I stayed in the Ryukyu Living Room on the 7th floor. It had a beautiful harbor view, and the Room was clean. The Room also had hangers, clothespins, and a washing machine, which was very helpful. There was also a sofa and dining table so I could relax, and the refrigerator included a freezer, so I could buy ice cream and enjoy it. Breakfast is served at an affiliated Hotel, so mornings can feel rushed when you’re busy, but I was happy to find Genki-kun bread, Yaeyama soba, and tacos available. It was very convenient as it’s close to the port, Euglena Mall, and izakayas. At checkout as well, the staff assisted me with a smile—I’d like to stay again.

Everything was excellent overall. The location is right in front of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach. We enjoyed a luxurious stay with our dog. The BBQ ingredients were also very delicious. It would be nice to have lights by the pool and a microwave. We would like to visit again.

I stayed for one night. The Room had an ocean view. Despite being November, it was warm thanks to the sunlight. The building might be old, but everything was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. The drink bar's used glasses were frequently collected, keeping it always clean. During the bath inspection time, the staff worked quickly without being intrusive and even asked about the water temperature, which was very soothing. The water temperature was perfect!

The room was clean, and the service was pleasant, making my stay very enjoyable. Although it was a short walk from American Village, it was just right for a stroll. Along the way, there were traditional steak restaurants and Okinawa soba shops, so finding meals wasn't an issue. There were also plenty of dining options along Route 58, making it hard to choose what to eat. The Chatan Town Museum was new and clean with easy-to-understand exhibits about the town's history. The beach at Sunabe Baba Park was also beautiful. With so many attractive spots around the hotel, I look forward to visiting again!

I stayed here two years ago and was able to relax, so I chose this Accommodation again. I was able to relax this time as well, which is understandable given the current situation. However, the breakfast price increase felt a bit steep. Also, the hairbrush was small and difficult to use for people with thick hair.

The sea was beautiful, and the Room was clean, so we had a comfortable stay. The teppanyaki dinner was excellent in both quality and portion size, and my elderly mother finished everything. My nephew loved watching the chef cook right in front of us and said he wants to go back to see the chef again (laugh). We were able to spend a wonderful time.

The moment you enter the Room, a pleasant fragrance greets you, and the space is impeccably clean, creating a very comfortable environment from the first impression. The view from the large windows was stunning even on a rainy day, making it easy to forget everyday life. It left us wondering how amazing it would be on a sunny day, giving us something to look forward to for future visits. The shampoo in the bathroom had a lovely scent and was popular with the kids as well. Additionally, there were plenty of power outlets throughout the Room, combining high design aesthetics with convenience. One thing to note is about using the projector and Bluetooth speaker available in the Room. While instructions are provided, they might be challenging for those not familiar with such devices. Also, if you log into YouTube during your stay, it does not automatically log out upon checkout—so this requires attention before leaving.

It was comfortable for having a BBQ with friends. The jacuzzi was also great.

As a first-time guest, I didn’t know the entrance passcode and was stuck. I contacted the Hotel after 3:00 p.m., but instead of speaking with someone, I only received automated guidance telling me to send my questions by email. While I was doing that, an email with the entrance passcode arrived (it wasn’t sent in response to my request—it was a separate email). Only then could I enter and complete check-in. The first email did not mention that a passcode is also required at the entrance, so it’s easy to mistake the number under the QR code for the entrance code. It was raining, and because the eaves at the entrance are high and short, some guests couldn’t get inside without getting wet. Other guests were also confused—I even had to unlock it from inside and tell them that the entrance passcode is different. It would be helpful if there were on-site instructions explaining how many digits the entrance passcode has and that it is different from the QR-code number. The Room itself was new and clean, although the walls are thin enough that you can hear TV sounds. Since I stayed in my Room during daytime on a Multiple Night Stay, I would like a “No cleaning / Do not enter” sign to be provided.

This is a 1K apartment conveniently located along a national highway. While it is not in a resort area, it offers easy access for getting around. With a washing machine and bathroom dryer, it is suitable for long-term stays. The Convention Center and American Village are also nearby, and there is a 24-hour discount supermarket right in front. The front desk is staffed from 16:00 to 26:00. While it does not offer hotel-style hospitality, this Accommodation is recommended for guests who understand and appreciate its cost-saving approach.

I was able to relax and rest well. The breakfast was delicious, and it even included sashimi.

Stayed after visiting Matsushima! The kids enjoyed making prayer beads at Entsuin Temple. We also lined up for 30 minutes before opening to try the famous Sendai beef tongue, and it was worth the wait—delicious! Check-in and check-out times being separate was a bit inconvenient. We received a breakfast coupon and took out drinks on our way back—thank you! However, it would have been even better if that discount could be applied to the Room rate instead. The Onsen was amazing and left us impressed. It would have been perfect if there were one more bedroom. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars due to rain, but the kids loved the large bed—thank you so much!

This Accommodation was outstanding in every way—sauna, location, projector, meals, and hospitality. First, the sauna: it was the best I’ve ever experienced. It was my first time trying a wood-burning sauna, but with löyly you can raise the temperature significantly, and paired with the cold plunge afterward it made for an incredible experience. Because this Facility is surrounded by nature, it’s wonderfully quiet. Spending time in an environment filled only with the sounds of wind and rain, birds and insects was deeply relaxing. If you’re lucky, you might even spot a flying squirrel. The projector also delivers a true cinema-like screen size and sound quality—movie lovers will definitely enjoy it. Even just playing music videos on YouTube feels completely different and special. The meals were a grill-it-yourself style with meat and vegetables, but since a high-performance grill is provided, even beginners can cook everything deliciously. The beef was wagyu and very generous in portion size. The staff’s hospitality was excellent as well. Thank you for accommodating our preferred timing for meal preparation. The service felt kind and friendly—like being looked after by a warm-hearted aunt. If you ask about the surrounding nature or local plants and animals, they’ll happily share lots of information. We were also treated to vegetables from their garden and watermelon as a complimentary service, which truly moved us with such heartfelt hospitality. By the way, it rained on the day I stayed there, so I can’t say I enjoyed this Facility 100%. Even so, as written above, it was an extremely satisfying experience. I highly recommend this place.

The Room was very clean. However, the heating was not very effective, and it took time for the Room to warm up. The basement bedroom had no heating at all.

Although the building is old, it has been thoughtfully renovated while preserving its charm. The clean, air-conditioned Japanese-style room is available at a reasonable price, making it an excellent and highly satisfying base for your trip.

We stayed here as a family. The exterior and interior were stylish, and it was very comfortable. We had two 1-year-old children who enjoyed running around. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. We also used the grill for a BBQ. It was nice that plastic wrap and aluminum foil were provided, but when we went to use the aluminum foil, it was empty. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. There weren’t many Reviews, and it was a bit hard to find on the map, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after enjoying Minato Mirai and Chinatown, this was a great-value Room thanks to its proximity to Chinatown. It had all the essentials, and I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, you can hear voices from the neighboring Room. Still, for this price, I think it’s totally worth it.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The meals were especially excellent. The service was also great, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
