We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

This Hotel was truly exceptional, with breathtaking Hayama views and the warm hospitality of the staff. The Misaki-grown longtooth grouper served at dinner was especially memorable—the chef’s cooking was perfect, and I was genuinely impressed. The plump, tender white flesh and rich fat that melted in my mouth were unforgettable. With wonderful cuisine and outstanding service, it became a truly special stay. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

Close to the sea, and with a late checkout we were able to enjoy a morning walk at a relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside the Hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent! However, it seems the parking spaces are limited, so we used the coin-operated parking lot across the street and it cost nearly 5,000 yen. It would be even better if there were some subsidy for guests.

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here with two friends. It was amazing. We went SUP, made burgers in the Room, drank beer, went to Isshiki Blue Moon, then came back and had more drinks. In the morning, we visited the Hayama Port morning market. It’s our annual tradition. We’ll be back next year.

The rates are affordable, and the large public bath is perfect for relaxing after a long day. I was a bit concerned that there were no clocks in the Room or the bath area. Since the only wall clock is at the first-floor front desk, a wristwatch is essential.

The Hotel’s service was attentive down to the smallest details and truly wonderful. In the lounge, they asked about my child’s juice preference and kindly made a special peach juice for us, which really impressed me. The building is stylish, and there were also Yayoi Kusama prints that I was glad to see up close. I’d love to stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The Room was well maintained and clean, and the ocean view from the balcony was wonderful.

The rooftop view was amazing. I stayed with No Meals Included. Since I didn't have a car, I bought supplies at Zushi Station and took a taxi to the accommodation (less than 15 minutes away). Although the details of room amenities were not fully listed, everything typically found in accommodations was available (except for pajamas). There were even laundry detergents and clothespins, making it perfect for active beach activities. Everything needed for cooking and eating was provided, except for sugar among the seasonings. The tableware was slightly heavy but consisted mostly of large plates, which were ideal for group meals. There were also playing cards available, and the TV could be connected to personal streaming subscriptions. The view from the living room was also great. Next time, I'd like to visit before summer when days are longer. It was such a fulfilling and enjoyable experience! Thank you very much!

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

We ended up staying for two nights on short notice at the end of summer. For the past 7–8 years, we’ve stayed every year at similar places around Kamakura and Hayama, but this was our first time here—and our whole family agreed it was the best by far. Every Room was stylish and spotless, and the theater Room in particular was amazing—we all enjoyed watching movies together. Morito Beach is just a short walk away, and everything you need is nearby. We spent three days saying we wanted to move here as a family, and on the last day we had to calm down the kids who didn’t want to leave before heading home in tears. Due to our lack of communication, you had to make unnecessary preparations, and even after we left some luggage arrived—causing you a lot of trouble—but you handled everything very kindly. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

During Golden Week, accommodations were fully booked, but a cancellation became available, so I made a reservation and stayed for one night. Despite being Golden Week, it was very reasonably priced and absolutely perfect. The staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again!

【Good Points】 ① Stunning views! ② The room is warm thanks to good sunlight. ③ A cheerful surfer-style staff member joked, "I'm strong, I can carry your luggage!" ④ All drinks in the fridge were complimentary. 【Bad Points】 ① Parking is challenging as it's along the seaside street. ② Since the entrance is on the 3rd floor, carrying heavy luggage can be tough. ③ Limited number of humidifiers; it gets dry quickly when using heating. ④ The room gets extremely hot on sunny days due to too much sunlight. ⑤ Wi-Fi was unavailable for all three days of our stay. I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable and it rained, but I still enjoyed the creative space and the ocean view. It made me want to stay again soon. However, it would have been better if there were hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes or towels.

The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.
