We used this place for a one-night trip to Enoshima via Kamakura. The location was just right, so we made a Reservation without high expectations. The Facility and amenities were well stocked with nothing missing, and we made full use of the kitchen equipment. Since the cups are glass, it would have been nice to have a plastic cup for brushing teeth—around the sink it can be slippery, so I couldn’t let my kids handle glass. Even with five of us staying, there were enough beds and everything fit comfortably. The limited number of parking spaces isn’t the Facility’s fault, but if you’re driving, it’s a good idea to budget about 4,000 yen for parking in advance. There are several lots near the station and along the coast; each is only a 2–3 minute walk away, so you likely won’t have trouble finding one. I also really liked the atmosphere of the back streets.

Our first trip to Sado Island was unforgettable, especially for the kids. This villa made all our wishes come true: swimming in the sea, enjoying the pool, having a barbecue, watching fireworks, and admiring a beautiful sunset. Although the entrance had a steep slope, its location on a hill offered stunning views. A short walk took us to a swimming spot with rocky areas where we unexpectedly enjoyed tide-pooling. After returning, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower and jumped straight into the pool. The jacuzzi was warm and relaxing while watching our kids play excitedly. The highlight? The breathtaking sunset! We had a barbecue while watching it, making everything taste even better. It was such an enjoyable trip—thank you so much!

After enjoying a touring experience in Wakayama, savoring delicious Kue cuisine has become an annual pleasure. The sunset over the Pacific Ocean viewed from the dining Room was incredibly beautiful. Looking forward to next season as well!

This Accommodation is an entire private house, so it may feel a bit oversized for two people for one night. However, since we had previously stayed in cramped business hotels, the sense of space here was on a completely different level, and it really helped us recover from the day’s fatigue. There are many Rooms, including some hideout-like spots, and there are also two toilets, so I think it’s ideal for groups staying multiple nights—especially for those who want to cook for themselves. That said, perhaps because it was during a holiday period, the bathroom cleaning didn’t seem to be done in time, and the drain was dirty. It was a bit disappointing given how great everything else was. Overall it was excellent, and if we have another chance next time, we would definitely like to stay again.

We stocked up on ingredients in Iwanai and enjoyed cooking. Bringing our own seasonings was a good idea. We forgot cooking oil, so we cooked without it. There are four large mugs, along with glasses and plates for four people.

This is a property located within a golf course. The room is simple and minimal. It features a quality bed, a large sofa, amenities as described, and a refrigerator typical of a business hotel. The shower booth has an overhead shower. The lighting is dim, creating a relaxing space. There is no side table or TV in the room. After actually staying, I felt there are things that people considering staying should be aware of and understand in advance. That is, this property is located in a golf course, not a hotel. The people working here are not hotel staff. They are individuals working in their respective positions at the golf course. There is no bathtub in the room. It is available in the clubhouse, but cannot be used at night. It needs to be used by the evening. Being a golf course, it is full of nature. There are insects, spider webs outside, and dust is naturally present. Located in the mountains, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, and it gets completely dark after sunset. The staff all leave after business hours, so there are no people other than guests at night. (There seems to be a contact for emergencies) Due to the limited information and reviews available, it is easy to misunderstand, and those unfamiliar with golf courses may perceive the differences from a hotel as "dissatisfaction" due to preconceived notions. However, Since it is not a hotel with many rooms, you can spend a very quiet, extraordinary, and leisurely time. If I may say one thing, it would be nice if "one round per guest is OK." Although I originally went for the purpose of staying, seeing the course in front of me made me want to play a round. The few days I stayed this time were very good, and I felt like I found a "special good place!" and was very satisfied.
