I stayed here for one night with my daughter, who lives in Sapporo, as we planned a trip toward Asahikawa. In a word, it exceeded our expectations. A cute little old-man doll welcomed us at the entrance. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and they greeted us cheerfully at any time. Next to the front desk there is a drink corner, and in the morning you can have bread and potato salad there. In addition to what is provided in the Room, you can also choose from several types of shampoo and conditioner to take with you. We had a twin Room, but it had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped. You can also see the town from the window. The bath and toilet are together, and the bathtub is extremely small, but it’s fine for women. It may be difficult for larger men or guests traveling with small children. More than making up for the small bath, the cleanliness, Room size, convenient access, and excellent service made this stay a favorite. Thank you very much.

The Room and service were excellent, and the teppan kaiseki at Natori River was truly outstanding. Although it is limited to two parties per day, we were the only guests that day, so it felt like a private stay and we were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast at a relaxed pace. We stay at Accommodations of a similar class several times a year, and this was one of the best value Accommodations we’ve experienced in quite some time.

Smoking rooms available. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are wonderful. I will stay again next week.

The meals were delicious. The bath is small, but it’s well cleaned, and the open-air bath is also small, but the water is pleasantly warm so you can soak for a long time. Since it’s all-inclusive, I enjoyed a beer at check-in and after bathing. Sake during meals was also all-you-can-drink with a wide selection—this Accommodation was perfect for those who love to drink. I deducted one star because the TV was small, but everything else was 100 points! I’ll be back!

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room is compact but functional, with no complaints. The bed was a larger queen size and very comfortable, so I slept well and could really relax. The welcome bar at dinner time had a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, and there was also a microwave, which was great—I could enjoy dinner with the bento and side dishes I brought in while having a drink. I also appreciated the Onsen public bath; I could check how crowded it was on the in-room monitor, so I could bathe comfortably without stress. Breakfast was delicious as well—especially the freshly baked bread, which was so soft and tasty that I wished I could buy some to take home. The staff responded quickly to my requests, which I thought was excellent. This was my first stay with the Super Hotel chain, but I would definitely choose it again for future solo business trips.

On the way back from Kinosaki Onsen, I stayed overnight as I am not comfortable driving at night. The Hotel seems new and clean. It is convenient with a roadside station and a convenience store nearby. The room appears to have a foreign-style design, with hangers placed at a high position. It might be slightly inconvenient for shorter individuals. Overall, it was a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

The Room was new and very clean, and because each Room is separated, we couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring Rooms at all—very comfortable. Even though it was scorching hot outside, the Room had been cooled for us before check-in. The breakfast service and drink service were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. One small thing: the sink drainage seemed a bit weak, but it hardly affected use. This is a highly recommended 5-star Hotel.

It was the best Hotel we’ve found, especially since there are so few Hotels that allow pets. The Room was spacious, the dog run Facility was excellent, and there was no pet odor at all—my dog seemed truly happy. The dog run combines natural grass and artificial turf, making it gentle on dogs’ paws. On top of that, the accommodation cost was affordable and breakfast was free—an outstanding Hotel in every way.

We stayed here for our daughter’s 3rd birthday trip. Our main plan was Yunessun, but perhaps because we told them in advance that it was a birthday trip, the staff prepared a handwritten birthday card and even a birthday plate at dinner—our daughter was so happy! There was also a kids’ space, which helped us make good use of our time, and the baths were very relaxing. During the rock-paper-scissors event, all the staff crouched down to her height to talk with her, which meant a lot to us. There was such a wide variety of food that we couldn’t finish everything. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We’re glad we made such wonderful memories! There were many other families around, so even if our child cried or got fussy, it felt normal and we didn’t have to worry too much. We’d love to come again!

