This was my fifth stay. I visited this time for my birthday. Because it was my birthday, they upgraded me to a suite Room, and I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness. The Room was spacious, spotless, and absolutely wonderful. As always, the meals were consistently delicious. The vegetables here are especially outstanding. It was my first time trying the egg tart, and it was perfectly flaky and very tasty. I don’t drink alcohol, but their decaffeinated coffee is excellent. When I asked for it, they even went out of their way to prepare and bring it to me, saying it’s “difficult to brew.” I really appreciated that kind of attentive service. For those who do drink alcohol, I think this Hotel must feel like heaven. All of the staff are kind and courteous. In particular, the front desk service was exceptional. Since I’ve stayed several times before, they skipped unnecessary explanations when appropriate—flexibly adjusting to the situation—which I found wonderful. The bath area was also well cleaned, and I’m happy that Sekkisei amenities are available. Before entering the bath, I heard another guest mention that something had run out, but it seemed to be replenished frequently; by the time I finished bathing, it had been properly restocked. The only disappointment this time was that because of the rain I couldn’t see Mt. Daisen, but the night view toward Yonago was beautiful. After five stays here in total, once again I felt this is an Accommodation where you’ll want to return again and again.

It’s the best in so many ways. I live in Shin-Yokohama, and because I work in customer service, I sometimes get worn out from being around people. So I stay at Fuji View Hotel to relax and recharge. If only the Onsen were great, I could just come for the Onsen, but the meals are delicious as well, and the staff’s attentive yet not intrusive service lets me truly rest and unwind. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Welcome drinks, especially the cold sake, were a delightful touch appreciated by the host. Although the walk to the bath was a bit long, guests could choose their yukata, and the men's and women's baths alternated daily for added variety. The Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style, and dinner was served in just the right portions. After check-out, guests could relax in the lobby or garden at their leisure.

As explained in the bathroom guide, the water seems to have an ideal pH, so it feels smooth on the skin with no resistance, and it’s so pleasant you’ll want to stay in forever. I’ve been to many Onsen, and this may have been the most comfortable of all. The meals were extremely satisfying in both portion size and taste. The Hida beef shabu-shabu was especially tender, sweet, and delicious. The steamed abalone was also tender, and mixing the two sauces made it outstanding. Everything else was equally well prepared and thoughtfully crafted. The staff were highly professional, and their smiles were wonderful. As for services, we enjoyed a welcome drink and one complimentary alcoholic drink after dinner in the lounge, which made for a very relaxing time. Next time, I’d love to stay here with my parents!

The necessary amenities were prepared in the room, which was reassuring. The location, twin room, service, Onsen, and breakfast were all comfortable at this Hotel. During our 4-night trip to Eastern Hokkaido, this was the most comfortable stay.

I took the cable car from Tsukubasan Shrine and, not realizing the climb would be so steep, I hiked up to the ropeway station in light clothing. The Onsen afterward was truly wonderful. The temperature was just right and the water felt gentle; after soaking several times, I went home without sore muscles and hardly any fatigue. After returning home, I realized I had left something in the safe. You kindly sent it to me by courier, and even included a letter. I really appreciated your thoughtful kindness. All of the female staff were very pleasant, and thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

This was an Accommodation I had wanted to stay at at least once. The staff were kind and attentive, and the view of Lake Shikotsu from the room was wonderful. The Onsen water quality was also excellent and warmed me up thoroughly. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

After enjoying rafting nearby, we stayed overnight. The Room was a spacious Japanese-style room, and we were able to relax comfortably. We had a breakfast-only Plan, so we had dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Since we made a Reservation at check-in, even though it was fully booked that day, we were seated smoothly. The baths are in a separate building behind the Hotel, and we also enjoyed the open-air bath. When we go rafting again, we’d like to stay at this Hotel! Thank you very much!

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

It felt just like a nostalgic Ryokan, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The bath was also very pleasant, and I was satisfied with the wide variety of breakfast options.

We drove from Kagoshima to Miyazaki Prefecture, then on to Beppu. The free-flowing hot spring water left our skin smooth and felt wonderful, though it seemed a little lukewarm. The meals were delicious and more than enough. We also got some Japanese snacks by playing darts, and there were three kinds of alcohol available with unlimited drinks. It was a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The meals were delicious, and the horse sashimi we had for dinner was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming, from our arrival at the Ryokan to their attentive service during meals. It became a wonderful family travel memory. Thank you very much.

