Toothbrushes, razors, other amenities, and two bottles of water as a service made me very happy. With this, the cleanliness of the bathroom and Room has become my favorite, and I have been a fan of APA Hotel for the past three years.

It is conveniently located near my workplace, and even when I check in around midnight after business trips, the reception staff always provide courteous service. The room's bed is very clean and spacious, with light bedding that makes it extremely comfortable. The amenities in the room are sufficient, and the abundance of power outlets is very convenient. The showerhead is sophisticated, and both the bathroom and toilet are clean. I will definitely stay here again. Although there are times when prices fluctuate higher, it would be perfect if there were more affordable periods available.

Breakfast Only – Feedback “Pros” There are plenty of seats, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Not many guests line up first thing in the morning. They offer an original curry. “Areas for Improvement” The selection of side dishes is limited. The variety of bread is limited. Perhaps because fewer guests are eating, the portions on the large platters look sparse (though they seem to be refilled frequently).

It’s great not having to deal with crowds, and it was reassuring that international guests also seemed familiar with traditional Japanese inns. I appreciated that it didn’t feel like a large property with lots of rooms. The downhill slope to the entrance made me wonder what low-clearance cars would do.

The Room is small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with a sophisticated design, which is excellent. However, it was disappointing to see a small amount of black mold on the ceiling of the shower room. Located near Tokyo Station with reasonable rates, this Hotel is ideal for business use.

The Room and Facility were both in great condition, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. We stayed with one adult and two children, and the kids were especially happy with the bunk bed. The Room is compact, but considering the price, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

For the past decade or so, we have been taking a crab trip to Kasumi-Shibayama about once a year, and compared with places we stayed in the past, this Accommodation was higher quality and very satisfying. As it is a small Accommodation with only three Rooms, you can’t expect much beyond the quality of the Room and meals, but it is an Accommodation I can recommend. Although I booked a single room, it was fully equipped as a twin room—such great value for money! It might have been just lucky this time. Good Point 3: While the building may be slightly old, it was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay her

It was conveniently located near Osaka Metro Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. The Room was small, but clean and comfortable for me. I requested a late checkout extension via the in-room TV, and due to my mistake it seems I set it one hour longer than intended, but the staff kindly adjusted it without any extra charge, which I really appreciated. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

When I made a same-day accommodation reservation and set the check-in time for 11:00 PM, I called as I was likely to be about an hour late, and the response was excellent. Additionally, since my check-in was late, they extended the usual check-out time by an hour (check-out at 11:00 AM), allowing me to relax. I feel like I might stay here again next time. I also used APA Hotel during a business trip to Toyama, and they provided similar service. The room I stayed in seemed to be a corner room, and since the toilet/bathroom door opened to the left, it might have been easier if it opened to the right.

I used this Hotel for an overnight stay because I had an early schedule the next day. They offered the perfect Plan: late check-in after 8:00 PM and early check-out by 8:00 AM, so I made a Reservation. - The front desk service is minimal, so you can’t really relax until you get into your Room. That said, if you head straight to your Room, it’s not an issue. - My Room was right in front of the elevator, so I was a bit worried about noise, but it was mostly just occasional signs of people passing by and didn’t bother me. It might be tough if a loud group walks through. - The bed pulls out to become a double, but since I stayed alone, I could use the extra space in the Room. Overall it feels like a standard single-size Room—fine for one person and not uncomfortably small. - The Room was properly cleaned. - Amenities are well stocked; everything you need is provided (including body towel and hair dryer), so as long as you have a change of clothes, you’ll be fine. - The bathtub is surprisingly spacious—or maybe deep? Smaller guests may find it quite relaxing. - On the other hand, the toilet area is extremely tight; even sitting down with your legs forward feels cramped. - In general, the entire bathroom/toilet space is very small, making it difficult to use the sink area comfortably as well. - The air conditioning noise may be a bit loud. There’s no breakfast or similar services, so if you’re looking at this Hotel purely as an affordable base just to sleep, it’s efficient with no frills and I’d recommend it.

I’ve been staying here frequently lately, and the other day I had to extend my stay at short notice due to scheduling. The front desk staff handled it smoothly, and I had a wonderful time. I’d like to stay here again in the future.

The Room makes excellent use of space, with a high bed frame that allows you to store luggage underneath. The shampoo and conditioner are carefully selected, and their fragrance lasts a long time. There are also several wonderful Accommodations near the Hotel.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Most of the guests were foreigners, but everyone had good manners, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great to have chairs in the smoking area where I could sit and enjoy a complimentary coffee while taking a break. The convenient location near the station is a plus, and the Hotel offers Wi-Fi, large beds, and TVs. There are many free VOD titles available, including some of the latest movies, making for a relaxing stay. For domestic travel, APA Hotel is always one of my top choices. I was too tired and went straight to bed, so I didn't use the bath.
