Our First Visit to Ubud no Mori All of the staff were incredibly kind and spoke to our dog so warmly. Thanks to them, we felt welcomed and comfortable from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—we were more than satisfied!! We even got to enjoy the late-night soba, which made the evening even happier. Being able to relax and have such a wonderful time with our dog became a truly special memory for us. We would love to visit again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This was a high-quality Accommodation where you could truly appreciate the chef’s excellent sense of taste in both the quality and quantity of the food. The bath was also wonderful and left a strong impression on me. I was particularly struck by a Nepalese female staff member who spoke Japanese well; she looked worried because a local bridge in her hometown had been washed away in a landslide disaster in Nepal.

During our trip to Ise, we stayed at this Ryokan in Toba and had a truly wonderful time. From the warm welcome on arrival, the bus driver’s cheerful conversation helped us relax and made us feel comfortable from the very start of our journey. At the Ryokan, the Onsen was exceptional. I was so happy that my skin felt silky smooth that I ended up soaking six times—I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff also kindly gave us detailed advice for sightseeing the next day. They even considered train schedules, which helped us make the most of our limited time. Of course, we were completely satisfied with everything—the view from our Room and all of the meals. In every moment, we felt the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail, and it was clear that they are consistently well trained. Finding a Ryokan that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again,” is one of my favorite memories from this trip. Thank you very much to all of the staff. When we visit Ise and Toba again, we would love to stay with you.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.

After five years, we finally had the chance to stay at Otogi no Yado Komeya. Over the past five years, we made several Reservations but had to Cancel the Reservation due to circumstances. This time, determined to make it happen, we went on a summer Onsen trip. The Room, hospitality, and cuisine were all outstanding. The free-flowing Onsen in particular felt like a high-quality lotion. We left feeling refreshed in both body and mind. This is our number-one Accommodation that we would love to visit again. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Choosing Richmond was the right decision. There’s a 24-hour supermarket next door, plenty of parking, and the event venue is also nearby—overall, we were very satisfied!

I stayed with my mother, and we were satisfied with everything! The Room was spacious, bright, and spotless—almost too much for just the two of us. The bath was the perfect size and temperature. Bathing while listening to the morning birdsong was truly special. The meals I had been looking forward to most exceeded my expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and with the lovely atmosphere of the dining area, we had a wonderful time. We didn’t often see the Ryokan staff rushing around, but perhaps that’s part of their consideration so guests can relax in peace and quiet. If so, it’s impressively thorough. My mother especially loved it (as did I), so we would definitely like to stay again!

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The Room was spacious, and we loved the greenery visible from the window. The meals were, as always, reliably delicious, and we were especially touched that you even prepared an anniversary plate for us this time. All of the staff were kind, making our stay very comfortable. With the private bath service included, along with early check-in and late check-out, we fully enjoyed our Diamond member benefits. This is an Accommodation we would definitely love to stay at again.

I stayed here while traveling around Kyushu. It was the cheapest Accommodation on my trip, so I didn’t have high expectations, but the staff were very helpful, the bath was great, and the breakfast was excellent and very satisfying. The Hotel is a bit old, but I was very pleased overall. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

Close to the station, clean, and I was very satisfied with the service. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and breakfast, and I think this price is an excellent value! The male staff member at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We were highly satisfied with everything—the Room, the Onsen, the atmosphere throughout the building, the service, and the meals. Since there were three of us this time, we booked a quadruple Room. Usually the third person ends up on an extra bed, but here it was a proper spacious bed, so we could truly relax. The entire building is covered with tatami mats, so you can walk anywhere barefoot or in socks and feel relaxed as if you were at home. It was also fun being able to choose a colored yukata. In addition, several types of pillows were placed in the hallway on each floor along with pillowcases so guests could choose—this really felt like exceptional hospitality. The process of taking the slope car to reach the Accommodation was enjoyable as well, and everything about how we were guided was smooth—we really felt how good the service was. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making them visually enjoyable too. We also had a dedicated staff member who carefully explained that no allergens were included and provided detailed guidance about each dish—their attentiveness was outstanding. It was truly a wonderful stay.

