I enjoyed my stay with the usual reliable comfort of APA Hotel. Thank you. The staff's greetings were polite, making my stay pleasant. I would love to use your services again.

The Hotel is conveniently located near Hatchobori Station. For those with carry-on cases, it would be even better to provide access information from Exit 2, which has an elevator. *It took less than a 3-minute walk from the Hotel to Exit 2.

I stayed at this Hotel because it was the closest option for my plans at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. The room was properly cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. However, the bed did not suit me; it was quite soft, and I didn’t sleep well. Overall, I think it offers good value for money.

I’ve been staying here frequently lately, and the other day I had to extend my stay at short notice due to scheduling. The front desk staff handled it smoothly, and I had a wonderful time. I’d like to stay here again in the future.

The location is excellent, and the staff provided friendly service, making for a comfortable stay.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind, which was the best part. The Room was also a twin even though I booked a single, so it was spacious, bright, clean, and very relaxing. When I visit Osaka again, I’d like to stay here because the location is great.

The Room and Facility were both in great condition, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. We stayed with one adult and two children, and the kids were especially happy with the bunk bed. The Room is compact, but considering the price, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

I was very satisfied, but I would be even more pleased if usage until 6:00 PM were possible.

Lighting, air conditioning, and outlets are conveniently located for ease of use. Both the Room and bathroom are always kept clean and well-prepared. Although it was before check-in time, I asked if I could rest at the front desk due to feeling unwell from heat exhaustion. They quickly prepared the Room for me, even provided an ice pack, and allowed me to rest. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and at check-in there were many international guests waiting in front of the front desk. It’s right next to Meijiza, so it’s very convenient for those going to see a show. Check-in was smooth. My Room was a corner room, and since it was a holiday, it was quiet with little foot traffic even when looking out the window. The Room also had a sofa placed by the window, making it feel spacious and comfortable. The desk was a bit small. The bathroom had a sufficiently large bathtub, and I could relax with bath salts. I had a very comfortable stay.

The notification email from IKYU.com included directions from the station exit and walking time, which was very convenient. The Room was well-cleaned and spotless. Breakfast included rice and miso soup, which I appreciated as a fan of Japanese cuisine. The Hotel is located right in the middle of a bustling area, making it very convenient. This is not the Hotel's fault, but I woke up at night due to loud voices or noises in the hallway. It seemed to be from foreign guests. It would be nice if it could stay quiet during nighttime. That's all!

I had reserved a standard single Room, but since there was availability, I was upgraded. I truly appreciated that and the Room itself was nice; however, it was on the second floor, and to my surprise, the corridor outside the door was open to the outdoors, like an apartment building. This really shocked me. On days with heavy rain, wouldn’t luggage get wet? It may have been an extension, but I felt there could be structural issues with the building design. Also, because it is right next to a neighboring building (which may be unavoidable given that it’s in Kabukicho), the view is not very pleasant. I have stayed at other APA Hotels before and have also stayed many times at other Business Hotels in Tokyo, but this was my first time experiencing something like this. If possible, I think it would be better to improve this.

The guest Room was spacious and it was easy to open my suitcase. There was quite a large stain on the sofa, but the Room was big enough to relax comfortably even without using it. There was signage saying “break use welcome,” which made me slightly uneasy about whether it’s al

The convenient location near the station is a plus, and the Hotel offers Wi-Fi, large beds, and TVs. There are many free VOD titles available, including some of the latest movies, making for a relaxing stay. For domestic travel, APA Hotel is always one of my top choices. I was too tired and went straight to bed, so I didn't use the bath.

Although I booked a single room, it was fully equipped as a twin room—such great value for money! It might have been just lucky this time. Good Point 3: While the building may be slightly old, it was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay her

It was a new and clean Hotel.\nThe Facilities were good as well.\nHowever, the information sheet I received at the front desk had the Wi‑Fi ID printed on it, but part of it was in small text within bold text, which made it hard to read. When I asked the front desk, they told me, but it was clearly a printing mistake and I think it should be corrected.\nAlso, the phone provided in the Room would not connect to the front desk, so even though I was in my Room I had to call the Hotel from my smartphone. It was a bit disappointing that these small details were lacking.

It’s great not having to deal with crowds, and it was reassuring that international guests also seemed familiar with traditional Japanese inns. I appreciated that it didn’t feel like a large property with lots of rooms. The downhill slope to the entrance made me wonder what low-clearance cars would do.

It was very clean and I was able to relax comfortably. It was close to the station, and the Facility was safe even for a woman traveling alone. Although tea and other amenities were well-prepared, I had trouble noticing them. It would be helpful to have some signage. I wo
