The meals, the room, and the staff were all excellent.

A clean Hotel, complimentary drinks and food, plenty of books and rental items. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

First of all, the location is great. The all-inclusive plan is excellent. The Room was clean and had an open-air bath, a washing machine, a mini kitchen, and a microwave.

I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” here than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish at dinner in particular was outstanding. ◯The Facilities are clean As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable throughout my stay. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast area is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel, I had such a relaxing time. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is old, but well maintained. The Room has everything you need, and the toilet is equipped with a washlet. WiFi was good. I didn’t use the outdoor bath, but the indoor bath alone was very pleasant. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but if it had been clear, the starry sky would have been beautiful (the Room I stayed in had a balcony). The free breakfast buffet even included curry rice, which was a great deal. There is also a local souvenir corner; I bought eggs at a bargain price to take home. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. There was nothing in particular that concerned me. It was close to the venue for a certification exam, which made the morning easy. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. It’s a very compact Hotel, and it also has a café space available 24 hours a day, so I could relax and enjoy my time there. The price felt reasonable as well, so I’d like to stay again. I also appreciated how smooth the checkout process was.

We traveled as three seniors and were worried about finding yukata that fit, but a wide range of sizes down to small ones was available, which was very helpful. The Room was also spacious, which made things easier for those with weak legs and hips. If possible, we felt that higher-backed floor chairs would be more comfortable. We appreciate your consideration in making it easy to get to the bath and dining area. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. I’ve stayed at several other Accommodations in Ureshino Onsen, but Irifuneso’s Onsen is still the best. The consistently silky, smooth feel is exactly what you expect from Ureshino, and I was very satisfied. I also enjoyed the coffee and pudding next to the front desk. The Onsen yudofu at breakfast was delicious, and the staff member who served us was very pleasant. This time I stayed in a renovated Room with beds, and it was clean and nice, but I was a little disappointed by the noise when opening and closing the toilet door and that there wasn’t an exhaust fan. Next time, I hope to visit with my grandchild who loves Onsen yudofu. Thank you for taking care of us.

Check-in and the staff’s response over the phone were kind and helpful. The Room felt clean and looked nice, but it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom. Also, there were not many amenity options, so overall it felt less satisfying than expected for the price.

I stayed with my child. Even though we arrived late, we were able to enjoy the ice cream we had been looking forward to (arranged in advance). The male staff member at the front desk spoke to us kindly, which I really appreciated. The next morning my child wasn’t feeling well, so I contacted the front desk and asked to extend our checkout time. The female staff member said rather firmly, “It’s until 11:00!” I felt sorry for making a sudden request and wondered if she was irritated, but there were no words of concern and it felt cold. She did explain the necessary procedures, so we were able to communicate the minimum required information. We originally had a Plan with breakfast, but due to our situation we couldn’t eat it. If we stay again next time, I’d like to try breakfast then.

I stayed on the Plan with a sauna. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM to leave my luggage, and I really appreciated that you were able to show me to my Room right away. I booked a standard Room, and it was next door to the sauna Room, which made it easy to go back and forth and very comfortable. The sauna was very clean, and I was happy that the amenities were Aesop and the hair dryer was ReFa. It was also nice that we could bring the welcome drink back to the Room, which helped us relax. The sauna itself felt great and was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that we were told we could enjoy the sauna from check-in until check-out, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the power was off and I couldn’t use it. There wasn’t an instruction manual either; since it had been running automatically when we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate it and felt a bit stuck. Other than that, everything was very comfortable, and I think this Accommodation is highly recommended for sauna lovers.

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

It was a very nice Hotel. The Room had plenty of natural light and a pool view right in front, and the air conditioning and lighting were excellent. Since it’s an area with many restaurants, it was easy to go out at night. There was also a dedicated counter for booking marine sports activities, so we could easily sign up for a Hatenohama tour. There is a 24-hour shop inside the Hotel, which was very convenient. If I had one request, I would have liked the lounge to turn into a bar at night. I hope you will consider offering bar service.

The Facility is old, but it was clean. We were very satisfied with the meals, and the all-you-can-drink alcohol option was great.

I have stayed here several times, but it had been a while, so the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation, which was easy to understand. The welcome drink service included Kurashiki’s delicious local sake “Ishichi,” and I enjoyed a small taste. Being able to enjoy the Onsen is unique to Super Hotel, and it was very relaxing and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Breakfast offered plenty of salads I liked, along with a wide variety of side dishes—everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

I used this facility during a business trip by car. Although I opted out of meals, it seems there are few places nearby for breakfast. The interior feels stylishly renovated, and I found no lack in facilities or amenities. I would use it again if given the chance.

The Room is small but clean and well-organized with good functionality. The shower pressure and air conditioning work perfectly, and you can even see the Skytree from the window. Considering the cost-performance, it's worth a repeat stay.

We stayed here while sightseeing in Shirahama, including a visit to Adventure World. The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast bread was pleasantly chewy and delicious, so we would love to stay again.

When I went to the front desk to ask if I could park my car before check-in, there were only foreign staff and I couldn’t communicate well. We stayed for two nights, and my wife lost the Room key, so I contacted the front desk, but again it was foreign staff and they didn’t understand—saying they would check—and that was it. However, with pre-registration enabling instant check-in via QR code and a Room mirror with tablet functions for instant check-out, I feel this Hotel is ahead of its time.
