Since it is connected to a shopping center, we didn’t have to worry about parking, and even on rainy days we could unload our luggage from the car without getting wet and enter the Hotel. The fish at breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here to visit the Yokohama Dinosaur Expo. It was a bit far from Pacifico Yokohama, and traveling in midsummer was tough, but I made a Reservation because it seemed much more affordable than the Hotels around the bay area. Some Reviews felt a little harsh, but I assumed that was to be expected for a reasonably priced place. However, once I stayed there, it was better than I expected. The Japanese-Western style Room we used was very spacious and comfortable. The Room was generally clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Having the toilet and bath separated was very helpful. The lighting in the Room felt a bit dim, but I went to sleep quickly at night so it wasn’t an issue. Also, since this Hotel is located in an entertainment district with many bars, we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside late at night, but I fell asleep easily so it didn’t bother me. I would like to stay here again.

I missed the last train and stayed here for the first time while urgently looking for a place to stay. It’s a little far from the station, but there’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. In the morning, I was lucky to get light refreshments—coffee and bread—which were delicious. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Since it is right in front of Echigo-Yuzawa Station, getting around was easy with almost no travel needed. I was able to use the foot bath and enjoy cake at the cafe as well. I chose a plan with breakfast only, without dinner. Breakfast felt a little less satisfying than before. Overall, I was satisfied. I booked a Room with an open-air bath and was able to use it many times.

I found it stylish for a Business Hotel. I was personally satisfied with the amenities. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and it was a shower room without a bathtub, which suited me since I usually don’t take baths at a Business Hotel. The lobby had spaces for desk work and relaxing, and there were plenty of manga available. The view from the Room was beautiful as well. I would like to stay again.

This trip was planned as a motorcycle touring trip with an overnight stay. When I arrived at the Accommodation, the front desk staff kindly guided my motorcycle to a covered area and even provided an umbrella, which I really appreciated. The bath wasn’t large, but it was more than satisfactory. Above all, I can highly recommend the meals. Dinner was very satisfying, like a course meal—from meat and sashimi to pudding for dessert. And breakfast? It also offered a variety of delicious items such as grilled fish, and just like dinner I went back for seconds of rice. I’d like to stay here again when visiting the Fukushima area. From the Room I could see Lake Inawashiro; it was quiet around there and I slept very well.

The location was great, and the Onsen was relaxing and felt very clean. The meals were also delicious. One thing I noticed was that the heat for the shabu-shabu pot was weak and the burn time was short, so when we added the meat it took a long time for the temperature to rise. Also, even though there was still meat left, the fuel ran out and we had to bring back a full new set of equipment.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was really worried the place might feel run-down, but the tatami area was new and the bathrooms had been renovated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well. The complimentary oden was surprisingly delicious. I even enjoyed beer and sparkling wine before dinner. The staff’s smiles were wonderful. The large public bath was under construction and unavailable, so I was worried about whether I’d be able to use the private bath, but everything went smoothly and I managed to use it six times. There was even a shampoo bar—something many women really appreciate. Even though it’s private, it’s spacious, with an ocean view, and I was completely satisfied. What surprised me most was the food: there weren’t a huge number of dishes, but everything tasted great—and at this Accommodation Fee, is it really okay? The crab quality made me worry in a good way: juicy with just the right amount of saltiness. Even compared with the newer Hotel we stayed at the next day, this Hotel’s meals were better. I’ve already made another Reservation for two nights in September.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

It was a Room on the 38th floor. The view was amazing and truly impressive. In particular, the views from the pool and spa were wonderful, and I was able to relax very well. Above all, all of the staff were excellent—everyone greeted me properly, which made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay again.

I booked the “Room-assigned” Plan and stayed in the main building this time. The Plan description seemed to say non-smoking, but I was surprised because the Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I should have asked about changing Rooms, but I was short on time because someone was waiting for me, and since I had already used the toilet, I didn’t bring it up. I got used to the smell quickly, so it was fine. The Facilities in the main building are a bit old, but both the Room and bathroom were very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff member was polite and pleasant. Overall, there are far more good points here, so it’s a great place. I’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much.

