We visited as a family trip. Because we arrived late, we checked in, picked up the welcome sweets, took a look at our Room, and then headed to the Onsen. The outdoor bath “Shirogane-no-Yu” was wonderful—my skin felt so moisturized! We stayed in a Villa Suite. It’s a log-cabin cottage style Accommodation, and the Room was spacious, very clean, and truly relaxing. There aren’t any paintings or decorations in the Room, but the sky, mountains, and trees seen through the window feel like a framed work of art—I could watch it forever (laugh). It made me realize how long it had been since I lived without thinking about time. For dinner we went to Restaurant Aoyama Ryokusui. You can enjoy dishes that reflect Oze’s nature, such as game meat and wild mountain vegetables. Even while waiting for the next course, staff brought ingredients to show us, so we enjoyed the time between dishes as well. Before bed we went to another Onsen inside the Facility. We were told it uses the same water as Shirogane-no-Yu, and it was perfect for a slow soak at night. The next morning we drove to Shiori Pass to see Takigumo (waterfall clouds). We were lucky enough to see them! Waking up early was worth it. It’s just a short drive from the Facility, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast included seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants as well as river fish—and above all, the rice was delicious! Many of the staff are young, but everyone was polite and greeted us with warm smiles, which helped us relax throughout our stay. If you arrive earlier there also seems to be a kitchen tour; I’d love to join next time if I have the chance. Honestly, my only thought is that I wish we could have stayed longer… We definitely want to come back!

I’d been looking forward to the opening of La Vista Minami Aso and stayed during the pre-opening period. The previous Hotel also offered a magnificent, expansive view of Mt. Aso, and while that scenery remains unchanged, the interiors and Facility have been completely renewed. I was able to fully enjoy Aso in comfort—from the spacious lobby and Room to the baths. A few small notes: For the welcome drink in the lobby after check-in, I had coffee, but it would be even better if beer were available earlier (not only from 6:00 p.m.) and if decaf coffee were offered. As for dining, dinner was a La Vista–style course meal and breakfast was a buffet. Both featured many ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, and everything was delicious. I’d be happy if the breakfast buffet had a slightly wider dessert selection. The baths were wonderful as well—great views of Aso from the large public bath, plus private baths and a sauna. The post-bath ice cream and massage chairs were also a nice touch. It was disappointing that the probiotic milk drinks (Yakult) ran out quickly during my morning bath. The late-night ramen service common to Kyoritsu Resort was delicious (if I may be indulgent, I’d love it if there were two varieties like in Kirishima). Since it was during the pre-opening period, there may have been some areas where staff were still getting used to things; however, their sincere effort really came through. Wishing you all the best toward the grand opening. I’d love to stay again.

A simple, no-frills temple lodging. There is no bath, so the Facility is somewhat lacking. However, in the atmosphere of Jōhana, a temple town, it offers more than enough in return. Once you visit, it will likely remain a lifelong memory.

I used this place for the first time because I was attracted by the open-air bath. I was able to enjoy a large open-air bath where I could stretch out my arms and relax. (I entered it more than 10 times.) In addition to water, two drinks were prepared in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed COEDO beer in the open-air bath. The garden at night was also lit up and very beautiful. It is really just a few minutes from Kawagoe City Station, and there are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. I think it's a perfect location for those visiting Kawagoe. I would like to go back soon to relax again. Thank you very much.

The Room was simple and thoughtfully designed for ease of use. The drink service in the lounge was satisfying. The adjacent roadside station "Ajimu no Sato" was convenient for shopping and dining.

This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

We stayed here on a trip to Tokyo with my two daughters. Great access, just a short walk from the Yaesu Underground Mall exit. The Room was clean and comfortable. In the lounge, unlimited drinks and Japanese snacks made my daughters happy, and I was happy with the complimentary sake service. My daughter screamed when she turned the dial in the bathroom and the overhead shower suddenly came on... The breakfast was very delicious.

The Facility itself is new and comfortable. I stayed here to attend a get-together with local classmates, and it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable with minimal contact with other people. I have stayed at other Hotels in Omuta as well, but many are older, so I will stay here from next time on. Thank you very much.

The all-you-can-drink welcome drinks were fantastic. Draft beer, highballs, chuhai, and more. A variety of soft drinks is also available for children. It was a great way to unwind after a long drive. When you think of Ibusuki, you think of the sand bath. They also explain what to do afterward if you get sandy. You wear a special gown and the staff covers you with sand. The service was very courteous, and we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely visit again.

PATARIRO On my previous stay, it was very quiet and I wasn’t bothered by any noise from other guests, so this is my second time staying here. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. There is a shop nearby run by someone I know, and I would like to stay here again when I visit there.