We have been staying at Inatori Ginsuiso for four generations, ever since my late mother. It is truly a wonderful Accommodation with exceptional charm. Above all, the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. From the time of our Reservation, they carefully accommodated my grandchild’s food allergies, the number of guests in our Room, dining table arrangements, and anniversary requests, which allowed us to visit with complete peace of mind. After arriving, we received a thorough explanation at the front desk and fully enjoyed the lounge, children’s stamp activities, and the pool and Onsen facilities. My grandchild especially loves feeding the many koi swimming energetically in the clear stream in the lobby, as well as enjoying delicious snacks and drinks in the scenic-view lounge. Since what’s offered changes by time slot, it always feels exciting. With long-standing services unchanged and new ones added over time, you can really feel Ginsuiso’s continuous efforts. As it was a family anniversary trip, we stayed for the first time in a premium suite Room with an open-air bath. The Room was beautifully prepared to perfection. With ample space and a thoughtfully designed layout, three generations were able to spend time together comfortably and happily without stress. They even delivered lounge snacks and drinks to our Room—such attentive service truly moved us. Soaking in the open-air bath while gazing at the moonlit sea view was an unforgettable luxury. At dinner, they connected tables so that all eight family members could sit together. We were able to celebrate milestones—70th birthday celebrations (Koki), a promotion, and Shichi-Go-San—with delicious cuisine and joyful conversation. When my grandchild spilled water, staff quickly wiped up the floor and brought a replacement yukata. Their warm consideration went far beyond simply serving food—we were impressed again. In addition, because it was an anniversary stay, Ginsuiso gave each of us a gift; we were filled with surprise and gratitude. After dinner came fireworks launched right in front of us on Level 6 along with a dessert buffet. From 10:00 p.m., there was night-time service with upgraded alcoholic beverages—truly impeccable hospitality from start to finish. The next morning we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast buffet with both incredible variety and flavor—we were completely satisfied. After that we continued to make full use of everything: our Room’s open-air bath, the pool(s), large public bath(s), and seaside pool(s), then checked out at 1:00 p.m. The moment we checked out we started thinking about when we could come back again. My grandchild was so sad about checking out that they cried... We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The bath, the Room, and the meals were all excellent. The bath has a great view and is spacious, so you can relax and take your time. The catfish at the breakfast buffet was especially delicious, so I ended up eating a lot. All of the staff were very kind. (Thank you so much for sending my lost item back to me!) I will definitely stay here again!

N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

We stayed here recently to visit DisneySea. We chose this Hotel again this year, following last year’s stay. The building felt very clean, and the exciting interior design from the moment we entered delighted our child. The Room decor was also adorable, with different colors by area. There were free drinks, and the lounge is spacious, so we were able to have breakfast together with my brother’s family who were staying in a separate Room, which was wonderful. I accidentally left a headband at the Hotel and contacted you after returning home. Even though you were busy, you responded quickly and even mailed it back with a warm message, which made me very happy. I would love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you very much for everything!

They stored our luggage before check-in and even delivered it to our Room, which was a huge help. I was interested because the breakfast Reviews were good, but I found out Fukuda Pan was within walking distance, so I took a morning stroll the next day to buy some and brought it back to the Hotel to eat. Even after check-out, they stored our luggage with QR code registration, so it was great that we could leave our bags and explore the area. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Morioka.

Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

We stayed here for a family trip. Both the baths and the food were excellent. The selection of salads was especially impressive. The staff were also cheerful and energetic. One request: please consider moving the smoking area from in front of the dining venue to another location. It was cloudy so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we would like to stay again if we have the chance.

The Room was very comfortable and easy to use. The location was convenient, and I was able to spend fulfilling days there—more satisfying than I expected. I stayed for four nights and needed help with various things, but all the staff were always smiling and courteous, which made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was enjoyable. I was also interested in dinner, but unfortunately couldn’t try it this time due to my schedule. The bathroom was spacious and it was nice to have a TV as well. I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. I would be happy if the amenities in the suite could be improved a bit more. Also, surprisingly, I didn’t see any Japanese guests.

This Hotel felt like heaven for shochu lovers. In the lounge, we could compare and taste a wide variety of shochu. Just when we thought we’d tried them all and were about to head back to our Room, we found even more lined up on the other side—so my mother and I happily decided there was no choice but to keep going. Above all, the front desk staff had wonderful smiles, and I was truly impressed that they took the time to explain the shochu even though they were busy. I was also surprised by the thoughtful attention from the breakfast staff. It’s such a fantastic Hotel that I’d visit Miyazaki just to stay here.

It was a truly wonderful Accommodation! I was looking for an Accommodation with a retro atmosphere, and I found exactly what I had hoped for. All of the staff were attentive in every detail—for example, they kindly prepared things in advance so we could get on the elevator right away when we returned—so we really felt their warm hospitality. When I come to Kanazawa again, I would love to stay here!

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.
