I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and we were very satisfied with the high-quality Onsen water. Dinner was so lavish that we couldn’t finish it all. The assorted sashimi platter was outstanding. Breakfast was a half-buffet style, so we could choose what we liked, and everything was delicious. Above all, it was an excellent value! It truly made for a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much.

First, we would like to express our gratitude for the warm hospitality of the Accommodation. Thank you for your thoughtful care in even the smallest details. This was our first trip to Okayama Prefecture, and thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a comfortable Onsen getaway. We now have one more Ryokan we would love to visit again. My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

It was among the best hospitality I have experienced at any Ryokan. The foreign staff were also very well trained, so I felt comfortable leaving everything to them. The Facility itself feels a bit old, but it was thoroughly cleaned. I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed at Yufuin Sansuikan, and everything—from the Onsen and meals to the all-inclusive service—was absolutely satisfying! The Onsen water was silky and gentle, kind to the skin, and incredibly relaxing. Dinner was buffet-style, so our international guests could freely choose whatever they liked and enjoy it. Every dish was delicious, with so many tempting options that I ended up eating too much. The Oita Wagyu steak in particular was outstanding. Another highlight was the all-inclusive service, which allowed us to enjoy complimentary drinks—including alcohol—from check-in through dinner. Above all, thanks to the warm hospitality of the president and the proprietress, we were able to spend a truly enjoyable and memorable time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would love to visit again.

Staying at Kisshotei with my family this time was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff were all very kind. The meals and hot spring experience were excellent. My family had a wonderful stay, and it left us with great memories from this trip. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi and mobile signal were somewhat unstable, which made it a little inconvenient to use. If this can be improved in the future, the stay would be even more perfect. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I visit Yamanaka Onsen again, I would love to stay at Kisshotei again!

We stayed as a family. We really appreciated being able to freely enjoy the welcome drinks and snacks, video games, massage chairs, and more without it feeling overcrowded. The table tennis and darts were also available 24 hours whenever they were open, and since no Reservation was required, it was easy to join in and we enjoyed them many times. It was also nice to have services like cooling sheets and face masks, and we were happy to find a ReFa hair dryer as well. Dinner was delicious—the half buffet and seafood barbecue were so good, with more than enough food. In the morning there was limited-time seafood that we could make into a rice bowl, plus the famous fried oysters, fruit, sweets—everything was excellent and we were extremely satisfied. The Room was lovely and comfortable, and this is a Hotel we would like to stay at again. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable and fun trip. Thank you very much.

The guest rooms, the Hotel facilities, and the dining—everything is wonderfully artistic. Before dinner, I joined an in-house art tour, which was fantastic; I really enjoyed learning about the Hotel’s history, the renovation process, and behind-the-scenes stories leading up to its opening. Dinner was outstanding—each dish by Chef Katayama was delicate, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the lounge both before and after dinner, with great drinks and snacks; the beef jerky was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and beer as well. Breakfast was a delicious Japanese meal made with ingredients from Gunma. This is a Hotel I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

I stayed with my parents and husband—four adults in total. There was a complimentary alcohol service available until 10:00 p.m. (there was even beer in the Room refrigerator!), and the all-inclusive drinks with meals also offered a great selection of alcohol. We could even enjoy sparkling wine at breakfast—wonderful for my father and me, as we both love drinks. Every summer, we stay one night at an Accommodation in Fukushima to coincide with my mother’s visit home, and my father really loved this place, saying, “Let’s stay here again next time—let’s make it our regular.” From the bath to the lobby to the Room, every space had beautiful interiors and a wonderful sense of design. The staff were also warm yet polished in their hospitality. It was our first trip where I treated my parents to a stay, so it became a truly memorable experience for us. Thank you very much.

It had been a while since we last gathered—this time, all our children and grandchildren came together to celebrate my wife’s and my birthdays. We chose a long-established Ryokan located at the gateway to beautiful Nara Park, just a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nara Station—an ideal meeting point for our family coming from both the Kanto and Kansai regions. The Shosoin-inspired building we had often admired on the way to Nara Park turned out to be Kasuga Hotel. It was our first stay, and it proved to be a wonderful Accommodation that stands at the entrance to historic Nara Park. Here are a few memorable moments from our visit. With its major restoration now underway—the first in about 120 years since FY2022—Kofuku-ji Temple’s National Treasure Five-Story Pagoda will be something we look forward to enjoying again from our Room once the work is completed.

We stayed during the Obon holiday. The Room was spacious, the meals were delicious, and my elderly mother was very satisfied. All of the international staff were kind and played with our children.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting August 19. According to the Hotel website, some parts of the Facility were affected by Typhoon No. 13, but we were able to spend our time with almost no inconvenience. The private beach, the restaurants (Piki, Anelia, and Premium BBQ), and the snorkeling tour—all exceeded our expectations. The beachside villa with an outdoor jacuzzi was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable! Relaxing at the beach café with a cold drink while gazing at the Yoron Blue sea was simply the best!! Above all, we were truly moved by the staff’s warm smiles and thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality. Just one small point: the refrigerator was only about what you’d find in a Business Hotel... Since the first floor had a full dining area and kitchen, we wished there had been at least a small household refrigerator. This was our first trip to Yoron Island. Thanks to Pricia Resort, we enjoyed an exceptional paradise stay. We will definitely return. Thank you very much.

