I have stayed here several times, but it had been a while, so the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation, which was easy to understand. The welcome drink service included Kurashiki’s delicious local sake “Ishichi,” and I enjoyed a small taste. Being able to enjoy the Onsen is unique to Super Hotel, and it was very relaxing and helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. Breakfast offered plenty of salads I liked, along with a wide variety of side dishes—everything was delicious. I would like to stay again.

Stayed overnight after skiing at Shiga Kogen After check-in, straight to the open-air bath! Then draft beer at the all-you-can-drink corner. There were snacks too—the mixed nuts were delicious. Dinner buffet featured teppanyaki beef, with red wine, and lots of other options. Breakfast was tasty as well. If I didn’t have to drive, I’d have enjoyed the all-you-can-drink from the morning too (lol). The building is old, but they’ve clearly worked hard on renovations. The woman at reception also made a great impression. It’s a shame the dead grass along the road makes it look a bit abandoned from outside. I’ll be back.

Direct elevator access to the airport terminal made getting around very convenient, regardless of the weather or how much luggage we had. In addition, it offered great value for money, and perhaps by chance, breakfast was also easy and smooth. The twin Room was spacious enough and comfortable, so I would like to stay here again next time.

Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

I have stayed here many times. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and washing area, so you can relax and enjoy a long soak. Many of the front desk staff are from Okinawa and are very kind. The breakfast is delicious, and this Hotel offers great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Although the building feels a bit old, both the Hotel and the Room were very clean and well maintained. It was a short stay, but I was very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including many local Oita dishes, and everything was delicious. I even wondered if it was really okay to have such a satisfying breakfast at this price. If I had to mention anything, the Room air conditioner took a while to cool down, and breakfast dishware and food refills sometimes couldn’t keep up—but during peak crowds, that seems understandable. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay, and this time I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was excellent. The room also felt more than twice the size of a Double Room, making it very comfortable. Breakfast had an adequate variety and was delicious.

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. When I put a half-finished plastic bottle in the refrigerator, it was interesting to find that about half of it had frozen by the next day. After that, it still froze even when I set the power to the lowest level (though it’s hard for me to see clearly due to presbyopia). Since I usually sleep with three pillows stacked, I asked to borrow an extra pillow. They had a two-tier pillow available, and when I stacked my original pillow on top of it, it became the same height as what I use at home, so I slept very well. It was a clean Hotel, and I had no complaints about the Room size or Facility amenities. The front desk service was also satisfactory. If I had to mention anything, it was a bit disappointing that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were too soft and hard to pick up with chopsticks, and that there were no cotton swabs among the amenities.

The quality of the Hotel is good, comparable to other Comfort Hotels. For breakfast, I enjoyed the local dish Torigobo (chicken and burdock). Breakfast times are assigned by ticket, so I appreciated being able to eat quietly. The day after my stay, I headed out to sightsee in Hagi. The bus terminal is nearby, which is very convenient.

We slept comfortably even as a couple! Breakfast was healthy, and the unique menu felt fresh and different from anywhere else. If I could make one request, I’d love to have options like natto or eggs. There were also various complimentary drinks available during our stay, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. Thank you very much.

