Thank you very much for today. This was, without a doubt, the best glamping Accommodation we have ever stayed at. First, the Room was very spacious, spotless in every corner, and extremely comfortable. What impressed me most was the bath. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, and amenities like ReFa shampoo and a hair dryer were provided as well—I could really feel the attention to detail. We were also completely satisfied with the meals. There was an incredible amount of food—meat, rice, rainbow trout, vegetables, and more—and it was the most generous portion size we’ve ever had at any BBQ facility. I’m honestly disappointed that we could only finish about half of the meat and rice because there was just so much. It truly felt luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Outside the Room there was a hammock that was wonderfully relaxing. Also, the barrel sauna—my first time trying one—was available 24 hours a day. Going back and forth between the sauna, the jacuzzi bath in our Room, and the hammock allowed us to enjoy an incredibly indulgent time. Within the Facility there were many activities for both adults and children—hands-on athletic courses like zip lines, a fishing pond, vegetable harvesting experiences, and more. It was so fulfilling that we didn’t have enough time to do everything. At the premium lounge, we could freely enjoy alcohol, soft drinks, snacks, and more—which made us very happy. Breakfast was excellent as well. Not only was everything delicious; even the tableware—including bowls—was beautiful and showed great care in every detail. It was my first time enjoying a breakfast where even the dishes themselves were part of what made it special. Above all else, what moved me most was how wonderful all of your staff were. In particular one female staff member greeted us with a smile throughout our stay and kindly answered all of our questions. Also when we accidentally booked/mistook our Room due to our own Reservation mistake (and ended up with another Room), you kindly changed it for us without hesitation—we are truly grateful. The Room(s), meals/food/dining experience , Onsen & sauna , activities , lounge , staff hospitality —everything about this place is outstanding . This is an Accommodation that genuinely made us think: “We will definitely come again.” It’s a bit far from Tokyo or other parts of Kanto; however it’s absolutely worth traveling specifically to visit . I would highly recommend it not only to travelers from Tohoku but also those coming from Kanto Kansai Kyushu—and even from overseas . The cost performance/value for money is truly exceptional ; this is easily one of those places where you can sincerely say “I’m so glad we came.” We will definitely return . Thank you very much .

You can stay in the former Soma family’s kura storehouse, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property. It was an amazing experience. Since we usually live surrounded by excessive information and stimulation, being in a room with no TV or clock makes time feel like it flows more slowly. The location is also perfect as a base for sightseeing. Having the staff show us around the former Soma family’s main house was full of surprises and really enjoyable. We also visited the recommended local food spots and were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax and take our time. The meals were delicious and very filling. Checking in early was a great idea because we could try the smoking experience and making Onsen eggs. Since most things were self-service, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance, such as how to grill the meat properly. The light show was also beautiful, but there is no announcement when it starts, so it’s best to keep track of the time so you don’t miss it.

Conveniently located near the station and supermarkets, making it ideal for visiting public baths and shopping. The bath is a private family bath, so we were able to relax and enjoy it at our own pace. What we especially liked was the welcome drinks—unlimited refills, including alcoholic beverages—and snacks were also provided. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was our first stay here. My husband enjoys searching for Accommodations when we travel, and we found this place through a Review site. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome drink. After that, we enjoyed Japanese-style relaxation in the free private bath, then went from one bath to another—the historic marble bath and the panoramic-view bath. Once we were refreshed, we savored dishes made with plenty of local ingredients, and the pudding dessert was unbelievably delicious. After dinner, there was complimentary service in the first-floor lounge: homemade alcoholic drinks and juices, small desserts, and snacks. You can relax at your own pace while listening to music. Breakfast was just as lavish—freshly cooked Hitomebore rice that was glossy and wonderfully chewy with tasty side dishes. On top of that, the ochazuke made with the Accommodation’s signature dashi is outstanding, so getting a second helping of rice is a must. On departure, they even gave us freshly baked croissants as a gift—truly attentive in every way. We are grateful for the staff’s warm hospitality. This is an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again.

We stayed as a couple. The bath had excellent water quality, and we were able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. We have stayed at various Accommodations in the past, but the cuisine at Juraku was truly delicious. Not only dinner but also breakfast was wonderful—everything was so good that I can’t even list what stood out most. As for alcohol, there was an all-you-can-drink service between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm (including during dinner), which was perfect for us as we love drinks! The staff were kind, and their polite service made us feel comfortable. Another highlight worth mentioning is the guest room key. It is an automatic locking/unlocking system, and the solid security made us feel safe throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Obama Onsen, and it was an Accommodation we were very satisfied with. We would love to stay again. Also, the sunset during dinner was beautiful! Thank you very much.

Both the town and the Accommodation were pleasantly quiet. Rather than a place to “enjoy the Accommodation,” it felt like a place where, through your stay, you become part of Nara. If you’re looking for an Accommodation for sightseeing in Nara, the location is convenient, so I’d like to stay here again next time. There’s nothing particularly notable about the amenities, but there was neither shortage nor excess, which I think is good.

Due to the typhoon, we had to change our plans at short notice and made a same-day Reservation. It was in a great location—within walking distance of the station, just a few minutes on foot to Kokusai-dori, and right next to a bathing Facility. We initially stayed just as a temporary option, but it was so comfortable that we extended our stay. The building was clean, and breakfast offered three kinds of bread plus a wide variety of drinks—even boiled eggs—so for this price we were very satisfied. I was surprised the hair dryer was ReFa; the amenities were well stocked, and the laundry was free (detergent is paid), which I think is a great service for women. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. This is definitely a Hotel I’d like to use again!

