’s also a freezer—being able to freeze my ice packs this summer was a huge help. Great value for money—I'd love to stay again.

The twin room was designated for smoking, and while electronic cigarettes were said to be allowed, the smell was quite strong. It seems that someone might have been smoking regular tobacco. As a smoker myself, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Facility is old but clean. I appreciated the thoughtful services, such as being able to borrow a shampoo I liked at the front desk and choosing an alcoholic option for the welcome drink. The free breakfast was a bit disappointing, as there wasn’t much I wanted to eat and the flavors didn’t suit my taste. That said, for this price it was more than sufficient.
