As we entered the country that day from overseas and it was quite a distance, getting there was a bit challenging, but after actually staying there, we were truly satisfied. Our train was delayed and we missed the shuttle bus time, but you waited for us at the station, which really moved us. All of the staff were very kind and took care of us warmly and attentively throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the water in the large public bath was clean, and in the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we were able to unwind at our own pace. Our whole family had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to make time to visit again. Thank you very much for giving us such a lovely stay.

Since we have small children, we really appreciated the valet service on hot days, and we were truly happy when your staff kindly helped carry our plates to the table at the breakfast buffet while I was holding my child. We were also able to transfer our breakfast vouchers to the lunch buffet at your affiliated hotel next door, which was very helpful—especially on days when we had to head out early in the morning—so they didn’t go to waste. The hotel offers excellent value for money and well-equipped facilities, and it’s a place I would gladly recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip. We would love to stay again.

This is a heartwarming hotel where every detail reflects genuine care for guests. Our whole family became fans. They also shared information about nearby sightseeing spots, and later put together brochures along with a handwritten message. The children’s amenities were well stocked, and when co-sleeping with a child, they prepared the room by pushing the twin beds together—very family-friendly. I feel this is a one-of-a-kind hotel that truly values its guests. Highly recommended!!

This was my first business trip to Aomori, and after reading Reviews, I chose to stay at Kaosenkaku. The view of Mutsu Bay from the Room was even more breathtaking than I imagined, and the sunset was truly soothing. At dinner, we enjoyed Nebuta Festival hand dances, folk songs, Tsugaru shamisen performances, and dancing—since we didn’t have time to go sightseeing, it made our stay feel like a full Aomori experience!! Next time, I’d love to visit again and take my time exploring as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I was looking for an Accommodation to stay at an Onsen during Silver Week while touring by motorcycle, and chose this Hotel because it had such high Review ratings. It turned out to be the perfect choice—I’m truly glad I stayed here. The Room was spacious, spotless, and had a great view with an amazing open feel. Even the water in the Room tasted great. The Onsen after relaxing in the Room was wonderful—especially the open-air bath. The hot bath temperature was so comfortable I could have stayed in forever. I was also surprised by how large the indoor bath was, almost like a pool. The washing area was clean as well. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of dishes with well-balanced flavors, and I could enjoy both breakfast and dinner at a relaxed pace in a quiet atmosphere. The domestic beef teppan-yaki for dinner was tender with just the right amount of fat—refined and delicious—and really showed how high-quality the dining is. While many Hotels these days have lots of foreign staff at the front desk, that wasn’t the case here, and I found the service very pleasant. With excellent Onsen, food, and well-equipped Facilities throughout the building, this is an Accommodation I would recommend to many people.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was truly breathtaking. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our room had been discreetly upgraded. We were deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—a truly happy moment that let us slowly look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel 30 years later—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence, once again watching over another milestone in our lives. We were moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

This was my first stay, and from the initial phone call to the moment we left, every staff member’s service was warm, attentive, and flawless. Because I have dietary restrictions, there are usually items in the standard menu that I cannot eat, but this time you made thoughtful adjustments so I could enjoy everything—deliciously and without leaving anything behind. I am truly grateful for the kitchen team’s consideration despite how busy you were. The room layout was also very well designed and easy to use, with a Japanese-style tatami area and a Western-style bedroom with beds, plus an open-air bath and wash area arranged thoughtfully. Although it was quite windy, we were still able to enjoy the private open-air bath in our room. The public bath was always clean, with amenities and towels fully stocked, so we could relax without any stress and fully enjoy the infinity open-air bath. On our final day at checkout, when we requested a taxi we were told it would be a 40-minute wait; however, the front desk staff kindly called around for us, and in the end a taxi arrived in about 10 minutes. We sincerely appreciate your help even during such a busy time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled, so I made a last-minute Reservation. Since the Room I reserved was fully booked, they upgraded me, and I was able to stay in a comfortable space. They also recommended nearby Italian restaurants and bars, and I truly felt their thoughtful hospitality. Kumamoto Castle is within walking distance, and my unexpected extended stay actually allowed me to enjoy Kumamoto’s local food and sightseeing. I would love to stay here again.

