The hotel's facilities and staff are so excellent that there is nothing to complain about. I want to continue using it in the future. Mr. Suzuki at the counter is particularly remarkable, not only for his courteous service but also for his thoughtful consideration towards custome

You can't stay at this price in Hiroshima city, and I was in trouble, but then I found out that Route Inn is in Saijo!! I was surprised to see that it was at this price and close to the station. I immediately made a reservation. Despite the late check-in, I was warmly welcomed, w

Above all, the proximity to Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station right in front is attractive. I often use it because there are few hotels in the area. The staff at check-in respond politely. Another charm of Route Inn is the bath. For women, the entrance security is solid, so you can rel

Despite checking in late due to a reunion, the parking procedure was handled very smoothly, allowing me to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was very delicious and filling, except for the coffee. If I had to point out something, it would be that there was some hair left in the

December 14th I like the hotel because it's close to my destination and convenient, so this is my second time staying here, and I want to use it again in the spring. I was surprised that the price in December was about double compared to May, but it was good that it became chea

I used this hotel for a business trip. The hotel and the room itself were clean, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. The breakfast was particularly delicious, and I ended up eating too much. If I had to say, I was a bit bothered by foreign tourists running in

It was conveniently located near Omicho Market (this time there was a Manyoshu meeting on the 4th floor of Omicho Market), and the bus service to Kanazawa Station was good. I was relieved to find newspapers available and security in the elevator. I enjoyed the breakfast, and I

I also went to Arima Onsen by train, which I'm not used to, but the hotel front desk staff kindly guided me to the station, which was helpful. I stayed without meals, but I had breakfast at Matsuya on the first floor and went out to delicious restaurants in the evening. I would l

Due to the location, you can't see outside from the room window, so it's a drawback that you can't grasp the weather or brightness (for some reason, I could hear birds chirping nearby). There is an open atrium when you open the entrance, so it might somehow cover for that. On the