Very convenient location near Kyoto Station. All the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Staying in a room with a private open-air onsen for a multiple night stay and catching up on accumulated work has become my year-end tradition. I plan to clear my mind during breakfast and dinner, but sometimes I overindulge and can't work after dinner. Still, this is my favorite accommodation that always leaves me fully satisfied. I also love that dinner is served in a private room.

We booked this Accommodation because there was a residents’ discount, so we decided to stay somewhere nicer than usual. When we stayed before, it wasn’t all-inclusive, so we were really looking forward to it this time. The dango grilling was available until 4:00 p.m. We arrived just in time at 4:00 p.m., but we were glad we still got to do it. The amazake was delicious as well. The Onsen was empty, so it felt like a private bath and was wonderful. After the bath, I went to the alcohol corner for a drink, but the room was hot. When I opened the entrance door for ventilation, it was closed again. I also couldn’t find the air conditioner switch. There was a TV installed, but no remote control, so I couldn’t turn it on. Unfortunately, I went back to our Room right away. It said free Wi-Fi was available; it worked in the lobby but not in our Room, which was disappointing. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. At breakfast there were many different side dishes for rice, and I ended up running out of rice. There were a few disappointing points, but all of the staff were kind and very pleasant. The Onsen and meals were great as well, so it turned into a wonderful wedding anniversary trip.

I stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Hotel and Room were both clean and comfortable. The Onsen isn’t very large, but the water was great and very relaxing. The welcome bar had a wide selection of drinks along with some light snacks, and it’s open until 9:00 p.m., so everyone was able to unwind. Breakfast was included, and there were about five kinds of bread—such as croissants and rice-flour naan—and they were all delicious! The parking lot is right next to the Hotel, which was very convenient!

The parking lot is a short walk away, but the Accommodation staff were very kind and guided us carefully. After check-in, we enjoyed unlimited beer (until 5:00 PM) and all-you-can-eat ice cream! We had some right after the Onsen— the open-air bath was piping hot! The building also had a charming, traditional atmosphere. We had dinner in our Room, and everything was delicious! Breakfast made for a truly happy morning as well. At night, it was nice to relax at the nearby footbath. We’ll be back!

We stayed for 9 nights with two children. In a word, it was wonderful! The moment we entered the Room, we were amazed at how spacious it was. Everything was clean, and the furniture was modern, stylish, and very practical. Best of all, having a washer and dryer in the Room was fantastic—being able to do laundry every day without worrying about anyone else meant zero stress. The dryer was powerful and dried quickly, which really helped. Being able to take out the trash ourselves, wash dishes, and clean also made it feel just like home—comfortable and easy for us. Check-in and check-out were simplified and smooth; it took no time at all. The electronic keypad lock on the Room door was also great since we didn’t need to carry a key. The large balcony on the 3rd floor has a faucet you can use freely, which was perfect for rinsing off sand from swimsuits and marine shoes before going back into the Room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong too—even with three of us using games and videos at the same time, there was no slowdown at all. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals were completely different each night; both were very elaborate and delicious. Even though it was just the two of us on the second day, we were delighted by the generous dishes and desserts. If I had to mention one thing, since dinner lasts an hour, the wooden chairs—though beautiful—are a bit hard, so having seat cushions would be appreciated.

We stayed with our dog! The weather was stormy on the first day, but thanks to the thoughtful care of the staff, we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. By midnight, the rain and wind had stopped and we could even see a starry sky. Thank you for such a peaceful, unhurried stay! The sheep Mee-chan and Grandma were adorable too. Collecting eggs was fun, and thank you for the egg souvenirs as well! We could dine in a relaxed atmosphere, and the sukiyaki was delicious. I felt it was slightly lacking without rice, but I was very satisfied overall. The scenery gets 100 points! Thank you very much for taking such great care of us!

The breakfast was wonderful. We had a great time! The campfire also had a lovely atmosphere. We’d love to visit again.

Although it was an east-facing Room, the view was wonderful, with a full panorama of the city center. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was my second stay. This time I was able to check in during the free snack hours, so I had a “chocolate chunk cookie.” It was delicious with the complimentary coffee. I had made a Reservation for a single, but since there were vacancies, they upgraded me for free. The Room felt slightly small, but it’s more than enough for business use. I also liked that the loungewear and hair dryer were neatly placed together in a basket. Having a foldable mirror on the (small) desk in the Room was also very helpful. The bathroom is a typical size for a Business Hotel, but the shower head was ReFa, and the shower curtain rail curves outward, which makes it feel more spacious when showering. Also, since there are stoppers at both ends of the curtain rail, as long as you set the hooks (rings?) properly on both sides, you don’t have to worry about the curtain sliding open while using it. I used breakfast as well. At first glance it may seem like there aren’t many main items, but for breakfast it’s sufficient. The automatic pancake machine (I’ve never seen one anywhere else) is fun! The size is just right, and best of all you can enjoy freshly baked pancakes! The cherry sauce for the pancakes was tasty, and the other breads were good too. That said, I think it would be nice if there were knives with the cutlery. Overall, this is a Hotel with a very good impression. The staff (front desk and restaurant) were kind and helpful, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I probably will.

The breakfast was delicious. I was able to relax in the natural Onsen. I was soothed by the LOVOT robot strolling around the front.
