This was a return visit. It was raining, but the covered walkway from the station to the Hotel meant I didn’t need an umbrella. The Room is refined and simply furnished. This time, there was live jazz in front of the reception area at night, which gave me a similar sense of satisfaction to when I stayed at Mesm Tokyo. The staff also provide wonderful hospitality, taking pride in working at Metropolitan Kawasaki.

The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

Perfect for a family of four! The views are spectacular—no doubt about it! The owner is a true gentleman—no doubt about it! As others have mentioned, the Room has a stylish scent (maybe from an air freshener?), and some guests may feel differently about it. Sing karaoke, dance, enjoy the Onsen, have a BBQ, take in the night view and the morning view—and check-out is at 13:00. We had a wonderful time!

Thank you for accommodating us at the club lounge from around 1:30 p.m., as a typhoon was expected to approach in the afternoon. This was our fourth stay, and the warm hospitality of the club floor staff truly put us at ease. The next day we stayed on a special floor in Tokyo overlooking Hibiya Park, which reminded us once again how wonderful The Capitol Hotel is. We already have two more stays reserved this year, and we look forward to seeing you again.

I made a Reservation for a Standard Twin, and they upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. It was only for one night, but the Room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t want to check out early in the morning. I’d like to stay here again when I have business in Shinjuku. Thank you very much.

It was great being close to the station, with breakfast included, and the amenities were good—plus free drinks.

Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

This was a wonderful Hotel with great taste felt in every detail, and it made me want to take lots of photos. The Bulgari Bar was a spacious, relaxing place that made me feel like I was abroad. In the Room, they had kindly prepared fresh fruit for us, which helped soothe the fatigue of traveling. For breakfast, we had the Gymnasium Breakfast, and every item was a special menu that felt gentle on the body. The freshly pressed apple juice was also unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed lunch at the Italian restaurant, and thanks to the staff’s warm kindness, my daughter and I had a truly pleasant time together. I would definitely recommend lunch at the Italian restaurant as well. I bought chocolates as souvenirs, and even after returning home, I continued to savor the wonderful memories of our time at Bulgari Hotel. I would love to stay again.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. Thank you very much.

We stayed for three nights on a Plan with breakfast included. The location near Kaminarimon was convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast bread was incredibly delicious! It was so good that we ate at the Hotel all three mornings. It was also great that the room did not have a unit bath, so we could relax and enjoy a proper bath.

I had planned to stay with my elderly parents while visiting a family grave, but they ended up going home. It was late, but I called my eldest son and daughter who live in Tokyo, and we enjoyed a one-night family stay together. We were able to sleep with four beds lined up, and we also had access to the lounge. As others have mentioned, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and took great care of us—I truly appreciated it. The weather wasn’t great, so I hope to come back for another try. We didn’t have time for the pool either, which was a shame—next time for sure.

I stayed for one night with a same-day Reservation. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and as others have said, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. There is no parking at the Hotel, but I was able to park at the coin-operated lot in front of the Hotel for a maximum of 1,500 yen. It is also directly connected to Otakanomori SC, which is very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

The toilet and bath were separate, which was really nice. The Hotel was clean overall. Breakfast was also delicious.

This was a return visit. It is an exceptionally comfortable Hotel where I can truly relax, as if I’ve come home. The location is also wonderful. The view of the Sumida River waterfront and Tokyo Skytree was something I had been looking forward to again since my last stay, but this time the top of the Skytree was hidden in the clouds due to a typhoon. Even so, it felt magical, and I was able to enjoy a rare view that was different from usual. The Room amenities and equipment are well provided, and I especially love being able to unwind in the spacious bathtub, as well as having my favorite Epsom salts available. This time I also visited the bar, and thanks to the attentive service from all staff members, I had a very pleasant time. Since I had an early departure the next morning, they prepared a breakfast box instead of the regular breakfast; it was delicious and very satisfying. Above all, what impressed me most was the front desk staff’s support. After checkout, they kindly guided me in detail even though I wasn’t familiar with the area, which helped everything go smoothly afterward. From check-in through farewell at departure, I am deeply grateful for everyone’s outstanding hospitality. This is a Hotel that makes me sincerely want to introduce this wonderful space and delicious breakfast to someone important. I will definitely return again next time.

I stay here every time I visit Disney! I’m such a fan that I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Grand Nikko (lol). All the staff are so kind and attentive—I’m a huge fan (lol). Thank you always for a wonderful stay. I’ll be back again.
