Thank you for everything. The Room was very clean, and there was also a cute Room for our dog. Our children were very happy and said they want to come again. We eat a lot, so the meal wasn’t quite enough and we went out to buy rice balls. The staff were also very kind—thank you.

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

There is a guide to the Accommodation, and there was a small sign that said “ZEN,” but the building was hard to see from outside, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place and got lost at first. After climbing the stairs surrounded by greenery, I finally reached a beautiful standalone Accommodation and felt relieved. In reality, it’s not possible to drive into the parking area; you can only park in the space in front of it. It gets very dark at night, so if it’s your first time, it may be hard to find—checking in while it’s still daylight is recommended. Inside, the space feels open and airy, and relaxing on the outdoor chairs was a real luxury. It was a bit disappointing that mornings and evenings were still chilly. There is a wood-burning stove, but I missed that it requires advance Reservation and an additional fee. Since it wasn’t really stove season anyway, I imagine it would be excellent in winter. There also seemed to be a beer server (advance Reservation?), as well as a kitchen and electric cooktop, so self-catering is possible—I probably just wasn’t prepared enough to make full use of everything. I think satisfaction would be even higher with a Multiple Night Stay, especially in winter.

Unfortunately, it started raining midway, so we couldn't enjoy the starry sky or fireworks, but the staff at the accommodation were kind, and we had a great time experiencing glamping for the first time! As mentioned in other reviews, although there were three of us, the breakfast portion seemed to be for two people. The meat at the evening barbecue was very delicious.

It was very nice. We were very satisfied with how dog-friendly it was. We’re planning to stay again at a different location.

The space is so large that it feels almost too much for just two people. However, the spaciousness allowed our dog to run around freely. It was great even on rainy days as it didn’t matter. I felt it’s perfect for large families or group accommodations.

The meals—especially the BBQ dinner—were delicious. The Maeda beef steak was outstanding. Since we stayed at the Super Premium Site, it was convenient that we could drive directly onto the site. The spacious grounds also made our dogs very happy; seeing them run around excitedly was truly satisfying. It felt like a luxurious private dog run experience. The beds inside the tent were also extremely comfortable. The large public bath in the clubhouse was fairly standard, but I appreciated the free massage chair in the changing room. One downside was that although there is an air cooler and a fan inside the tent, they didn’t work effectively at all. (It was comfortable from sunset until early morning, but during summer daytime it felt like a greenhouse—unbearable!) I recommend staying outside the tent during the day. It was also very inconvenient that there is no toilet on-site; if you see this as part of embracing outdoor inconveniences (no toilet, no refrigerator, no air conditioning, etc.), then it might be acceptable—but if you advertise it as a Super Premium Site, I honestly wish basic comfort (at least a toilet and heating/cooling) were provided. (Especially given that it wasn’t cheap.) There is a small cabin on the site with air conditioning and it was wonderfully cool, but it’s so small and empty that I did wonder whether it makes sense to pay such a high rate only to spend most of your time in that cabin… After check-in there isn’t really anywhere else cool within the site, so you end up taking refuge in this cabin, staying in your car with A/C on, or going to the clubhouse… Since the tent itself is so lovely, it would have been ideal if we could have spent most of our time comfortably inside it. I also strongly felt how convenient it would be if there were a toilet inside that air-conditioned cabin. Since you have to walk to the clubhouse restroom each time, you need to keep reminding yourself to go before it becomes urgent. (Waiting until your limit might be tough!) Unfortunately we couldn’t see the starry sky at night because of bad weather—it was disappointing—but I’d love to come back for another try next time, aiming for a more comfortable season! All staff members were very kind and made our stay pleasant. Thank you very much.

I last stayed here about 20 years ago, and visited a few times when my children were small. This time, I stayed with my daughter and grandchild. It has definitely gotten older, but it didn’t bother me because it brought back fond memories. I probably used to come in winter (since I’m not good with insects), so I didn’t notice before, but there is air conditioning only in the living room, so the bed area at the back gets hot. Since it wasn’t midsummer, we managed with a small fan we brought along. The BBQ turned into a battle with bugs, but I did my best with a bath towel wrapped over my head (a bit embarrassing). *The dog sofa was adorable.*

This was my first stay, and it offered far more freedom than a Business Hotel with No Meals Included. The sunset over the sea in the evening was amazing! I enjoyed a blissful time sipping freshly brewed drip coffee. Great value—100 out of 100.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious—and it even had a jacuzzi! The room isn’t particularly large, but it didn’t feel cramped. The double bed was big enough for two people to relax comfortably. We stayed with our dog, and they had plenty of pet amenities prepared. We brought our own just in case, but we ended up using what was provided during our stay. One small downside was that because we had our dog with us, we couldn’t make the room completely dark and wanted a little light, but the lighting couldn’t be adjusted. A small night-light level would have been perfect. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable.

This time, we stayed in a villa with a sauna. It was a surprise trip for my partner, and he loved it—we’d like to stay again. The view was just as beautiful as in the photos, and the staff were very courteous. The dinner explanation seemed to be given by a new staff member, but they explained everything carefully even though they were nervous. The food was delicious, the Room was spotless, and we could see beautiful mountains and sky from the window. We also really appreciated that the sauna has a window. At night, we even got to experience a campfire—something we don’t usually get to do—making it a truly fulfilling getaway that felt wonderfully out of the ordinary. It was such a lovely Accommodation that I’d like to recommend it to others as well. Thank you very much.

I chose the BBQ option for the trailer house, and at check-in I was told that everything was in the refrigerator. I looked everywhere for the rice but couldn’t find it, so I assumed it wasn’t included and went ahead with the BBQ. When I called the front desk at night, they asked, “Would you like to purchase rice?” so I thought again that it wasn’t included. However, at checkout we were given rice, and we also received dog treats when we asked. It might be better to place the rice and dog treats in the refrigerator as well. The situation with the rice was a bit confusing, but we had a great time overall. The manager was very cute.

I stayed for two nights, and the best part was that drinks were free all the time with the all-inclusive plan. I didn’t go out anywhere and just enjoyed the Onsen and drinks, which was perfect.

We stayed on 7/26 with my wife, daughter, and our beloved dog. We chose the trailer cottage FUJI4. There was a covered space in front of the entrance where we could enjoy BBQ, so we tried BBQ for the first time! Our first attempt at lighting charcoal went well, and the meat, clams, and yakisoba turned out delicious—it was amazing! The Room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were kind. We would love to stay again!

We stayed here for our summer family trip to visit Aquas! The Room and Facility were clean, stylish, and relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we also appreciated the free drinks! The kids enjoyed the pool and fireworks, and at night we even saw shooting stars. We made wonderful memories!

The cottage was perfectly clean and well maintained, fully stocked with everyday essentials, and felt spotless throughout. The staff were genuinely kind, and the solo BBQ on a shichirin grill was amazing. We came from Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, and we will definitely be back.

It was our first time staying in a trailer house, so we were a little nervous. It exceeded our expectations, and we were able to relax. The staff were kind, and it seemed my elderly parents enjoyed it as well. If I had one request, the bed was a bit too high and getting in and out was inconvenient; ideally, it would be around adult waist height. We stayed as a family, and the room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, just like in the photos. From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Hakuba's expansive scenery, offering an incredible sense of openness. The staff were extremely friendly from check-in and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, they replaced our towels and promptly responded to our calls, which was very helpful. Amenities such as insect repellent spray and baby guards were well-prepared, making it safe and convenient for families with children. The recommended restaurants and spots were all fantastic, making this a truly satisfying stay. We would love to visit again!
