I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

A long-awaited family trip. The location was perfect, and it was great to enjoy a quick drink with my wife at the bar. It’s within walking distance of both Ginza and Shimbashi, nothing to complain about.

Before the end of the rainy season, it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during our stay. The location was excellent, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious—we ate lots of great food, and beer was all-you-can-drink. The Onsen felt a bit lukewarm, and there was only an indoor bath with no open-air bath, but overall we were satisfied. In the Japanese-style Room, it was cold with the air conditioner and summer bedding, so we used a blanket from the closet. The pillows were low. The air conditioner was positioned out of sight, and the Room became quite dry while sleeping, so next time we turned on the humidifier in the corner of the Room. Being confused in the middle of the night was a small downside. There were water and coffee services at reception, an extension cord for charging in the Room, and Japanese sweets provided as well—these thoughtful details were much appreciated.

This was my second stay. The lounge was not crowded as it often is, so I was able to relax. Personally, even if there is a large public bath, I rarely feel like going down from the top floor to use it, but I think this Hotel offers more than enough excellent Facilities.

I usually stay at Itoen Group properties, but this time I tried staying here with a breakfast-included Plan! There are various shops nearby, so having no dinner included was not a problem at all. I came by motorcycle, and it rained quite a bit on the day of checkout, so when I told them I wanted to extend my stay, they looked into options and arranged it for me. The staff were very helpful, and I had a very satisfying stay. Next time, I’d like to try the Plan with dinner included.

I stayed here on a business trip to Okinawa. Regarding the multi-story parking garage operations that others had mentioned, the staff explained everything carefully, and I was able to park without any stress. It would be even better if there were a space near the entrance of the garage where guests could temporarily place their luggage. The front desk staff at check-in were professional; although they were from overseas, communication was not an issue. The Room was very spacious for one person, as this is a condo-style Hotel (in a good way). There were many features that highlighted the benefits of a hotel condo, such as a large refrigerator, a comfortable sofa, and a spacious vanity area. The view of American Village from the lanai was also wonderful. Staying just one night felt like a waste—I think this Hotel is ideal for families planning a Multiple Night Stay. I’ll stay here with my family next time!

It was a Hotel in a quiet setting on a refreshing highland plateau, and I found it very relaxing. However, it felt like repairs to the road damaged during winter were a bit delayed, so it’s best to watch out for bumps and uneven surfaces. The Room does feel old, but it was very thoroughly cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The bath and changing area were spacious, and I was able to soak slowly as if I had the place to myself. The hot pot dinner was delicious and went perfectly with alcohol—I was very satisfied. Breakfast was also enjoyable. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again if I have the chance.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. I stayed for a two-night, three-day trip this time. When I stayed at a nearby auberge in May, I was struck by the views of the Yatsugatake Mountains, Mt. Fuji, and the Southern Alps under an огром sky—and I felt it would be a waste to spend only one night in a place like this. Another reason was that I wanted to enjoy the fireplace, so I chose a Room with one. It turned out to be exactly the right choice. When I opened the window, I could hear birds singing, frogs croaking, and cows lowing in the distance. Combined with the crackling of firewood in the fireplace, it was incredibly relaxing—truly a great way to relieve stress. For meals, we ate at Seisenryo’s restaurant for everything except lunch on the first day. You can dine while looking out at the mountains, then head straight back to your Room and enjoy the fireplace. I’m thinking of staying again in October or November next time—hopefully with a clear view of the starry sky. This place offers an exceptional level of comfort and relaxation in your Room that’s hard to find elsewhere, so I highly recommend it.

This is our third consecutive year staying here. We are highly satisfied in every way. The breakfast bread selection is especially outstanding. There are many Resort Hotels in Okinawa, but this one offers by far the best hospitality. We will visit again in January.

Although it is one of Tokyo’s long-established Hotels, I did not feel any aging or deterioration in the Room at all, unlike what some other Reviews mentioned. Everything was very clean. We stayed as a family of three, and the extra bed was also comfortable and well made. From the bathroom, we could relax while enjoying an exclusive view of Tokyo through a large open window. The club lounge offerings were excellent. We went from tea time, and the shrimp avocado roll and roast beef sandwich were outstanding. I was also delighted to find Laurent-Perrier champagne available. The selections during evening time and morning time were both wonderful—I ended up having champagne in the morning as well. Above all, I truly appreciate the superb service from the lounge staff, which made our time there so pleasant. That said, when some items ran out, it took a while for them to be replenished; I thought it couldn’t really be helped and it didn’t disappoint me. As a Diamond member, we had a 1:00 p.m. checkout, so we were able to take our time and relax. I would definitely like to stay again, and next time I’d like to plan a Multiple Night Stay.

I caused you a great deal of trouble, but everyone spoke to me so kindly that it truly helped me. The price is almost too low! The in-room lotion was my favorite brand, there were two sinks, and both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. It was a shame there was no view from the open-air bath, but I found myself hoping—thinking from the owner’s perspective—that your service will continue just as it is so you won’t lose guests until the construction is finished. Even without a view from the window, this is a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you very much for everything.

I stayed in the new building twin Room. As always, I was very satisfied with the tea area, the Room, and the bath. My friend who stayed with me also really liked it. Next time, I’d like to relax with a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. I stayed for two days. The Room was very clean, and I was happy to be able to see Matsuyama Castle from the window. Considering the reasonable Accommodation rate, the breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious. It’s a smart, simple Hotel without unnecessary extras, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama. (As I’m very particular about cleanliness, it would be helpful if disposable slippers—like those sold at 100-yen shops—could be purchased at the front desk, since the in-room slippers were not disposable.)

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view or have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt more like spending time in a living room than staying in a Hotel Room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating had an unusually generous amount of space between tables for a Tokyo Hotel, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. During cocktail time as well, rather than simply offering more food, it was thoughtfully arranged so guests could enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I remember how properly crafted cocktails were delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was that the staff’s attention truly reached each guest, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful time. In addition, while Facilities such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge were all available within the property, each area still felt spacious enough that even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool I also had French onion gratin soup in my Room; it was perfect for warming up after getting chilled in the water, and I appreciated being able to make good use of my Hotel credit as well. I could also enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options and buffet items—and unexpectedly receiving one of the chef’s signature dishes—everything was delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt that one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is having everything you need readily available while still being able to use it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

I was able to stay at a great price—about 5,800 yen, and even cheaper by about 4,400 yen with a sale and immediate PayPay use. It was easy to find from Hommachi Station, and the front desk staff were courteous. The welcome drink was also nice. The Room and bed were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The fresh Itoshima vegetables, the wide variety of dishes, and even eel rice available from the morning made the kids absolutely delighted. It was a truly enjoyable breakfast buffet. I’d love to stay here again.