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design. For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together. The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay. The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! After watching a travel TV show last month, I decided to take my 86-year-old mother to Iwaki. Last time, we only visited Shiramizu Amidadō in Uchigō and went straight home, so this time we toured Abukuma Cave, Shiramizu Amidadō, and Onahama. Since we had stayed at other affiliated Hotels before, choosing this Hotel in Onahama was an easy Done. We were able to relax and truly appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent—both the selection and the staff service were outstanding. We’d love to stay again. P.S. It was lucky that our visit happened to coincide with the Onahama festival day.

If possible, I’d rather not let too many people know about this incredibly great-value Accommodation. The food is delicious, and the staff are wonderful. This was my first stay in summer, and the pool was neither overcrowded nor too quiet—everything felt perfectly comfortable, so I could truly relax and enjoy it.

I visit Sugadaira every summer, so I check early, but I can never get a Reservation. This time I happened to get one, so it was my first stay. The area around the Hotel is very quiet, and the view from the Room is wonderful. After soaking in the Onsen, my skin stayed moisturized for a while. Everyone—at the front desk and in the restaurant—was truly pleasant and welcoming, and I had a great time. The buffet made the most of fresh vegetables and was thoughtfully prepared rather than relying on cheap ready-made sauces, and it was delicious. Since it’s so hard to secure an Accommodation Reservation here, I’d come just for the meal. There was a sheet listing the names of the mountains visible from the Room window, hooks placed throughout the Room for hanging clothes (probably for winter ski wear), a towel provided for use at the washbasin, and even a cube-shaped power strip with five outlets. It’s a Hotel with attentive care down to every detail. I would definitely like to stay again if I can get another Reservation.

I stayed here solo as a reward to myself after working hard through the summer. Perched on a hill with ocean views, about 15 minutes from Atami Station by Shuttle Service, it’s only around two hours from my home in Tokyo but felt like a real getaway. From the welcome afternoon tea while soaking in the footbath to the Onsen and delicious meals, I enjoyed everything to the fullest. I’d heard that drinks at dinner were free, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected—even I, who rarely drink alcohol, ended up having sparkling wine and fruit liqueur. This Hotel is surprisingly reasonably priced for what it offers, and you can really feel the effort behind that throughout. The Room was a bit dated and there were some scratches on the fittings and furniture, but details like simple, stylish glasses and cups; using local ingredients even if not luxury items; and keeping amenities to only what’s necessary actually left me with a very positive impression. In earlier Reviews I saw comments such as indoor footwear being wooden geta sandals that were hard to walk in, or that things had become digital and explanations at reception were confusing. However, they now provide stylish slippers indoors, and they also gave clear guidance—including how to use your smartphone—so I felt they genuinely listen to guests’ feedback and keep improving. All of the staff were pleasant right down to housekeeping. As we left in the Shuttle Service car and passed through the gate, I looked back and saw an adorable female staff member waving enthusiastically goodbye—it really warmed my heart. There are a few minor shortcomings if you look for them, but considering the price it’s truly excellent, and I’d love to stay again. Maybe it’s just my bad luck with weather: despite a sunny forecast it stayed cloudy throughout so the sea didn’t look its best. That’s something I’d love to come back for revenge next time (lol).

Our trip with two Toy Poodles and our family of four was so much fun! It was our first time staying overnight with our dogs, and also our first time at an Accommodation that welcomes pets. The Facility was well equipped, beautiful, and very clean. I have a dog allergy so I was worried, but I had no issues. The Onsen was amazing! We were concerned it might be hot since there is no air conditioning, but it was surprisingly cool for midsummer and very comfortable. Meals were described as a half buffet, so we expected only a few options, but there was a great variety of dishes and everything was delicious. They also had draft beer, and the drink selection was excellent. There was even a buffet for dogs, plus a snack corner. The photo spot and the lovely dog run were also fantastic! Yahoo Travel has a high Point Rate, and you can use your Earn Points in advance, so it felt like a much better deal than other sites. It looks like there are many affiliated Hotels as well, so we would definitely like to stay again.