My daughter, who lives far away, was able to come home during the holiday, so we stayed on 9/20 during Silver Week. At first, we had made a Reservation at another Hotel because we planned to go grape picking in Fukushima and then travel to Morioka. However, with the typhoon making the weather uncertain, we kept considering a closer plan until the last minute. When an opening came up for a Room with an open-air bath, we quickly made a Reservation here. Since our family travels entirely by car, changing our schedule gave us extra time. We arrived early and planned to take a walk nearby, and the parking staff kindly recommended some spots for us. The footbath was very relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room does not have a washing area, but it wasn’t an issue—washing first at the large public bath or using the indoor bath in the Room was enough. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. When traveling as a family of four, we usually choose Accommodations with buffets, so we truly appreciate Itoen Hotel for its reasonable pricing. Some people have various opinions about the food, but if you search under the same conditions (a Room with an open-air bath), most places cost about twice as much or more than Itoen Hotel. If you’re dissatisfied, it simply means you should increase your budget. The Tsukimi Fair set dishes and—during Silver Week—the bluefin tuna and roast beef sushi were especially popular. The ramen was also delicious; since this is Fukushima, perhaps it had a Kitakata-style soup? Our family was very satisfied. Because of the typhoon’s impact, we decided to relax at the Hotel. We enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times, eating until we were full, winning prizes in the game corner arcade area, and having fun playing table tennis—it was a wonderful stay. Since I made this Reservation in such haste, I caused trouble due to my own mistake. Also after checking out and leaving, my daughter realized something important to her was missing. When we turned back and returned to the Hotel staff immediately told us it had been found at the shop counter—this truly helped us so much. Thank you very much for your kind assistance. Lastly I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone—the person who handled my call regarding my mistake during Reservation booking as well as all staff at reception front desk parking restaurant shop housekeeping and throughout this Hotel. This is a wonderful hot spring inn. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Even though it was late August and mosquitoes wouldn’t have been surprising, I didn’t get bitten in the open-air bath (I think I stayed about an hour), so I was able to relax and soak at ease. To be honest, two weeks earlier at another hot spring there were mosquitoes even in the indoor bath and it was a terrible experience, so I was a bit nervous—but I guess it’s because the greenery here is so well maintained. The private open-air bath was also excellent. The meals were outstanding in both presentation and taste. The dinner boat platter—and all-you-can-eat—was amazing, and then I was impressed again by how beautiful breakfast looked! I will definitely come back again. The only slight negative point: at the welcome drink area there was someone like a bartender, but although we made eye contact, they didn’t say anything, so for a moment I wasn’t sure whether it was okay to help myself. Since they could tell we were checking in, if they are going to be there, I thought a brief word would have been nice. On the other hand, the person who drove us to the inn by car was very kind and pleasant. Thank you very much.

We stayed with 2 adults, 3 children, and 1 dog. Even though we arrived after 6:00 PM on the day of check-in, thank you for accommodating us by changing our meal time, moving us to a dining Room where we could eat next to our dog, and upgrading our Room free of charge (even though we didn’t ask). We only realized it after we got home (laughs). Despite the busy Obon season, the front desk staff remained calm and composed, and the attendants greeted us with smiles. Our children had a great time as well. We truly appreciate being able to spend such a meaningful time there. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

True to its concept of a day-use hot spring with full Accommodation features, the baths are wonderfully well equipped. The electric bath was so strong it nearly made my body stiff—perfect for enthusiasts? (lol) Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was served in a beautiful basket-style set, and I was very satisfied with the quality and variety. The location is ideal for a stay in Yanagawa. The Room felt a bit small for someone with a larger build in the standard type, so next time I may choose an upgraded class. Thank you for such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

It was an Onsen I wanted to visit at least once in my lifetime. It was wonderful. The water quality was astonishing—my first time experiencing anything like it. I can see why people say it can even help cure cancer. The food was delicious, too. The kiritanpo was simple yet full of flavor. The meal focused mainly on vegetables, but there was such a wide variety that I was very satisfied.

I suddenly got some time off and decided to travel. When I searched online, Hill Hotel Sunpia Iga came up with a meal plan. Even though it was only a week before my stay, the large public bath was very spacious, bright, and clean—and it’s an Onsen! My body and hair felt moisturized, and I warmed up wonderfully. Dinner was a kaiseki meal, which I enjoyed in a calm setting that felt like a semi-private room. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of options for both rice and bread, and I left completely full. The value for money was excellent—it felt almost too good for the price. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

As a self-employed person, it’s hard for me to take time off, but I was finally able to bring my elderly mother—who had been saying for so long that she wanted to visit an Onsen—for a one-night stay. I chose this Accommodation after reading Reviews, hoping we could relax more than at a large Hotel. Since we stayed on a weekday at the end of summer, the rooms were only about half occupied, which was also nice. The staff were all smiling and pleasant. We checked in early and enjoyed the Onsen before dinner. Dinner was served in private dining rooms with table seating. There were many dishes, but each portion was small enough to enjoy comfortably; everything was served warm at just the right pace, and the flavors and seasoning were perfect—we were very satisfied. The timing worked out well for the Onsen too, so we hardly ran into other guests and could take our time in both the indoor bath and the open-air bath. Staying during the autumn foliage season may be difficult due to crowds, but my mother said she definitely wants me to bring her again.

I stayed here last year as well. This time, I was looking forward to it because the dining had changed to a buffet. It’s an à la carte buffet where you order each dish one by one, and I was surprised at how thoughtfully crafted each menu item was. Of course, the flavors were exactly to my taste. They also offer wines and sake that pair well with each dish. What I love about this place is that it isn’t very large, so they can provide this kind of attentive service—I was really impressed. And of course, dining while watching the sunset is a truly luxurious experience. I’d love to stay again. Honestly, I always admire the chefs—every property in this group serves food that perfectly suits my tastes.
