I have stayed here many times. The Room is clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and high-quality amenities such as face masks and bath salts are fully provided. The slippers are also of good quality. There is also a compact massage device in the Room, which is excellent.

On weekends, the business district is calm and quiet. The renovated, clean guest rooms, large bath, and breakfast made it a comfortable Hotel. The service that lets you check how crowded the bath is was also convenient.

I stayed in a quiet, comfortable Room at the far end of the top floor. Thank you very much. The step between the unit bath and the Room is relatively low, so please watch your footing in the dark, but the Hotel is clean throughout, with wide corridors and elevator halls. Overall, I think it’s a good Business Hotel for the price.

This was our second stay. Earlier this year, we used this Accommodation as a base and really enjoyed walking around Nihonbashi, Ningyocho, Suitengu, and Kanda, so after six months we stayed again in the same way. This time for dinner we bought takeout from two department stores and long-established shops and ate in our Room instead of having dinner at the Hotel like last time. The reason is that while the shabu-shabu we had was very delicious, the portion was a bit large for us in our 60s. However, when we saw the posted dinner menu information at the Hotel, it looked like there were also options such as “choose-your-set meal” selections and small side dishes—so after all that walking, it might have been nice to relax over that kind of dinner after enjoying the large public bath… We talked about it together. We may have missed out. We did have breakfast at the Hotel, and as always the miso soup was delicious. I would have preferred the salmon a little more grilled, but it was a comforting breakfast. Kazusaya has many sights within walking distance and very convenient transportation access. Being able to leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out is also extremely helpful because it makes it easy to come back. We also appreciate being greeted with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” We will probably visit again soon. Next time, we’ll have dinner too.

In the morning, risotto has been added in addition to curry. In the evening, they offer ochazuke, late-night ramen, and popcorn, plus an amazing selection of free alcoholic drinks. The location is also just a short walk from Akihabara Station. I stay here every time.

I stayed here for theater-going in Tokyo. I felt safe staying in the ladies’ Room. The Room feels a bit old, but it was comfortable. When a part of one of my belongings came off, I consulted the front desk and they lent me instant adhesive, which was a great help.

My friend and I each booked a Room and stayed one night with No Meals Included. The complimentary drinks and amenities were well stocked, the Room was clean, and the Facility was well equipped. It was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the morning cleaning staff greeted us pleasantly, which made for a wonderful send-off. We were saying that we would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you to all the staff for providing such a comfortable space.

Before check-in, I went to the front desk to leave my luggage (bag). When I made a request to the front desk staff, they said, “I can’t guarantee it, but I understand,” so I had assumed it would probably be difficult. However, when I checked in at 17:30, everything had been arranged exactly as I requested. I can’t share the details of what I asked for, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I wanted to thank them in person the next day, but couldn’t find them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instead. Thank you again for your continued support.

It was an amazing two days. The greenery in the Room—and above all, the bath facilities—were wonderful. The open-air bath, the spacious sauna, and the soothing high-frequency music playing in the background helped me truly relax. I would love to stay again.

We stayed as a parent and child. The Room was bright and very nice. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet and washbasin are in opposite directions, so it felt a little inconvenient to wash my hands after using the toilet. If there were a place to wash hands in the toilet, it would be 5 stars!

We stayed here so my daughter could attend an event, and because it was close to my eldest daughter’s home. Since we only needed the Room to sleep in, we didn’t expect much, but it was quiet and very comfortable. The heating didn’t work and it was cold, but since the two of us slept together, we managed. For breakfast, due to air conditioner installation work, it was provided in a bento box and we ate it in our Room, and it was delicious. We would like to stay again.

I stayed for 7 nights for a training seminar.\nThe location was excellent, with a convenience store on the first floor and Starbucks and Tully’s nearby, so the surroundings were great and I had no inconvenience. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff were pleasant, so I had a comfortable 7-day stay. The TV could stream YouTube and more, and the Room was comfortable. I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

My friend who stayed with me highly praised your Hotel’s convenient location—just one stop from Tokyo Station—and was happy to say they would like to stay again in the future. They also said the bathtub was spacious and easy to use. The bathtub in my Room felt small, so I wondered if the size varies depending on the guest Room. The front desk staff member who assisted me at check-in did not explain the drink bar in detail, so I’m not completely sure about this, but I overheard a male front desk staff member explaining to another guest that it can be used multiple times. If it can be used more than once, that would be wonderful. One suggestion: when I entered my Room after check-in, only the sheer curtains had been closed, so the Room was very hot. As we move into a warmer season, it may be better to close the blackout curtains as well in some Rooms.

I stayed with my beloved dog. The Room was clean and odor-free, and I appreciated that the trash bin was placed out of reach for my dog. There was also information about nearby pet-friendly shops. We were not disturbed by the sounds of dogs from other Rooms, allowing my dog to relax comfortably. The staff, from various countries, interacted with warm smiles without being overly formal, which left a very positive impression. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

This was my first time staying in a double-bed Room with my wife. We both sleep fairly still, but every time my wife moved, the mattress vibrations carried over to my side, which really bothered me and kept me from sleeping soundly. Still, it’s the reliable APA Hotel—if you’re staying alone, I think you’ll be very satisfied.

I stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda-Otemachi, but there is also Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kanda about a 10-minute walk away, and I mistakenly went to the wrong one when taking a taxi. I would like you to avoid using such confusingly similar names.

I enjoyed my previous stay so much that I booked again. The location is very convenient—just one stop from Tokyo Station—and the staff were great. A friend who made a Reservation with me couldn’t check in at the scheduled time, and the front desk called them. Being able to choose a pillow is my favorite feature. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

If you don’t mind the price, there are probably Hotels closer to Tokyo Dome, but when I searched on Yahoo! Travel, this one was reasonably priced. To get to Tokyo Dome: it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to Okachimachi Station (I walk slowly), then from Okachimachi you transfer once at Akihabara to Suidobashi, and after that it’s about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Dome (again, I walk slowly). They stored my luggage in the morning, there was a microwave right outside the elevator, and they cleaned the Room even during a Multiple Night Stay. There was also a bedside clock (I didn’t check whether it had an alarm function). They said there were women-only services; at check-in I received one-time pouches of each item—face mask sheet, makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and serum—as well as bath salts. You can receive one set per stay (once per Accommodation), but you can get one of each type. I was especially happy about the face mask. The shower water pressure was neither too strong nor too weak, and there were no issues with toilet flushing. Of course there was a washlet and a hair dryer (the airflow is slightly weak but it’s quiet and also has a cool setting). The “cleaning needed/not needed” sign was magnetic, so I could cover and block the peephole as well. The lock is an auto-lock card key system (card must be returned when checking out); inside the door there is only a thumbturn lock. I would have been even happier if there had been a trash bin near the sink. Occasionally I heard water sounds like someone flushing in another Room. I’m not sure whether anyone stayed next door; as for voices, I only faintly heard staff talking while cleaning in the hallway. Also on the morning of day two, for some reason my Room sometimes smelled like grilled fish. What bothered me most is that the Hotel entrance has stairs with no ramp, so you need to lift heavy luggage. All in all, it was more than sufficient for traveling for a live show. Overall, I think it was good.

Everything was clean and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, especially the shishamo. I would have liked tomato juice.