The in-room signage and instructions were clear and easy to understand. I really appreciated that light cooking was no problem (please note there is no cooking oil, so it helps to bring a small amount). - If the guests staying upstairs check out early, you can hear cleaning and tidying noises even fairly early (likely due to the building structure). - There was no hand towel for the kitchen sink, so having kitchen paper towels or a small towel to dry hands would be very helpful. These are minor points—overall it was excellent (especially the toilet and bathroom). If I find it at a reasonable price, I’d happily stay here anytime. It’s a great place.

We booked the Birthday Plan for our first family glamping experience, which also celebrated my wife's birthday. With the meal-inclusive plan, we enjoyed unlimited soft drinks and alcohol from the drink server in the management building, which we could take back to our tent—a very convenient feature. The nearby mountains, river, and park provided great opportunities for exploration and fun with our kids. We visited in early September and enjoyed listening to cicadas while spotting dragonflies, lizards, crickets, and more. It seems that stag beetles can also be found around July to August.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room for 4 adults during our family trip. The 39-square-meter space was spacious, and we could comfortably lay out four futons on the raised tatami area. The futons had mattress-like padding, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The carpeted area featured a large sofa bed and a TV stand that spanned an entire wall, providing ample storage space and convenience. The double-glazed windows were also a nice touch. The bathroom and toilet were separate, with the bathroom being as spacious as one at home, complete with a chair for added comfort during use. The Room appeared newly renovated, clean, and modern. We enjoyed two comfortable nights in this spacious accommodation. If we visit Osaka again, we would love to stay here once more!

We stayed as a family of four during the year-end holiday. When we informed our arrival time by phone, the owner warmly welcomed us with a set of welcome drinks prepared accordingly. While enjoying the drinks at the café on the first floor, we completed our check-in process and received recommendations for nearby dining spots and onsens, which showed their love for Ibusuki. The building is old but very well-maintained, with everything we needed like a kettle and coffee maker readily available, making it highly satisfying. The view of Kinko Bay from the window was also beautiful. We were especially grateful to enjoy authentic coffee during our trip. We used the in-room coffee maker to prepare coffee and poured it into our travel pot to enjoy during our drive. Although we only stayed for one night, I felt that it would be enjoyable to spend more time here as a base for exploring Ibusuki with family or friends at leisure. We only had a brief conversation with the owner during check-in, but they were kind and attentive, making us feel warmly welcomed despite being tired and anxious from traveling—bringing us great comfort. Right in front of us was a wide-open field. It was cloudy, so we couldn’t see the stars. Dinner was oven-roasted chicken. It was delicious, just as everyone said—though I’m not sure what it would be like if you stayed for two nights. Breakfast was simple and tasty as well. The honey was great, of course, and the corn and broccoli were also delicious.

During the prefectural resident discount period, we reserved the Chef’s Table, limited to one party per day. This Plan is not a typical “feast” course that simply upgrades ingredients like blackthroat seaperch or A5 wagyu; instead, it is the head chef’s creative kaiseki, carefully prepared with selected local ingredients. Everything was delicious, and each dish was explained in detail—2.5 hours flew by. From August, the standard course will become all-inclusive, and the private free-flowing hot spring bath (previously an extra charge) will also be available. It was already reasonably priced, but now it feels like unbeatable value—we don’t feel like staying anywhere else (laughs). Highly recommended Accommodation.

This was a return visit because when I stayed last November, I thought, “I’d like to come back in a different season.” As it was the rainy season, I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji at all—though it should have looked magnificent—but it turned out to be the perfect opportunity to relax indoors at the Facility. Since I arrived a little before check-in time, I contacted you hoping to leave my luggage only, and you kindly agreed. When I arrived, being greeted with “Welcome back!” was a wonderful start to the warm hospitality. Last time, I left several comments on things I hoped could be improved if possible, and every single one had been addressed—this thoughtfulness impressed me even more. Breakfast was changed from last time; the main dish was Saikyo miso–marinated rainbow trout, and it was so delicious that it made me want more rice. I’d love to visit again in another season as well—partly because I want to try yet another breakfast option.

The courteous service left the most lasting impression. In addition to the excellent location, the facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of items, including cooling foot sheets and face packs, which were much appreciated. Complimentary coffee was available on the front desk floor. With traditional Japanese elements like tatami mats and shoji screens as part of the interior design, many guests were foreigners (mainly Westerners). During my stay, I heard more English than Japanese, which added a travel-like atmosphere even though I stayed for practical purposes. It was a hotel I would love to use again. Thank you very much!
