They promptly addressed the issue and provided me with a different room. The room was spacious enough for a solo stay, and both the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant week. Amenities were available near the elevator, and I appreciated that

My sister, who was with me, was impressed by the toaster, saying it was good! She also noted the selection of bread, like the Pullman loaf, showing attention to detail. The salad included those delicious crinkly lettuces, and the nuts for the yogurt, like almonds, were served wit

This hotel was well-equipped, meeting all the "it would be better if it were like this" aspects I felt at other hotels, such as the placement of outlets by the desk and bed for work, lighting, bathroom amenities, and waste disposal instructions. Although it's on the opposite side

I stayed at a JR Kyushu hotel for the first time in a while, and I was very pleased with how clean both the hotel lobby and the room were. The customer service was pleasant, and the breakfast was well-balanced and very delicious. If possible, it would have been nice to have u

Despite booking the day before, we were upgraded to a lovely newly renovated room with a view of the Skytree. The male staff member who assisted us at check-in provided excellent service. The room had a counter with a view of the Skytree right in front, and next to it was a c

On the other hand, the only obvious inconvenience is that it's a bit far from the station. However, thanks to that, the surroundings and the interior of the hotel are quiet, so it balances out. Among these, there is one thing I want to mention. While I understand that the hotel i

Since the subway had also stopped running, I was glad that the hotel was just a short walk from Sapporo Station. I was relieved by the smile of the front desk staff, and the room was not as small as I had expected, allowing me to stay comfortably. I would like to use this hotel a

Although the walking distance increased, it was enjoyable to walk while observing the city, and there was no train congestion, which was nice. On the way back, I walked to Ueno, and there were many shops, making it a fun walk. I would like to use it again when I go to the Dome.

There were bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which I thought were very good. Other amenities were prepared near the front desk on the first floor, and you could take as much as you needed, which my wife was satisfied with. Breakfast was buffet style, and everything

The room was clean, and although I didn't use the large public bath, my colleague who stayed with me said it was so good that it was a shame I didn't use it. The only disappointing point was that the breakfast buffet was not available. If I have the opportunity to use it again, I

Having a 24-hour Family Mart inside the hotel was also very convenient. I was very grateful for that!! Outside the hotel, there was a Saizeriya and the Yurikamome station nearby, which was nice. Also, there were plenty of amenities, including lotion, emulsion, face masks, and hai

I am truly grateful for their assistance. Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotels are all clean, with spacious bathtubs where you can stretch your legs and showers with good water pressure (I gave it four stars because it's a unit bath, but I'm satisfied). The amenities are also well-stocked.

In other words, while it is close to the station, it is actually a bit far. Another downside is that you can't access it from underground, so you need to go outside. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being sophisticated, allowing for a comfortable stay. The twin room
