Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. A clean property, a buffet, and a large bath! We enjoyed our reserved table tennis, and afterward you kindly extended our karaoke time by an extra 30 minutes. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of the Hotel staff, my children in their second year of working life were able to forget their daily stress and smile more. Thank you for a truly wonderful day.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely functional, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view and have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt less like staying in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the high-floor view, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating felt unusually spacious for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. Cocktail time was excellent—not just about offering more food, but designed for guests to enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat, that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available, and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what impressed me most was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed environment. In addition, although all key Facilities—such as the pool area (pool), restaurants (restaurant), and lounge—were available within the Hotel (hotel), each had ample space; even spending an entire day inside never felt crowded or confining. After using the pool area (pool), I also ordered onion gratin soup in my Room; it warmed me up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and I truly appreciated being able to use my Hotel credit as well. Breakfast could also be enjoyed at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options (Japanese breakfast) and buffet selections (buffet), an unexpected chef’s signature dish (chef’s signature dish) was absolutely delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt this Hotel’s greatest appeal is that everything you need is thoughtfully provided—and you can enjoy it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

In a quiet location, the Room’s Onsen is also free-flowing, and bathing while feeling close to nature is wonderfully refreshing. Because it was the Obon season, there were no vacancies in the Room we wanted, and both the large public bath and the post-bath lounge area were crowded, which was a bit tiring. However, for a popular Accommodation at this price point, that’s understandable. Overall, we were very satisfied considering the cost. The front desk staff and the service during meals were excellent. The relaxation staff at the spa provided highly skilled treatments that felt great.

The website says it is a 5-minute walk from the “West Exit” of JR Sannomiya Station, but Sannomiya is a complex station with many lines, and it can be hard for first-time visitors to navigate. I was traveling via JR, and for JR users, it may be easier to exit from the Central Gate, go out to Ikuta Shinmichi, and head toward Motomachi (this is the route I used between the station and the Hotel afterward). The West Exit of JR Sannomiya Station is hard to find unless you go down from the platform, and getting to the Hotel through the maze under the tracks was difficult even with a map app. The Hotel staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable. The coffee service was much appreciated.

We stayed as a family of three (my husband and child). Since it was a non-smoking room, we were able to stay comfortably. The pajamas were nice, and I also liked being able to choose a pillow. You can choose your amenities as well, which I felt was very environmentally considerate. We had to wait in line for breakfast, but it was delicious. The parking instructions and the fee (500 yen) were easy to understand.

I chose to stay here based on past Reviews. This Hotel offers a relaxing, soothing atmosphere with a clean interior, spacious layout, and a quiet, serene setting. Dinner was more than ample and made with fresh ingredients—especially the bonito sashimi and seared bonito, which were outstanding. The Room was clean and generously sized, and I was able to unwind comfortably for the night. A very satisfying Hotel overall.

The staff included many young women from overseas, and everyone served us politely with constant smiles, so I was able to fully enjoy a satisfying Onsen Accommodation—thank you very much. If I may make one request: I had a beer in the floor area next to the front desk, but I was disappointed that the glass was at room temperature (it was a hot day, so it felt lukewarm). I stay at Comfort Hotel properties in various areas. Kitakami was good as well, but I would like to mention one thing. There was a large amount of black lint-like debris on the Room carpet. It wasn’t noticeable when standing, but it stood out when sitting. It seemed like the kind of dirt that could have been removed with proper vacuuming during cleaning. The next morning, I informed the front desk and had the Room cleaned, and after that I was able to spend the following three days comfortably. Because of my work, I stay at Hotels throughout The whole country. Even if a Facility is old, I think it is a good Hotel as long as it feels clean; on the other hand, even a new Hotel can feel unpleasant if cleaning is not thorough. In the past, I stayed at a Hotel in Naha that was only about one month old, and it was exactly the latter. Please continue improving so guests can use your Hotel with peace of mind. I will continue to stay with you in the future.

It was my first visit in a while. I used to go once a year, so I’m practically a regular. The Hotel staff even remembered me and were considerate about my allergies and foods I don’t like. I always stay in the Spa Living room, and the hot stone sauna had been replaced with a sauna, which was also great. The service is truly excellent—everyone is wonderful. They are polite, but also make your stay enjoyable. I definitely want to come again next year.

This was my first time staying here. I often come to Osaka on business trips. I looked for accommodation near Namba, as close to the station as possible, with breakfast included. The clear directions from the station to the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was proper and delicious, not like something from a budget chain hotel. I will make this my regular accommodation for Osaka business trips.

I always look forward to visiting, soothed by the Onsen waters of Bessho and the nature of Shioda-daira. This time as well, I enjoyed a relaxing stay with wonderful meals, baths, and the warm atmosphere of Nanjo Ryokan. Every dish reflected the best of the local area and was truly delicious. The building feels like time has stood still since the Showa era, which is very calming. I imagine it must be challenging to maintain such a historic Accommodation, but I think replacing the tatami mats in the Room would make it even more comfortable. I hope this Accommodation continues for many years to come. I will visit again!

I found it stylish for a Business Hotel. I was personally satisfied with the amenities. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and it was a shower room without a bathtub, which suited me since I usually don’t take baths at a Business Hotel. The lobby had spaces for desk work and relaxing, and there were plenty of manga available. The view from the Room was beautiful as well. I would like to stay again.

This was my third stay. It was my first time visiting in summer, and the lush greenery outside the window was very soothing. There are many international staff members, but everyone works hard and it never feels out of place. This time, I ordered cake and coffee to go from the café lounge, and I really appreciated how a Japanese staff member carefully packed the cup in the cake box so it wouldn’t tip over—such thoughtful attention to detail. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for sightseeing along with a tour live in Osaka, and it was very nice. Upon check-in, I could choose a pillow to my liking, the amenities were well-equipped, and the women's Onsen had a password that changed daily, allowing me to enter with peace of mind. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

We stayed here during Golden Week. First, we checked in at the front desk, and the male staff member’s guidance was very unhurried, polite, and easy to understand. His kind smile also left a great impression. Right after check-in, what caught our eye was a mountain of sweets, ice cream, and even an automatic pancake maker. My spouse and I both love alcohol, so we headed straight for the drinks corner without even looking at the snacks! They had a full selection including beer, champagne, wine, and shochu, and we enjoyed them along with homemade cream cheese. Dinner also included shabu-shabu and crab. The crab was small but sweet, and the shabu-shabu came with both beef and pork—both were delicious. The ponzu sauce was especially tasty (is it homemade?). We were told we could bring drinks back to our Room after dinner as well, so after bathing we brought some along and enjoyed them. They also lend out games, so we borrowed a nostalgic Famicom and had a lot of fun in our Room. This Accommodation was perfect for us as a couple—we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

Although it was the peak of summer and very hot, it was wonderfully cool here—perfect for a summer getaway. Above all, the food was absolutely delicious. The local dishes and beer were fantastic!