This was our first time using Club Wing! The Room had an ocean view, and although four adults stayed, it was spacious enough for us to relax and take it easy. The lounge was the most comfortable of any Hotel we have stayed at so far. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke with us in many ways. They even taught us how to make bonito clear soup and “Kachashi,” so we tried making them at home right away. On our way back, a rainbow appeared over the sea—it was truly beautiful and unforgettable! Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!

Although the daytime heat was not much different from Tokyo, the mornings were much cooler, with a pleasant breeze, and we felt refreshed while enjoying the magnificent views. The meals (kaiseki and French cuisine) were excellent, and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace. In particular, the breakfast buffet was of very high quality; it was clear that each dish was carefully prepared and served, which we truly appreciated. The Onsen with yuno-hana floating throughout was also wonderful and very relaxing. The private family bath was very easy to use as well. We played tennis and rode the cable car to enjoy the swings, and even our older children had a great time. This is an Accommodation we would like to continue cherishing for years to come. The Room had a lovely modern, sophisticated feel. The separate pajama set was very comfortable. If I had to say one thing, it would have been nice if toothbrushes were provided in the Room. The Hotel staff were friendly and attentive with great service, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and excellent.

The Room had a great view, and we could see the ocean in the distance. It was also clean and easy to use. The jet bath was very relaxing. Even with a slightly larger car, the self-parking garage was easy to park in. There was an entrance/exit inside the station building, which made shopping convenient as well. We could also walk to the morning market and the Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street. A beef tongue restaurant called “Tsukasa” in Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Street was delicious. Highly recommended. One request: the print on the breakfast voucher is too small to read. Even for someone like me with only mild presbyopia who doesn’t need reading glasses, it’s hard to read; for those who do need reading glasses, it would be unreadable without them—especially in dim lighting. I would appreciate it if you could use slightly larger text so it’s easier for everyone to read. (I stayed two nights, but I couldn’t read the date and wasn’t sure which one to use.) I may have another opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you for your consideration.

Relax in an Onsen in the mountains while gazing out at the sea. This location was simply unbeatable. And above all, the food was truly delicious! This time we enjoyed a French dinner. French cuisine at an Onsen Accommodation—more satisfying than we ever imagined. In the morning, it was a complete change to Japanese breakfast. The views, the Onsen, and the food—everything was exceptional. It was a luxurious time that left both our hearts and stomachs full.

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would love to come again. Thank you very much.

I used this place for the first time to meet a friend who lives along the Chuo Line. I chose it because of its high Reviews, and it made sense once I realized at check-in that it’s part of a karaoke chain I often use. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops along the way, so you won’t have any trouble. Plus, inside the Facility you can enjoy various light snacks and drinks for free, which was a big help during this hot season since I didn’t have to walk around outside much. There’s no elevator in the Facility, so going back and forth between the 1st floor (lockers) and the 4th floor (dining area) is a bit tiring, but it’s manageable—almost like good exercise. Loungewear and towels are freely available, and amenities are well stocked throughout, so there’s no need to bring extra items. The large public bath was more spacious than expected, and I was surprised they even had both a mist sauna and a tent sauna. For light meals, they served ramen and dashi ochazuke from late afternoon into the evening. Drinks included alcohol as well. In the morning there were curry and dashi ochazuke, plus pancakes and cereal. It also seemed like miso soup and the drink bar were available at all times during my stay. I’ve stayed in many capsule hotels before, but thanks in part to how considerate other guests were, this was by far the most comfortable capsule experience I’ve had—including both amenities and overall comfort inside. The price may be slightly higher than average, but service is attentive down to small details, so overall satisfaction is high. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance.