This was my first time visiting Amanohashidate, and thanks to all the staff, I had a truly wonderful stay. The Room—including the semi-open-air bath, comfortable changing area, spacious Japanese-style room, living area, and bedroom—was spotless and could not have been better. Everyone on the staff was kind and approachable. The meals were also excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private dining room with an ocean view, where we could relax and enjoy the sunset and evening atmosphere, as well as the sunrise in the morning. Every dish was carefully prepared, with gentle seasoning that we really appreciated. If there is one point for improvement, it would be that the bath water temperature felt a bit lukewarm. For the open-air bath in the Room, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature. If I simply missed an operation panel, I apologize. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay, and every year it exceeds our expectations. We checked in at 2:00 PM, and when we came out of the large public bath, it was raining. I had planned to go for a walk, but instead I was able to relax in the Room with a beer, which was great. The ReFa hair dryer in the Room was excellent as well. As for the food, the pumpkin fondue was outstanding—both the concept and the ingredients were wonderful. Every year there is some kind of surprising dish that delights us. I’ll work hard so we can come again next year!

We stayed in a suite. We were very satisfied with the size of the Room and the terrace, and the peaceful rural view was truly soothing. We could also see the stars clearly at night. We enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets, which raised our expectations for dinner—and they did not disappoint. The course meal served in our Room was wonderful, with the staff kindly explaining each dish, and even the chef came to greet us in person. Everything looked beautiful, but it tasted exactly as amazing as we hoped—perhaps even better. I ate each dish in genuine amazement. It made me wish we could casually enjoy this cuisine nearby whenever we wanted. As for dessert at dinner, we were surprised by both the canelé and the chocolate—the canelé for its delicious flavor, and the chocolate for its unique texture! It’s not hard; there’s something special inside. I truly hope you’ll try it. Breakfast was very filling. The egg dish was so luxurious that I couldn’t help blurting out “Wow!” I felt happy thinking, “I ate so many vegetables!” The bread was homemade and delicious, and they kindly wrapped up what we couldn’t finish to take with us. With meals like this included, we looked at each other as a family and said how unbelievably affordable this Accommodation Fee felt. We were also happy to purchase a lovely wood plate as a souvenir—it made for a wonderful stay overall. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it became a trip where we lost track of time, and meeting the chef’s kind personality as well made us deeply grateful for such delicious food and such special moments. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

Because we moved our trip home forward at short notice, we ended up making a Reservation the day before. From welcome to farewell, everyone at the Accommodation greeted us with warm smiles throughout. The meals—both dinner and breakfast—were just the right portions for us as a couple in our 60s, and everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine, steak, local sake, and local wine—it was wonderful. The younger staff also chatted with us while explaining the dishes, and our Room was quiet and relaxing, making it a great memory. If I had to mention anything, it would be nice to have two Room keys, and I would have preferred a lighter down comforter. Thank you very much.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I was truly impressed—I’d give 10 stars if I could. Every staff member showed outstanding hospitality, and I even wondered how they could work so hard. The Room was spotless, the amenities were well stocked, and the view was amazing. Even though it was a short stay, it was one wonderful experience after another. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip—our first visit to Sanriku since the earthquake. We were excited, wondering what kind of Hotel it would be, and were surprised to learn that members of the Imperial Family have stayed here! There were rows of photos displayed in front of the elevators on the lobby floor. Wondering what our Room would be like, we entered the one assigned to us—and right in front of us was a panoramic view of Jodogahama! We couldn’t help saying to each other, “What a great Room!” After taking in the view, we headed straight to the large public bath. It also had an open-air bath, and we enjoyed a relaxing soak. Since we had time before dinner, we spent it singing karaoke—by then we were nicely hungry. Dinner was a luxurious buffet, featuring live kitchen stations for nigiri sushi and steak—our first time experiencing that. There were also many local dishes, and we ended up far beyond full. We had breakfast early at 6:30: a buffet seafood rice bowl where you can choose your favorite toppings. Although it was unfortunately raining outside, the sea view had an atmospheric beauty like an ink painting. It became a truly memorable anniversary trip. As we left the Hotel, we talked about wanting to come back again for another anniversary in a few years’ time. Finally, thank you so much to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality!

Everything was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view of Lake Shinji from the window was wonderful. The water in the large public bath was slightly silky and left my skin feeling smooth. I did wish there were a few more washing stations. The fragrance placed in the elevator hall smelled amazing and really lifted my mood! I would definitely like to stay here again.
