I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

All the staff were wonderful. We waited a little at breakfast, but the gentleman at the entrance gave a deep bow and apologized with a smile, which made us feel comfortable and enjoy breakfast. I felt satisfied that I had stayed at a truly good Hotel for the first time in a while—something you don’t experience at foreign-owned Hotels or with their staff. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here before and returned a few years later, and it was still a wonderful Accommodation. The property was clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive.

I stayed here during my summer vacation. The moment I entered the Room, I was captivated by the warm, wood-filled space. The view of lush green trees through the wooden-framed windows helped me forget the busyness of everyday life, and I was able to relax in quiet comfort while lying on the cushioned sofa by the window. The view from the semi-open-air bath was also beautiful and incredibly relaxing. It truly was a Room with an outstanding view. I enjoyed both Japanese and French cuisine, and both were delicious with gentle, wholesome flavors. The rice balls prepared as a late-night snack were also excellent. All of the staff were kind and attentive, and I truly appreciated that they even delivered an item I forgot after checkout to my home. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again!

The bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. The pillow suited me perfectly—I almost wanted to take it home. It was also just a 2–3 minute walk to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which made evening visits very convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby—if anything, it was hard to choose. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you.

Whenever I travel to Asahikawa, I always stay at this Hotel, and it is very clean. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I chose it again this time, and it was excellent. It is directly connected to AEON, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Asahikawa.

A private, adults-only retreat. Everything was wonderful, including the bath with views of the lush, beautiful garden and Ago Bay. We also loved the staff’s warm hospitality—attentive without being intrusive. The cuisine, focused on local ingredients, was thoughtfully crafted and full of delightful new discoveries. The matcha prepared for us in the tea room and the Ise tea were both refined and truly impressive.

We stayed for one night during summer vacation as a family of three. The food was delicious, and the bath was great. The Onsen kept us warm for a long time and helped relieve the fatigue from a long drive. Although dinner was buffet-style, we ate in a separate room from where we picked up the food, so we could enjoy our meal in a relaxed setting. The toasted marshmallows were also delicious. It’s close to the ropeway, and we received a discount, which felt like a great deal. The Accommodation Fee also felt very reasonable compared with other areas. We would definitely like to stay again!

I caused you a great deal of trouble, but everyone spoke to me so kindly that it truly helped me. The price is almost too low! The in-room lotion was my favorite brand, there were two sinks, and both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. It was a shame there was no view from the open-air bath, but I found myself hoping—thinking from the owner’s perspective—that your service will continue just as it is so you won’t lose guests until the construction is finished. Even without a view from the window, this is a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed here again this time. The Room is always exceptionally clean, which I really appreciate. I accidentally forgot my facial cleanser, but it was available from the lobby amenities, which was very helpful. I was also happy to find a summer limited-time bath additive. I booked an early check-out Plan, and it was very convenient since it’s just a short walk to the Shinkansen ticket gates. I expect I’ll be traveling to Niigata for a while, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.

As we did last year, we stayed again this year for our cousins’ trip. Unfortunately, the weather was bad last year, but this year it was sunny, so we decided to definitely use Choraku’s pool. At check-in, we enjoyed delicious tea and sweets in the lounge, then rested a bit in our Room before heading to Choraku. We went into the pool (there were lots of children, but we still enjoyed it), and then used Choraku’s open-air bath. After returning, it was time for dinner. The meal was delicious again this time. The main dish at dinner was venison, which had no gamey smell and tasted great. There were also various drinks that paired well with the food, and this time we ordered the wine pairing. The price was very reasonable. After dinner we took a short break, then went back to Choraku to enjoy a mini concert. After returning, we had a nightcap in the lounge, took another bath, and went to bed. In the morning we woke up slowly, took another bath, and then had breakfast. This time we could choose between Japanese-style or Western-style breakfast; since the bread served here is incredibly good, we chose Western-style and asked for all types of bread so the three of us could share a little of each. We had tea in the lounge again, returned to our Room to pack up our belongings—and then it was already time to check out. The staff were pleasant, the Room was clean and comfortable—an easy Hotel to relax in—and since you can also enjoy Choraku’s Facilities and events as well, there’s plenty to do. We had another wonderful stay this time too. We’re planning our cousins’ trip here again next year as well—thank you in advance.

I booked this place for a relaxing trip with friends because I’d long been curious about the view from the open-air bath. The moment we entered the Room, we were thrilled by how clean and stylish it was—and by the amazing view right in front of us. Dinner was delicious with a great variety of dishes. The sunset from the open-air bath was incredible. Breakfast also offered plenty of options, and the freshly made rice balls were especially tasty. For a hot summer trip, it was perfect to skip sightseeing and simply unwind at this wonderful Hotel and feel refreshed—and we even got a great deal thanks to a time sale. A Hotel I’d definitely love to visit again.

