We usually stayed as three, including our grandchild, but this time we visited as a group of six across three generations. The grandchildren came for the pool and the hands-on craft activities, while our daughter and her husband were looking forward to the breakfast and dinner buffets. There was an impressive selection of dishes perfect for New Year’s, and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly and was very satisfied. The craft activities also offer something different each time, and they were delighted to make this one as well. We always have wonderful experiences here, which makes us even more excited for our next visit.

The Hotel is very clean overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, the welcome drinks selection is excellent, and the freshly baked bread at breakfast is delicious. However, despite the large number of guest rooms, the Onsen is extremely small. The changing area in particular can barely fit two adults. You can check real-time crowd levels for the Onsen on the in-room monitor and try to go when it’s less busy, but many guests do the same, so it still isn’t very convenient. If you don’t like crowds, it’s better to use the bath in your room.