Thank you for upgrading our Room, which made our stay very comfortable. After working up a sweat at the gym, we took a shower and headed to the lounge. The champagne we enjoyed while feeling the evening breeze became a wonderful travel memory. The freshly cooked rice at breakfast was also delicious, and the hospitality of all the staff was impeccable. This is an outstanding Hotel that I would consider number one among all the Hotels I have stayed at so far. When visiting Osaka, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

I chose this hotel because it is directly connected to the station, and it was excellent. As soon as I entered, the staff greeted me warmly and handled my luggage smoothly. When I asked if there were any soup curry restaurants nearby, they kindly explained everything clearly with online information and a map, even though it was a busy time. The room was simple and comfortable—especially the bedding, which felt wonderful. And of course, the view was flawless. The hot spring felt like a luxury spa and was very relaxing. For breakfast I tried both the buffet and the Japanese set meal, and I was completely satisfied with both—especially the Japanese breakfast. I stayed at a high-end ryokan in Noboribetsu the day before, but this hotel surpassed it in every way. I would like to come back to Sapporo just to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here after hearing the pork cutlet ramen was delicious, and my wife and I enjoyed it for lunch. The pork cutlet ramen was excellent, and the beef bowl we ordered as well was also outstanding. We booked the lounge plan, and after lunch we visited the lounge; both the drinks and light meals were wonderful and very tasty. The Japanese set breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious as well. The service, meals, room, and view were all superb, and my wife immediately asked to come again. It’s about an hour door-to-door from our home, but we will definitely visit again to enjoy a special getaway. Thank you very much.

Everything was spotless, and we had a very comfortable stay. The food was excellent—especially the sashimi, which was thick and delicious. It even included fugu sashimi, with my favorite skin served on the side, so I was completely satisfied. The bath was also thoroughly cleaned and truly pleasant to use. This time we couldn’t try the nearby Ryokan hot-spring tour, but we’d definitely like to do it next time.

It’s a very beautiful hotel. Both the room and the large public bath were kept impeccably clean, and I was able to spend my time there in complete comfort. The front desk staff were wonderful—always smiling, with excellent service. Thanks to them, it was a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a special Room as three generations during the Obon holidays this year. First of all, we were amazed at how spacious the Room was! The bath was also large, and our 3-year-old daughter was thrilled. Both the sushi kaiseki dinner we had been looking forward to most and the breakfast were truly delicious. We could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace in a private dining room, and the fountain show was beautiful. The service was excellent as well. There isn’t a playroom for children, but our daughter seemed to have lots of fun feeding the koi in the garden, reading picture books in the library, and doing the stamp rally. The adults were also able to enjoy some relaxing time for the first time in a while. We’re already talking about how next time Italian would be nice, teppanyaki would be great too, and kaiseki was wonderful as well. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. On the day of my stay, I decided on a whim, got the Accommodation’s approval, and arrived after 8:00 p.m. When I told a man at the front desk that I was heading to a nearby izakaya for dinner, he cheerfully said, “Then please take this,” and gave me drink coupons for the place, lent me an umbrella, and even showed me a shortcut—always with a smile. It really put me at ease. The private bath was available until 11:00 p.m., so even though I arrived late I could relax and enjoy it. I also appreciated having a beer vending machine in the building. The property is old, but clean in an unpretentious way. The Room, futon bedding, and amenities all felt safe and comfortable to use. The other guests also seemed very considerate. Breakfast was great too—the main dish (grilled pork? hot pot?) went perfectly with rice and egg over rice. These days it’s rare, but everyone on staff I met appeared to be Japanese—maybe just by chance? Everyone provided such wonderful service that more than made up for the age of the building, and it was very comfortable throughout my stay. To be honest (and no offense meant), I only made a Reservation because there happened to be availability and didn’t expect much—maybe that’s why it felt even better. Next time I’d like to visit with dinner included. Thank you very much.

The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent—just what you’d expect from the long-established Hotel New Grand. For breakfast, I considered room service but went to the restaurant for the Monte Cristo sandwich. The incredibly fluffy French toast and the savory bacon-and-cheese saltiness were outstanding. The tomato juice served with what was probably a domestically grown, unwaxed lemon was also superb. I’ll definitely be back!

Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.
