The front desk staff's service and smiles were wonderful, and they had already transported the luggage I left before check-in and the luggage I sent by courier to the guest room, which I appreciated as it was comparable to a city hotel. The free rental of a small fan was also hel

I stayed for two nights on a business trip, and the cleaning was thorough, and the front desk staff were very courteous. I also took advantage of the complimentary services like coffee, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was convenient, being close to the stati

I liked that the amenities were available at the front desk for you to take as needed (including nightwear), which felt efficient and waste-free. However, it might have just been the room I stayed in, but there was a sound like air passing through a tube at regular intervals, and

First of all, it's great that the parking is free! The room had bunk beds, which made the kids very happy. Although it was small, it was clean and a good room. The large public bath was also clean, and the water temperature was perfect! The breakfast was very delicious. Espec

(Of course, it was delicious.) I was personally satisfied, and since there were no negative comments from the children, I believe they were satisfied too. From the initial inquiry before our stay, the staff's response was extremely courteous, making it a great trip. Thank you ver

It was so strong that it felt like it was piercing my skin, and when I tried to weaken it, even when using only hot water, cold water would come out, which was disappointing. I think there would be no problem if you use the nearby hot spring facility, but I believe the shower in