My first impression was the female receptionist. Even before check-in, she kindly explained how to use the parking lot and store our luggage, and also introduced the amenities, recommending a shampoo and conditioner. She was friendly and very cheerful, which made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. The Facilities were well equipped—welcome drinks, massage chairs, and more. I also enjoyed the breakfast. I always make sure to have breakfast at Hotels, and I especially like Hotel curry; here it was horse tendon curry (I think), and it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calm and dignified atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the building, the color tones of the furniture and interiors, the beauty of the design, and the carefully arranged details all conveyed the Hotel’s overall elegance. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff. Their demeanor and choice of words reflected outstanding hospitality, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Breakfast was also excellent—not only for the food itself, but also because it could be enjoyed slowly in a serene setting. It felt like one of the great highlights of staying at this Hotel. This Hotel is not simply a place to stay; it is a place to step away from everyday life and spend quiet time in refined comfort. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful atmosphere and distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such a wonderful space and service. I would love to visit again. However, some guests’ behavior was disappointing. At minimum, basic manners matter—no swimming in the large public bath; no shouting by adults or children; no arguing or yelling between parents; no running in the breakfast area. Even though it was only one night, there was a significant gap between guests who wanted to enjoy a quiet, high-quality environment and those without manners. With both groups mixed together, it is true that there were many moments when I could not fully enjoy what should have been such a dignified and lovely atmosphere. The food, cleanliness, ambiance, elegance, professionalism at reception, quality of furnishings, and housekeeping (except for parts related to air conditioning within the building) were all excellent and very satisfying. This is an issue on our side as guests. Please follow basic etiquette in shared spaces: do not run (especially in the breakfast area), do not shout, do not argue loudly even as parents—and keep your voices down. Unfortunately there were many guests who did not observe these basics. I especially wish people would refrain from swimming in the large public bath. There were also children splashing water around with wash buckets—yet some parents did not correct them; instead they swam together with their children while being loud. It felt chaotic. I also did not want to witness arguments between parents. I do not want to hear shouting or yelling. If only guest behavior improved—but aside from that point, this Hotel is outstanding!

Whenever I go to Suzuka Circuit to watch Super Formula, I always stay here. Thank you as always!

The all-inclusive plan was great, especially the unlimited alcoholic drinks. Dinner was also delicious with the half-buffet style. The dining staff were very attentive, and we had a pleasant stay. It would have been even better if beer had been included in the unlimited drinks.

Thank you for arranging the Room exactly as requested. It was new and stylishly furnished. The desk layout was unique and made it convenient and comfortable to watch TV while eating or to get some work done. Everything was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and I’m grateful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff were also very kind. It was truly a very comfortable Room. I may stay again in the future, and I look forward to it.

I stayed here on a business trip to Sendai. I was running out of time for a meeting with a client, and leaving my luggage at the station would have made it difficult to get around afterward. Even though I didn’t have time to check in, the free lockers in the Facility allowed me to store the bags I didn’t need for the meeting, which was a huge help. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here to cheer on my daughter at a track and field meet. It was my first time in Kure City, and the location was excellent—easy access to sightseeing spots, restaurants, and cafés—so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious; I was especially happy they had okonomiyaki. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I had errands in Uehommachi and debated staying at the Marriott in Tennoji, but choosing this place was the right call. It felt different from what I expected, and I was more than satisfied! The bed was very clean. The bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, but nothing that bothered me. The amenities covered everything I needed, and if you need anything extra, there’s a FamilyMart nearby as well as Kintetsu Department Store.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first stay, and we used it as our Accommodation in Namba after the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki show. [Room & Amenities] This time, we stayed in the “Swiss Executive Room King.” The amenities were standard, but the view from the Room was amazing—perhaps because it was on the 32nd floor. Since the Hotel is built above the Nankai Railway terminal, it’s a dream for train lovers. [Staff & Service] The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at JPY 3,300 since it’s in central Namba, but given how convenient the location is, it didn’t bother us. Also, because we stayed in an executive room, we could use the lounge. It was great to grab a bite before Yoshimoto Shinkigeki. [Onsen / Bath] The bathroom in the Room had a shower-over-bathtub setup. Since it’s an older property, I suppose that’s to be expected—nothing special, just standard. [Facility & Equipment] The Facility does feel dated in places, but as you’d expect from a Swiss Hotel, the clock near the entrance left a strong impression. The next morning (as part of Takashimaya), browsing watches at WatchMaison was also irresistible for watch lovers. We also used the pool—the glass ceiling made it feel wonderfully open and refreshing. [Dining] Dinner was difficult because Yoshimoto Shinkigeki ended around 10:30 p.m., and most nearby restaurants were already closed. Since our family doesn’t drink alcohol, we struggled to find somewhere to eat. However, venues on the 36th floor of the Hotel were open late. We had dinner at Table36—the view was spectacular and everything tasted great. Our daughter loved the view so much that instead of having breakfast on the 33rd floor breakfast venue, we chose to dine on the 36th floor as well. Breakfast there was also excellent. [Overall Satisfaction] Overall, we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again when sightseeing in Namba. Highly recommended!