All the staff provided wonderful, attentive service! Even in the intense midsummer heat on Miyajima, we had a truly enjoyable trip. The night tour after dinner was very informative, and the local guide’s storytelling really made us feel like we were traveling—she was fantastic. Because of time constraints and the heat, we couldn’t make it to the summit of Mt. Misen, so next time we’ll visit in autumn and would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Even though I don’t swim in the sea, I travel solo year-round in search of gourmet Accommodations near the coast (for the food and scenery). I was delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, but it also had a leather sofa and ottoman, so I could stretch out and relax while gazing at the ocean. When I woke up around 5:00, I was able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the Room. There is a calm inner-sea beach right in front of the Accommodation, and there are showers as well—great for families with small children. The meals were outstanding, featuring an abundance of local specialties. My main goal was Wakasa-guji (tilefish), but it was even more delicious than I imagined—the Wakasa-guji ochazuke was exceptional. And the Matsunaga rice was unbelievably good (probably the best I’ve ever had). I didn’t use the public bath and used the shower in my Room instead, but I loved that the shampoo and conditioner were Hokurokusousui—one of my favorite brands—and it helped me relax. Recently there have been more Accommodations renovated from wooden buildings, but some noise—voices and footsteps—is unavoidable. You can often hear children as well. It’s not exactly quiet. However, more than making up for that, I felt each staff member’s hospitality and way of interacting with guests was wonderful. In particular: the woman with glasses who assisted me at check-in; the woman at breakfast (I’m sorry—I forgot your name); and one of the male staff members who kindly gave me helpful advice for sightseeing in Obama after check-out. Thanks to them, it became more than just an overnight stay—I had a chance to learn even more about Obama, making this trip extremely satisfying. I heard that midwinter is especially good for grouper, pufferfish, and Echizen crab. As transportation access improves from here on out, this will be an Accommodation you’ll want to visit even more. Next time it would be perfect if I could borrow a firmer pillow!! Please make that happen on my next visit!! (I can’t sleep if a pillow doesn’t suit me.) I’d been curious about this place for a long time, and finally got to stay here—something I’d been looking forward to. With the Hotel building and the marche all on the same grounds, it was wonderful to be able to take a stroll even after check-in. Both the Hotel itself and the Room were stylish and lovely. Regarding the towels provided in the Room, I would have appreciated being able to borrow one extra small towel for drying hands after using the restroom. For dinner, we had Japanese cuisine at musubi, but we also saw some international travelers who had bought ingredients and were cooking in the co-working space. Not only was every dish beautifully prepared, but we were also truly impressed by the head chef’s personality and kindness, as well as the thoughtful hospitality of all staff. We would love to visit again just for this meal. At breakfast, we could choose a main dish and soup, while drinks, side dishes, bread, rice, and soups were served buffet-style—an excellent balance overall. It became a truly wonderful memory. We’d love to make this our go-to Accommodation whenever we travel to Ehime.

We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The Room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. We brought food into the Room for dinner, and with two chairs it felt very comfortable and roomy. At other hotels, you wouldn’t be able to stay in a Room this size for this price (just over 10,000 yen for two people with breakfast). The large public bath was a nice bonus, and the in-room bath was also spacious, with a separate washing area rather than a typical unit bath. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection, but everything was delicious. This is one of the Hotels I highly recommend.

In the morning, risotto has been added in addition to curry. In the evening, they offer ochazuke, late-night ramen, and popcorn, plus an amazing selection of free alcoholic drinks. The location is also just a short walk from Akihabara Station. I stay here every time.

When I visit Kyoto, I often choose this Accommodation for the following reasons: - Close to central Kyoto - Capsule-hotel style, yet with private rooms available - A large public bath with perfectly partitioned washing areas - Clean - Affordable - A relaxing 1st-floor lobby - A great selection of drinks in the 1st-floor lobby This time, I was especially impressed by the new coffee machine and the unique tea flavors. It really feels like a Hotel that is always improving.

It was compact yet clean. This is a Hotel where women can feel safe staying. It’s also close to the station, and there are restaurants nearby at night, making it very convenient. I will use it again.

I made a Reservation to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday! From check-in, we were welcomed with delicious tea and sweets, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Dinner was excellent—everything from the sashimi to the steamed vegetables was delicious. Since we both love alcohol, the all-you-can-drink selection with so many options was amazing! Breakfast was also healthy and tasty, and it was such a great Accommodation that it made us want to stay one more night. My girlfriend was very happy! Thank you so much.
